First time G&M came to do work at our house, he did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and helpful. So when we had another issue with the same appliance we of course called him right out. He showed up and didnt complete all the work he stated he would do for us. Collected some of the finances for what was done and left (cost of dishwasher). He never called us back to complete the work. Very disappointing. A year goes by and our appliance once again has issues, this time however we vote to just replace it after determining repairs would be to costly. During the initial assessment, we find G&M had dropped a tool into the back of the dryer which destroyed the drive belt, which caused this issue in the first place. All this said, today, over a year later, G&M sends me a bill for services not yet paid, A YEAR LATER, and for work NOT DONE. Very unprofessional, do not use these people.
Problem found with dishwasher quickly and parts got ordered. Needs to return when parts arrive.
I have about $25k in appliances...and when my dishwasher needed service Bruce was not only knowledgable and helpful in getting us repaired but nice too. I sent him an email with pictures and serial numbers and he got parts ordered and installed at the end his day. Hopefully I wont need his services again soon...but if I do I know who to call.
Dont waste your time. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and no one calls back. My home warranty company said G & M would call me within 24 hours. They did not. I left them two messages. They never called. My home warranty company left them another message and they still didnt call. I wasted four days without a dryer. I called Appliance Hero and they were out the next day.
The only good thing to say is that he seems competent when he shows up. Otherwise Bosch should eliminate him as the only service center as he does not answer his phone.....ever. I had to drive to his shop and tape a note for him to actually call me. Once he determined the problem, it took him a week to notify Bosch of the problem. Get a secretary.
Called G & M a week before Thanksgiving after I tried changing the oven light and almost blew the stove up. Bruce came the next day at exactly the time he said he would arrive. Because I had fried 2 circuit boards he had to order parts. He returned Thanksgiving eve at 7:00 pm, the exact time we agreed upon, and fixed all of the problems. Thanksgiving dinner was saved! First class service

Fridgidare assigned me G & M Appliance Repair to repair my 3 month old freezer. Bruce checked out the freezer and said he needed to order parts and the parts are on back order so they may take a little time to get in. No problem, i started calling for an update after 4 weeks, left numerous messages and I never even received a call back. If I could give this company no stars I would!
Our subdivision contracted G & M appliance out to fix any repairs. When I have called them, I always have to leave a message for someone to return my phone call (no matter the time). In some instances they do not call you back. We have had our dishwasher fixed for the same problem 3 times, not sure if its faulty dishwasher or poor repair. The last time I asked for someone to come repair a problem, I was given a 2 hour window and no one showed up, not even a call to cancel or that they were running late. When I left a message on the answering machine of my complaint, they did not have the decency to call me back. POOR SERVICE...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Whoever was driving their van on Saturday 10/15/16 was behind me all the way down Latham/Old River Rd from 173. A older man with blonde or gray hair and glasses, tailgating me while stuffing his fat face with a donut. When I turned south onto Rockton Ave he almost rear ended me and then flipped me off out the window. Very unprofessional company!! Id never recommend them or use them when the owner or employee acts like that in the company van, clearly lettered with their name and phone number all over it. They should be ashamed of how they conducted themselves.
Over the years they have repaired our dryer and our dishwasher. No further issues.
