Our first time to pick up a vehicle at this facility. Wow. Heard they recently remodeled and the place was very clean and welcoming. Excellent Restrooms. Nice Cafe Patio for drivers. Hope to visit there again.

Excellent, honest, friendly and helpful staff.

Don’t know why it took 2 1/2 hours to release 2 cars after gate passes were printed but it happened. Would not advise coming here. Other auctions with better service located in Lubbock. Buyers beware

The lanes are a mess to figure out and it takes too long to get a call back, but I just keep going back because the people that are working there are just to dang nice to give them anything less than the best. I hope they work on the time it takes to get answers on the if sales.

Terrible supervisors, one says to detail in 20 min or less, the other is upset if you take longer than 5. One nitpicks, the other aprroves of quality, and when you call in sick on a tuesday, very first time mind you, they threaten to fire you.Someone needs to tell them to be friendlier to employees, or lots will end up walking out.
