I had to print my sisters photo in passport size and I had a flash drive with the photo. The lady and the young man on the counter worked tirelessly to get me the right size printed. It probably took them over 25 min and several attempts because the picture that would print would either be too large or too small. They did not give up even though I was about to. And for that I give them 5 stars. This is professionalism. Thumbs up guys!

Dropped off two packages, one of which was a Next Day Air. The UPS driver was actually pulling up to the store as I left. Neither of the packages had a pickup scan and the Next Day Air was never delivered. I dont think they bothered to give the packages to the driver. Now the packages are missing.

Always great service here!!!!!I just wish their employees would be allowed to take off their dang masks. I mean, they have plexi in between them and customers. They should be allowed to breathe like normal humans are supposed to. If people are threatened by those not wearing masks, then they can maintain the 6 feet of distance. I mean, masks seem like overkill when there is a PHYSICAL BARRIER in between them and customers. To leave a 1 star review for a business because someone doesnt have their nose covered is the epitomeof childish and petty. Did they do their job and provide you with good service? If the answer is yes and you gave them a 1 star, then YOU are the problem.

Nevvvvvvvvver !!!!!!use them I just shipped 3 boxes from there an items are missing out of my box the lady had a stank attitude when I brought them I feel like she’s probably the one who stole my items out of my boxes I wish I could give negative star I’ve never had anything like this happen before I am disgusted!!!!! I uploaded photos of how my shipment came on Yelp reviews!! Do nottttttttt use this ups store ever !!! Read all other reviews on here wish I had of read them before I took my items there!!!!!!!!!!Update to there response !!!! They never answer the phone !!! I submitted a claim thru ups online service they will be in contact an I suggest you review your camera also my box came untapped 1 of 3 boxes an that’s so crazy that the one with all my purses being shipped also not only do I think an know it had to happen at the store the purse that’s missing is too big for someone to have taken in warehouse how would they hide that it wasn’t a small purse an it definitely didn’t fall out of the box it was removed again check your cameras!!!!! Unethical practices!!!!!

I was at the UPS store on Riverside Blvd in Rockford, IL on Thursday, February 11 at 1:00 pm. One of the female employees (glasses, ponytail, bangs) had her mask below her nose and slightly below her top lip. I will not be returning to this store as it is not COVID safe.

I recently had a great experience with this store and an employee named Ashley. She knew her stuff, got me in and out quickly with a technical problem I could not figure out. She was extremely professional, very friendly, and absolutely knew her job! I will be back and I will definitely recommend this store and Ashley. Thank you!

I frequent this location between 4-8 times a month. I own a local computer/networking/security company. Due to the nature of my business somethings require special attention and some do not. In the last 10 years, none of the items shipped to my clients have ever been damaged. The employees are extremely friendly. They always ask if there was anything else I might need as far as the packaging, since most of time I have already boxed it up. However there have been times where some of my items are extremely fragile. The UPS Store employees have always made sure the items were packaged and shipped correctly. I believe it is a locally owned store. If I am correct, it shows through the work ethic of his or her employees. I will continue to use the UPS Store 1898 on E. Riverside in the future.

Sadly, this store had an employee not following COVID guidelines. She waited on people with her mask around her chin. I will not give my money to businesses that do not follow safety guidelines.

The manager Allison asked for my Snapchat, but I’m only 18 and she looked 45. She said I was sum decent and where my girlfriend was. I just wanted to return my ATV gloves. I took my business elsewhere.

Convenient place to mail a package if the Post Office is too far to drive. And frequently they are much faster here than the PO. They have boxes/tape, etc... to be sure your package is ready to go, and Im often in and out within 5 minutes. There are greeting cards for sale inside, but not much else. Good parking and clean establishment.

First of all I would like to say the customer service at this location is very poor and needs improvement.Second, the staff can not be trusted to package any heavy, bulky and expensive merchandise. ( PEOPLE! You have been WARNED! STAY AWAY! )The first time I dropped off some items to be packaged it arrived to my buyer in such a terrible shape that the UPS COURIER had to re-pack and re-do the job.The staff at this location denied being responsible for the damage and it took a very long investigation before it was confirmed they indeed mishandled the shipment. I hired who I thought were professional packers to take care of my shipment but instead I had been invited to my harm.I packaged a box that contained the same items I entrusted this location with and it arrived just fine. That shipment cost me over $3600 in damages after settlements had been made.The second time I dropped off some boxes to be shipped I was struggling to get them inside the door. I had packages that weighed over 100 lbs. each the staff watched as I struggled tried to get them in.After all that predicament was over with and I finally got both boxes in front of the counter and up the scale the lady at the counter left for a few seconds AND CAME BACK WITH A DOLLY .In my mind I was like WOW you had that all along and you never offered as you watched me struggle to get my shipments inside. No effort whatsoever, that was the last time I ever used this location.My advise to the staff and management is that you need to take better care of your customers, dont take jobs that you are uncapable of handling only to harm them in the end. Treat others as you would like yourself, your family or friends to be treated.As much as you might hate your job that is a choice you made and a responsibility that should never be taken lightly no matter how insignificant you might think about it.The customers and people deserve excellent customer service, the same excellent customer service YOU ALSO deserve when you are visiting other peoples territory.

I visited this store multiple times over several days in an attempt to get a fax sent. Long story short, they failed to sent the entire fax even after multiple attempts. They refused to refund me, because some of the pages went through, even though enough random pages were missing throughout the documents to force me to have to re-send it by another method. This is a time-sensitive matter and they couldnt get the job done. I am currently pursuing multiple avenues to report and hopefully get my money back on a service they failed to deliver.

I had trouble being able to track an important package that I was to receive, and so called the store of origin. The attendant who said her name was Amanda Bond, interrupted me every time I tried to finish a sentence. I told her that I was feeling frustrated at not being able to finish a sentence, and she said to me, I have a room full of customers here that I cannot wait on because of your ignorance. She could have listened to me in the first place, which would have saved a lot of time, or she could have said, Im sorry. This is not a good time. Can I get back to you? or something that was civil. The kind of bad manners and disrespect that was shown by a UPS employee ruined my evening. It didnt have to be that way. Miss Bond shaped the tone of the interchange by being aggressive and domineering, and when I expressed frustration with that, she became hostile and rude. Reminded me of a nasty TV reality series. Yuk. .

Was not told that my package was being shipped via USPS and not UPS... I went to a UPS store! The only place on my paperwork that said anything about USPS was at the very top of one sheet that I unfortunately signed... no where on the receipt or the shipping label. When I tried to get assistance after finding out the package did not need to be shipped at all, the staff was not helpful and seemed to not care. While I was in the store... another customer was trying to get help and they seemed to not care about his issues either... so sorry this happened as their store is conveniently located, but thats about it!

Good luck getting help from this store because they are simply a UPS affiliate and not actually part of the company. The staff is completely unprofessional - going so far as to hang up on customers because they do not want to take accountability for their service. If you are speaking to Ashley, ask to work with someone different because she is shockingly unprofessional. How she is employed when she hangs up on customers is crazy

Someone at this store dropped and cracked my iPhone while packaging it to send to apple but they didnt tell me or even apple. It caused a great deal of stress and time to get it sorted out with apple and convince them that I had dropped it off in good condition because they said that the box was not damaged at all in transit so they did not know how it could be damaged. But in the end, Apple gave me a replacement. I went into the store to talk about the damage that occurred to my phone and the manager I spoke to seemed very defensive and argumentative. After talking with her for a while, I asked for the owners information to get ahold of him and she said that she couldnt give out this information and that he was never in the store.... So, I left my information for the owner to contact me but after a week and a half, no one has contacted me. VERY disappointed with this store. This was my first time coming to this store and it will for sure be the last time as well. I have not had a single problem with the State street location so I would advise you to go to this location instead of the Riverside one. Once again, very disappointed with the store, manager, and owner

Okay so i dont complain but this was terrible. Probably just one bad worker making this place look bad. A guy currently working there made me feel like i gave him a false shipping # and was rude to me. He ended up being wrong, go figure. He didnt even apolgize. I kept my cool. Today I call to just get a simple tracking number i lost and the conversation lasted 2 min with him laughing at me 3 times for no reason at all but that he didnt know what he was doing and was impatient. I had to hang up on him because I was going to going to yell at him but figured its not worth it with a arrogant person. This place needs to rehire someone with more self control and maturity. I cant believe any place allows a worker to do this to customers and i know 100% he treats everyone like this.

Terrible customer service. I went in to drop off a package, and Allison the manager is very unprofessional and asked me to go to the back room with her so she can see my package. I felt very uncomfortable, and went to the state street location.

Allison, is the most incompetent manager I have ever come across. I guess the UPS store takes any moron off the street to run their business. How can you ask me if I want delivery insurance on my package when you (Allison) dont even have car insurance? I just walked away and went to FED EX instead.

The woman who answered the phone (Her name was Ashley) is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I cant believe she still works at UPS. She hung up on me multiple times and yelled at me for something that was UPSs fault. Do not go to this store. Also, dont try and contact UPS because this store is just an affiliate which just means UPS takes no responsibility for this store or Ashleys customer service.
