This is the 3rd time Ive used All About Floors. The 1st time, they helped design (and calculate materials) so I could install tile around my family room fireplace. The 2nd time, they helped me pick the right carpet and padding for installation on a concrete floor. (This floor of our house is used mostly by my daughter who is confined to a heavy electric wheelchair.) The 3rd time was this August 2019. They were able to match some 20 year old tile (thats installed in my entry way) so I could install tile in a new mudroom. Every time, Tom & Rex were thoroughly helpful and patient explaining the new tile installation techniques (for installation over wooden subfloors). For this project, I wanted to use tile that looked like walnut (to match the real walnut on the threshold into the kitchen). When I mentioned my idea to Tom, he gave me a 3 tile that was in their display case. His generosity saved me from buying a full carton. Yesterday, his crew stretched the carpet around my little project. From beginning to end, these guys are the best! Theyre my go-to guys for flooring projects.

I just had my kitchen, utility room and back door entry done by these folks using COREtec Plus (Lyra) and am very happy with the result. The salesperson, Kelly, was knowledgable, friendly and professional. He explained the differences in look and durability of the different manufacturers they represent. He then came over and quoted it. The installation crew showed up on time, was professional, friendly and efficient. I was particularly concerned about how they would treat my existing baseboard and they did a great job of preserving it and reinstalling it. There were no surprises through this whole process.
