I called to see if i needed an appointment to get a nail removed from my tire. I was put on hold for 20 min. I hug up and called again and was once again put on hold for 10 more minutes then just got tired of waiting on hold and hug up. I called again for the third time and i asked the lady if she kept putting me on hold on purpose and she told me that they were understaffed and there was only one person working. I drove to the store at 6:15pm when I got there i was told by the same woman that they were closed. No where on Google does it say the hours of the service department. Google says it closes at 8pm. These hours need to be updated for all departments. Why couldnt she tell me this over the phone? I told her I would go in myself to see if i needed an appointment or not since she couldnt give me an answer the 3!!!!!! times i called!!!!! This is a nice way to loose a customer. Never again farm and fleet. This store strives for good customer serve and good service and good quality products. I think not. Horrible service horrible rude people working.

This is a good Farm and Fleet, larger with a vast selection. They do offer a regulars club, cant remember right now what they call it but you do get some discounts and when you reach certain amounts spent you receive coupons and gift certificates. Happy with them.

The workers there are extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The store is extremely clean. When I need something I think of farm and fleet.

Order online for a pick up order. Waited in the pick up area and rang bell as requested. Sat there more than normal timeframe. I had to call the store to get my order. Staff was nice though.

Called and asked if they had a certain hard to find item, associate walked to that department, found one left and said he would put it at the customer service desk for me so it was there when I came in. Great price on it, and excellent service! Thank you!

It took 2 weeks to get the breaks done due to lack of employees available to work. Then there was the miss communication about how long it was going to take. We were under the impression of a week total then to our surprise it took 2 weeks. When you say a It will be done by Saturday, You should specify the actual date not the day. Because I spoke to the girl on Wednesday. I did get to talk to the manager and hes was very nice and accommodating. They actually are very nice and accommodating. Except for the fact that we didnt have our car for 2 weeks. We got the car back and so far working fine. Breaks feel a little sponge But that just may be how the brakes feel. Overall Im still happy with the service.

Very great except for my last time one of the cashiers was very rude she needs to ask politely to pull my mask over my nose not be so rude about it. I have asthma so its hard to breathe as it is so with the mask its that much harder.

Clean, well lit, and well organized. They have enough cash registers open that you dont wait long to check out. None of those damned self checkouts either.

If I could Id select a 0 star. I have been coming to farm and fleet for my tires for over 10 years. I went to the service department to get a tire replaced under the road hazard warranty. They said the work would be free because of the warranty, fine and dandy. Not, the case. After the service I took my car on the road and the speedometer was way off. I had to take it back the same night returned in the morning at 9 am and the car still had not been touched. I was told my car would be in at 8 am. Nothing like this has even happened in the 10 years of dealing with them. After my car is fixed I will no longer be going to farm and fleet of any location for my tires.

Called to see about getting serpentine belt replaced. Was told didnt carry it and a tech would call me back about ordering one. That was 10 ago. Went elsewhere. Girl I talked to acted as if it my fault she has to work for a living. Terrible customer service in automotive.

Fixed a minibike tire of mine by drilling a hole into the rim, and adding an inner-tube. (It was a tubeless tire & rim).They had the courtesy to let me know this was the only option I had available if I wished to keep using the rim. as the rim was damaged JUST enough to not hold a quality bead.Tire is still holding up just fine, and Im beating the hell out of it with my bike.

Went in for an oil change and front end diagnostic to see if a part Id had replaced last year needed to be replaced again under warranty. The woman at the front was polite. I dropped my car off and got a call later that I needed new break pads, roters, POSSIBLY calibers, struts and coils. All quoted at just shy of $900. When I went to pick up the car with my fiance we asked how the calibers MAYBE needed to be replaced. Were they actually LOOKED at to determine? The lady at the front called to the service guy in the back to come talk to us about our questions and he just yells NO! She asked please and he yells no again! This went back and forth a few times. How professional to yell back and forth and refuse to address your customers about the service youre claiming they need that equals near $900. She tried to defend him saying he was behind on his work. So finally my fiance is trying to yell his questions from the front counter to the open door leading to the shop. Again, how can a part maybe need replacing? Did you take the tire off and look at it?? He finally decided to dignify us with his presence and come to the door long enough to say no, it wasnt a break inspection it was a front end inspection. And yet... You just told me I needed new pads, roters, and calibers??? I get it, its tax return season and you want to milk your customers out of every nickle and dime you can. Trust me, I will not be going back. Not even for an oil change. Nevermind the price quote. Im angry about the guy in the back openly yelling that he was NOT going to come speak to us about the diagnostic, repeatedly. Way to represent your company. Im a manager myself and would never allow an employee to speak to my customers that way.

Arrived at 12:50 for a 1:00 oil change and youre rotation. Asked how long the wait was. Was told car would go in at the time of the appointment,1:00, and would take 30-45 min to complete. Went into the store to waste the time. Came back to service area at 1:40. Car was still where I parked it. I asked what was happening. They said tech was late back from lunch. Car went in within 5 min. and was done in just over 20 min. There was no notice that things we running late or apology for wasting my time.

“Shouldn’t take too long, my manager is working on it”... that’s the answer I received for a simple flat repair on a tire that they didn’t even have to remove. 2+ hours later i asked for the tire back... I walk out with the same flat tire. Poor service and communication, openly ignore in-store pages to their department, openly ignore phone calls, and they think it’s ok because they feel busy. Avoid this place at all cost. Spend a little more for quality service!!!

First of all I will not buy tires from Farm and Fleet because of poor service during installation.Second, every time I go in to buy a battery, they act like it is a great strain on them to help a customer.Whom ever is in charge or general manager should step up and do something with the customer relations. I have noticed this as an on going problem for years. Even when the tire desk was located inside the store..

I waited 15 minutes out back to have someone look up my pick up there was another car sitting in front of me with nobody in it and another car pulled behind me they left 1st and then I left about 5 or 10 minutes later. Nobody came out.

I just put new pads and rotors all the way around on my car two weeks ago and had new tires put on today and they told me my pads were worn out and needed new breaks. How stuped is that, tried to rip me off. Got a good deal on the tires didnt take long at all.

Found everything I went in for.

Theyre service people lied to me .bought tires from them.they said they would on the rims give them two hours.called two hours later .said they be in two more hours.called 4:pm they said they werent with them yet.Got mad with them on the phone telling the morning manager said they were suppose be done at 12 pm. Drove over there got them at close that day.

Lines are a bit long. Clothes are over priced for women. Can not even get one pair of good cotton shorts on a 90 degree day. But the men get 6 isles of pants alone. Talk about a mans world.

I had appointment to get my oil changed at 10 a.m. one morning I show up at 5 to 10 and it wasnt until 10:05 then attendant came out gave her my keys I sat down and read my book and after a chapter I lookup my car is still in the parking lot and its 10:30 now so I go to look for the attendant couldnt find her until 10 minutes later I got my keys and just left will never go back again

I cant believe Blaines only as a 30-day return policy everybody else has 90 days its unacceptable that you only have 30 days to return something people are busy at 30 days is not enough time to be able to bring something back.

If you need to use Farm and Fleets youre center, make sure to get a reservation and then be prepared to wait. The people at the desk are not helpful. When my car was finished, they pulled it out of the shop and parked it at the door. 10 minutes later, I was called up and they never offered what was done to my car, just asked me to pay the bill.
