Great company to work with! We have used them as our realtor to purchase multiple houses and also sell one house. Each transaction has gone smoothly and I would highly recommend them.

This was a very difficult homebuying experience. Condescending realtors, constantly throwing things up in your face, they seem to NOT want the best for their clients, YOU have to hunt them down to get anything done even though YOURE paying them for a service.Our realtor made a LOT of mistakes and didnt know what she was doing half the time. We lost out on things that were part of a LEGAL binding document because our realtor made a simple error as she calls it. Her simple error lost us hundreds of dollars. She was rude and always made things harder than they needed to be. I do not recommend this company if you want a smooth closing. This was an absolute mess. It was already hard enough trying to buy a home during a pandemic. They made it 10x harder. I will never work with this agency again.Update: Rion called me personally and talked over things regarding my experience to better their future experiences with clients which I appreciate. Hopefully some coaching and learning from an experience like this will help their newer realtors grow as professionals. I really appreciated the phone call. Just shows that Rion truly cares about her companys reputation and wants to make things right. Thats respectable.

Dannie was amazing and helped us all the way through or buying process

We hired Jose to manage our rental property and we worked with him for several years, we trusted him and the company because we had no choice since we leave 8 hrs away, our tenants stopped paying rent and lived at the house for six months long story short tenants move out and house is trashed! The damage to the house was extensive and we got quoted 2400 just to get the garbage out, Jose claims he did inspections twice a year and that the damage done was done in the last six months.When we went to ask questions and see the background check they had done they gave us the documents but told us we had to leave because we were to heated even though with tears in my eyes I asked them for a little compassion, they ended up calling the cops on us.The background check they did has 16 pages on this two individuals!! Lots to read but they still thought it was a good idea to rent to this people, there is a lot more to the story but please be aware and don’t trust them.

Rion was extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. she really had my back when the seller became difficult. She works hard and her clients best interest is primary. Highly recommend!!

They made me pay more than what I owed. I was very unhappy. I asked them a question over text, they didnt respond until 2 days later.

I hear that this company is good to buy a house from but I personally know that they are terrible to rent from. they do not take care of their tenants. it takes an act of God to get them to fix anything. I rented from them for two years. The kitchen sink needed to be rebraised and I kept going to the office every other day for 12 months before I finally got it fixed. Actually I demanded a letter from them stating that I had reported it to them and have it put on file. this is what finally got them to take care of it. When I moved in nothing that was supposed to fixed prior to my move in was done. it took 3-4 months to get them to take care of things. When I moved out I cleaned the place from top to bottom ad they still charged me a cleaning fee. They are terrible when it comes to managing properties and taking care of tenants!!

Rion with Weichert was our realtor who guided us through selling our home and the purchase of the home of our dreams. There just are not enough positive things that we can say about the whole process. There was consistent communication which led for no uncertainty as we moved through the process. Rion’s knowledge of the market was imperative to our ability to get the sale of our former home through at the time and price we needed. We would highly recommend Weichert for any of your real estate needs!

Renting from them is horrible. Its like a slumlord. I paid my security deposit to Tovar. My building went into auction and we are under a new owner. I want my security deposit back from the previous owner or from Tovar or Jose the property manager because they no longer manage/own the building. Nope. Even though I wrote the money order out to Tovar, Jose said it went to the owner who now skipped the state and wont answer calls. If I wrote the check to Tovar then they should be issuing my money back and then they should be going after the owner for reimbursement for themselves. Lived in an apartment with windows that wont open. (Fire hazard). The roof leaked and the ceiling in my closet started caving in. Lived with tons of black mold in the closet for weeks. Tovar/Jose said they needed to get bids for the roof and it might take weeks. Meantime our throats were burning from breathing the black mold. They wouldnt come out on weekends to fix anything because it was stated to me it costs more on the weekends to get someone out to fix something. DO NOT rent from them. You will live in slumville under slumlords.

This real estate management company is the worse of slum lords. They are professional when it comes to collecting rent but they will sit on a check that they owe to a vendor: for six months or longer without calling to let them know that the money is there. Dont count on getting much back for deposit as they make up damages and inflate the costs. As an example, leaves on the ground during the fall season
