Terrible business! My initial appointment was set for Thursday at 6pm. At 5:51, I received a text saying they would not be able to make the appointment and would have to reschedule. I texted back asking when and received no response. Hoping this was a fluke, I gave them another shot. I rescheduled for Saturday morning at 9am. At 9:30 I tried calling and texting asking when they would be here- no response. I tried again a few times with no response and my calls went to voicemail. Shortly thereafter, I tried calling from my wifes phone and they promptly picked up the call. When I asked about my appointment, they feigned surprise and stated they didnt see the appointment was scheduled, despite having received an email acknowledging they accepted the appointment and receiving a text message at 7:53am reminding me of the upcoming appointment. Despite not seeing the appointment, he stated he would send someone out within the hour. After nearly two hours, I tried calling again and received no response.This little game they were playing is pretty frustrating and Id rather them just say they didnt want my business. Please, at all costs, find someone else! I really wish I had just paid more and taken my car to a reputable place.

The service was excellent, gave a great discount I am so impressed of the teamwork! I would recommend This company for window tinting to everybody Im passing their business on to my car club Partners. unbelievable quality, And professionalism. You can definitely tell that they have experience in window tinting. They came out in a 30 mile an hour wind and It didnt even affect the job. You will be doing my other vehicles when that time comes. 5 Stars.

This seems like a great company. The guys that did my car were very professional, fast, and did the job perfectly, i had no complaints and the tint is still in perfect condition. They even made sure i understood all the dos and donts. I highly recommend them.

Tint is the wrong darkness, has bubbles, and other issues. They do not respond to messages to complain.

I’m in a wheelchair I made appointment to get my windows tinted and had to pay a caretaker to come help me make sure that this all goes correctly you were late hour hour and a half and didn’t pick up any of the 10 calls or messages that I left on your Facebook I don’t know what is goin on but this is not how you run a business or treat customers I really wanted to support local businesses but I guess this is why people go to corporate smh

This company is no good. Has avoided alotof clients, not completing jobs and has done wrong to many. Use a different company.

I had scheduled an appointment days ago for this morning at 10 to have my Tahoe tinted. My friend who also had an appointment at the same time and place called them twice to see why they were 40 minutes late with no text or call. They answered both times and hung up immediately. We still haven’t heard back from them. I’m thankful they didn’t get a penny from me. How unprofessional. I would NOT recommend.TO THE OWNER: I will gladly talk to the police. I posted screenshots of the entire conversation on your facebook page. She was harassing me, her kids kept calling me, I said “that’s harassment so back off girl” so if that’s a threat please have them contact me. You have my phone number.

Nocoblackout absolutely took care of my Ford F-350 Diesel Truck. Tinted my windows with high quality work, was absolutely professional at all times with me, and completed my truck in a timely manner. I have been to many tinting shops in my past that have done horrible work and never took care of me correctly so when Nocoblackout completed the job I was Satisfied with the work done. Prices are the lowest I have ever come across for professional tinting and I will be returning as I have scheduled my next vehicles in my inventory of 12 that I own for tint. Much appreciated and blessed to have the ceramic coated tint keeping the inside cabin of my truck cool at all times throughout this heat during the summer.

Horrible work! Tint is blue leaves bubbles and tells you he will come back. No showed twice. You can see the cut lines from outside.

They hooked me up with the best deal, and they came out to me. I love the work they did for me. I definitely will go back to them if I need another car tinted.

These guys showed up late which wasn’t a big deal. I should have trusted my guy with sending them away and going with a different company. I paid them without inspection since I was at work where they installed the tint. I got to inspect it and immediately noticed the hack job on each window. I mean not a single window looked good. I ripped the tint off. I sent them a message asked to get my money back or even being fair and asked for half. They said yes they would. Never replied to another message of mine. I even threw out a threat of leaving a bad review. Well here I am. I’ll see if I can post the pictures somewhere. Here’s my advice. GO TO A BETTER DIFFERENT COMPANY.

I would NOT recommend this place for window tint. I had 2 vehicles tinted and the gentleman who came did a bad job. We have a handprint trapped under the tint, jagged edges. He also took my back hatch apart and broke my rear window wiper. We have attempted contact several times and they refuse to answer after annitional request for photos of the issues.

They did not clean up the scraps they just left it inside my car, left me car dirty and scratched my window and didn’t even get rid of all the adhesive from the sticker and lastly they left water in between the window and tint... terrible service

They ran out of tint while doing the job, but I still paid the full amount since they said they would be back in a few days to finish. After three weeks they finally responded and scheduled a day to come out, but they never showed and are now unresponsive. The tint that is installed on my car is already bubbling and even has hairs between the tint and the glass. I highly recommend going to a professional tint installation company for your tint needs.*Response to owner*I understand this, however, no one messaged me for an entire month. Taylor informed me and I have proof, that I would be contacted as soon as the tint came in for my back window. I waited 13 days and reached out to him to ask when I should be expecting someone to come out to finish the job. He then said that the tint wasnt in yet, so I said thats fine and patiently waited for someone to message me. I then messaged again on the 25th, no reply. I then sent the same message again later and finally got a response telling me to contact NOCO Blackout directly which I did and someone said they would possibly come out on Wednesday. I asked what time someone would be coming, and I got the automated response. Then I asked if someone was still coming hours later and even booked an appointment to try and get a response, still nothing. I then called and left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. Then, literally not even 30 minutes after I posted my response and asked for the photos of my vehicle to be taken down, someone finally acknowledged my messages but STILL did not respond or take the photos of MY car down, so Im sorry if I seem rude but I waited a whole month at this point just to be told to come to Loveland on this review, which I wasnt even notified of.... I just happened to see it.
