The team members at this location are excellent, especially Scott (I believe that is his name). Not only do they have great attitudes, but they are quick and honest. Amazing customer service every time and you can’t beat the convenience. I dropped my car off and left it running because someone was immediately ready to pull it in for me. About 8 minutes later I was driving off their lot. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the workers are always friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a hard review to write. I have had a decent amount of services from the East Riverside location. All the attendants have been helpful, courteous, and of course tried to upsell product. ( I have worked retail for many years I get it) My visit today was not that way at all. All 3 bays where empty and no one was waiting or in line . If there where cars that needed to be I don’t know . However when I went today the experience was less than pleasant . I pulled into the middle bay and one gentleman checked the plates and said we haven’t been here before ( I brought my Dads Van) . The other gentleman responded of course they haven’t . I don’t think he thought I heard. Then he just handed me the clipboard . Didn’t say a word to me just handed it to me. Didn’t explain any of the service did not state why he was handing it to me . He came in and said the van was ready to go. I totally felt like I was an Inconvenience for him to do his job. I understand everywhere is short staffed and people are over work that is why I held my reactions to him. I don’t k ow the length of time that a oil change takes however I think I was there for MAYBE 10 mins 15 at best . The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because if my experience in the past .

Justin & Antonio were extremely professional, polite & helpful during my oil & filter change. I inquired as to if they service break pads, which they do. Justin took the time to inspect my vehicle to see if service was needed on my break pads at this time. He was extremely helpful by advising what I need to look/hear for on my pads, also advising of the current condition. I will continue to obtain services here moving forward for sure. Thanks guys!!!

I go to Grease Monkey for all my vehicle oils and fluids. They keep good records of what was done and what is needed. They are fast and efficient. There is usually a coupon available for most service. I recommend them as a good option for a lunch-break oil change!

I came here with my mother to get my car battery replaced, which was done in a very efficient and timely manner. Scott was very helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person. Good luck with customer service here. I showed up for my oil change appointment on time and was told itll be 30 minutes because they had to do brakes on another car. I told the guy I had an appointment and he said I dont know nothin about no appointment, let me ask my boss. He came back and said well get to you when we can. Needless to say I declined and took my business to their competitors.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hot coffee cold water used to have snacks ( bring them back guys ... lol ) More then just oil changes. Replaced a leaking valve gasket in short order.

They tried to tell me my radiotor was rusted all the way through and a power flush would be worthless because it wouldnt hold the fluid and tried to give me an estimate for over $800. Well. I went somewhere else, got a power flush (just fine btw) for $260 with a couple other services as well. What a scam. Update after customer service contacted me here they never answered their phone or returned my phone call so even their customer service is junk

I used this place when I lived in Rockford. I recently moved and got a new car and returned here when back in the area visiting because they’re fast and friendly.

I like the fact that the customer never ends up feeling persuaded to buy into something they dont need. If something is wrong, old, or just plain worn out, the technician shows it to the customer.The location I go to is on Riverside, between Mulford and Perryville. I have been to the other locations and have been treated differently. So this is my go-to place for oil change.

I am very disappointed with this company. Ive had good and mostly bad experiences with the team in which you hire. My first time getting my breaks done was a 4 hour day sitting in your lobby because of the complications with not having the right size routers. I would have been highly frustrated but the guys did buy my daughter and I breakfast and were very good with the customer service aspect. Second time I went in to get my breaks looked at because they were whistling due to probably needing new ones? Well, I went in and the guy said they are good for right now. I went on my way still wondering why I had so much noise coming from my breaks. Today here I am at a different location to get a second opinion because they were sqweeling LOUDLY might I add. I knew something was wrong and they told me I needed new routers and brakes on the front. When I left the other place they had me leave with bad breaks with I find unsettling considering I drive my daughter around. Isnt that some kind of liability issue? Your employees should care about the well being of customers. We go to you for any issues or concerns we have and we arent professionals so we take your opinions with a grain of salt. I wont ever be returning to your company because you lack in your employees and are clueless as to who you hire. I hope you fix these issues because it shouldnt take 2 visits to 2 different locations to get the answer I need.

Not very good on the phone. I wanted to ask a question about my previous oil change, and the guy wanted me to come in because they were too busy to talk on the phone. I waited on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up. Usually pretty good service, but this guy was a jag.

Was told 5-10 minute wait to get my oil changed. Over 10 minutes while the two workers there were just casually working on one car (not at the same time). Werent even close to done with that car so I had to leave otherwise Id have been late to work.

I called about a squeaky fan belt. They fixed me up in about 20 minutes and charged a fair price.

They have some nice guys that work there. Theyre not too pushy either which is a nice change from a lot of quick lube places.

After Tuffys tried to charge me $50 to replace an oil plug with 1 rounded edge I brought my vehicle here. They changed my oil n never mention the oil plug to me. I took the vehicle home drove it up on ramps and found they had replaced the oil plug at no extra charge.

Not impressed. They even though to inform me that we had an equipment loose, they could fix it. I told them to leave it. Continue to change our oil. Took out can back to our mechanic for 5 years told him what they told me and her sowed me the part was not loose. He then checked the cans newly oil change to show me we have thick oil more than usual. I guess this outfit forgot to chAnge my oil and filter too! Fooled 2times. Making it may mission to inform those influence regarding bad business practices.

Super nice, had a difficult headlight change. Bought the bulb somewhere else and they spent a half hour trying to get it in. And then they charged me a very affordable rate. I will be back!

They always do a good job and honor their time guarantee discount. The waiting room is a bit small, but they offer free beverages.

My husband and 3 sons work with the company what is there to complain about?

Went in for synthetic oil change and differential flushes. Not only did it take 2/12 hours but the windshield washer fluid was not filled, tires were not checked, sticker on windshield is wrong and I had a driver side break light out ( I knew this prior to going) that they never checked or asked me to replace. For $300.00 You would think that the vehicle is getting a good look over. Ive been taking both my vehicles here for a couple years and the service has been getting worse.I dont think we will be continuing our business here anymore

Sent my teenaged daughter to get an oil changed today and she was sold an engine cleaning. Not sure what that is. I’m 50 and never had my engine cleaned! Engine oil is dirty that Is the purpose of the oil is to clean the engine which is changed every 3 months. Didn’t think I had to protect my daughter from the Grease Monkey Crew. Shameful!!!
