If this company has the property management contract and you are trying to rent their properties DONT DO IT! They will strip you of all of your rights as a renter! You will pay a high deposit and they will not return it. They will nit pick everything and charge you a ridiculous amount! I was a model renter, single guy ex military, no pets and had my account on auto pay. I tried to end my lease 2 months early because I was transferred for work. They didnt try to rent the place and I ended up paying the full lease. Ok, fine that was in the contract. Then they come in and nitpick the place and charge me $400 for a nicked piece of drywall that happened on move out day. It was smaller than a dime. Also they said they only got 1 garage door opener and I left both of them right on the counter. $90 for that! They treat renters as criminals! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Renee Johnson will treat you like a criminal the first time you walk in the door!

Renne has been very helpfull with leasing the apartment in estespark. She took care of everything that was broken and guided us with the online page. Paying rent has been easy after that. Property is well maintaned.Thanks

Do not rent from this place. They are scam artists and will make you for ridiculous problems with the awful properties they rent. STAY AWAY

DO NOT RENT!!!!! They never fix anything and then try to accuse you of the damage, if you currently rent, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!! you will need it!

Renee is a horrible unprofessional person, I honestly dont know how she is licensed-dont trust what she says unless it is in writing!
