First time using curbside and online pick up. It took over a hour to get the order to go through. Then I got the email for pick up 8 hours later. Thought there was a 3 hour window not 8 hours. The employee was great.

Rianna spent extra time to give my doodle some fun ears! She got us in early and was super nice. Cant wait to go back to her!

NEVER bring your dog(s) here to get groomed. We took our 2 dogs in to get the full service grooming option. The services we received from the Loveland Petsmart groomers was absolutely terrible! They dont communicate well within the staff and the workers that groomed our dogs were not trained well. My poor doggies were traumatized. The image attached is my female dogs front left paw. We have to take her to the vet now to get it clipped, wrapped and get her on antibiotics for a possible infecection. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care. I did speak with a manager, he was genuinely upset and cared about our experience, to make up for it he gave us 30% off on a box of treats. We will NOT be returning here for grooming service and I caution you to trust the reviews listed if you care about your doggie(s).

We were vacationing in our RV and Colorado and was thankful to find this Petsmart as our husky uses their Authority Brand food. I was able to purchase a large bag and we were happily on way on the road. The staff was friendly and store was clean.

My dog (fully vaccinated and healthy) got KENNEL COUGH from the groomers here. CLEARLY they dont keep it SANITARY at this location. No, my dog has not been anywhere else that could have possibly caused this. My dog brought it home and got my other 2 (fully vaccinated and healthy) dogs sick as hell. THANKS ALOT.

Has sign on door saying store hours change to closing at 6Pm everyday started July 31st. Today is the 30th and went at 7pm with it closed with no information on why its closed so early. Ive seen 20 people so far try to get in and become frustrated. Would love to have customers better informed on hours as theres nothing explaining the early close today.

This is relating to the grooming specifically. Left my Pomeranian for a quick trim and some general upkeep. Hes still a little puppy, and this was his first experience at a groomers. When I first entered the grooming area, there was a notable feeling of stress in the air. The girls behind the counter seemed audibly overwhelmed when I showed up. They mentioned they were very busy and that it would be about 4 hours. Which was fine, but I got a call 2 hours later saying that he was too unmanageable to do any hair cutting. I picked him up and brought him home and cleaned up his sanitary areas myself in about 7 minutes. I understand why they would say he might have been difficult. He was yelping when I first started. However with even a tiny bit of love and affection he got over and the rest went easy. I then noticed he was bleeding from his chin. They never cared to mention anything about that! That might have been the most disappointing part of their mediocre service. Seems to me, they slapped him up on the table, accidentally cut his skin before cutting any actual hair, freaked him out, and then they threw him back in a cage. Only reason Im giving you 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least did cut his nails and clean his ears and brush his teeth and did a furminator treatment for about 65$. Wont be going back here.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Stock is low on dog items sometimes. They have pet events on some weekends which can be fun, but also crowded and hectic.

I like PetSmart in Loveland my dog goes to the grooming department there hes very nervous of noises like hair dryers and things like that they are very gentle with him and he feels very comfortable hes been going there for a while and I appreciate the kindness that they give him in the rest of the store theyre very kind when youre looking for things very helpful they always know where the items are that I asked for and Ive been going there for a couple of years now no complaints

I would give a zero if I could. We bought my 3 year old grand daughter a hamster and within 2 weeks it died. We called to get a new one or the money back and Avery said we needed to bring in the dead one so they could freeze it. That is ridiculous and no where on the receipt does it say bring in your dead animal. Unbelievable and unacceptable!!!!

Jenny L has groomed my 2 year old Gordon Setter twice now and Im so pleased with her work. She takes the time to find out what Im looking for and does not disappoint!!! He comes out looking beautiful and not stressed. Will always book with Jenny Thanks

I have a small maltipoo. She received a horrible uneven “bear like” trim around the face. Uneven trims on the ears. Same excuse for matting on stomach and legs so had to “shave” when I specifically came in asking for a trim. Had a small cut on her belly. And 4 of her tiny nipples had bloody ends. Not worth $68 and that’s the price with a $15 off coupon I used. I scheduled a full bath and hair cut with top dog plus that was going to be $83 I believe. Most likely won’t be coming back here for grooming services.

Cashier/ employee didnt know about product..more training needed. I felt shamedbecause she said they werent good for my dog...#1 AKC recommended.

My two dogs have gone to Petsmart Loveland grooming for years but the last few times have been very disappointing! Both of my dogs grooming have been very poor, uneven cuts, and my poodle was shaved to the point I can see her skin. Also, the last few times my poodle has been upset for a few days afterwards. When I walk in to drop off or pick up, the dog area is messy and dogs are usually upset with groomers as they seem to be a bit aggressive. I use to recognize the groomers, but I no longer see familiar faces and everyone seems harried. I always had good experiences but it has definitely changed and I do not plan on going back!

Their in-store obedience training is amazing. Collin is very good at what he does. The rest of the staff is helpful as well.

Got what I needed...both me and my dog loved walking around and we both enjoyed exploring the store.

Good option for pet supplies, although we prefer to shop the small in town shops, there is a good selection and its always fun to meet other pups and creatures!

Helpful an had everything I needed

Couldnt find anyone working. Had to have the cashier page someone after waiting for ten mins to purchase a fish. Then the person that helped didnt known what a blue powder was and she hurt the fish when she smashed it around retrieving it. The fish died that night. 😢

Although the attendant was knowledgeable he was trying to get us to buy a ridiculous amount of overpriced equipment as start ups. While only 2 people it seemed to be there to help it took them forever for them to attend to us. We will go a different avenue...thanks for the deturante

As usual, they are great,it was crazy busy an 2 employees are at the register and a line to the back of the store. They do not or have I ever been in there when they have had enough employees to help the volume of customers. Just seems like the manager would know how to schedule their people for the rush times. Ive been in retail, it is not that difficult to figure out.

Not bashing on the employees but all of the fish we bought ended up dying, from ick or slime disease possibly. I had an established aquarium with fish i had for 2 years before adding from petsmart, They also sold us a bunch items for our beardie that we absolutely did not need then we scrambled to find the right lights and a large cage for him like you are supposed to start with, selling people items that are bad for your pet, over 300 dollars, not cool petsmart, not cool the least yall could have done is better educate your employees so they can actually sell you what you need for what you are buying! I wouldnt recommend going in and letting them convince you to buy all the wrong items. I highly recommend you do your own research before making outlandish and unnecessary purchases that they will convince you you Must have. We live 3 hours away so I wasnt driving my dead fish back to get a refund or more fish. Be cautious when purchasing anything from here.

I love the employees here, I mean you really have to love animals to work here and they all do. So friendly I come here for everything my dog needs, btw hes a Shih Tzu... The groomers there are so nice and do an amazing job everytime!

This place never has the food I need to buy for my dog. Its like the manager would rather sit around and make sure the break room vending machine would stay stocked with twinkies, and have their local customers run to the next town over 13 miles to get what they need. Fort Collins always has everything stocked. Its pretty frustrating having to drive to get something and spend gas money to do it. I dont do deliveries because people are stealing stuff right off my doorstep. So you know what would be nice is if the MANAGER would look at the purchase report and figure out that they need to have a certain type of dogfood (Hills science diet), stocked up twice a month so when people get paid, they can get the right kind of food for their fur babies. Or just get rid of them and put someone in there that wants to do the job right.

Each time we take our pet in for grooming they ask for shot records. she has an account, shes been in before, and we have given shot records. Her rabies shot is not due until July of 2021 and they refused services due to their unorganized recordkeeping. Extremely disappointed, especially because my dog was very anxious just to be turned away. Taking my grooming services to Petco.

This store was clean and had a good range of products. The clerk at the checkout was super friendly and loaned me a measuring tape. She also helped me to save money with a coupon book for items I was already buying.

The Hair Cutting department here is amazing! Our dogs enter looking like savage jungle beasts, and leave looking like show-dogs with liddle bows on their fwuffy heads. The staff always gets down to our dogs level, greeting them warmly and giving them a hands on inspection to clarify exactly what we want done. We wouldnt trust our pups to anyone else, thank you for all you do!!

I wish they had a better way to pickup online purchases inside the store. Theres no direction on picking up your purchase. Stood in a long line at the register just to have someone else go find my purchase.

Wish they could get their inventory issued straightened out so I wouldnt have to go to the far side of Loveland in a high tax area for certain things...

Online orders are filled quickly and you barely need to enter the store to pick them up.

No real issues with them, but I was looking for Seachem Paraguard and they didnt have it. I ended up ordering it off Amazon.

Dark, dirty and overall very unwelcome and.. unclean feel. I went there to pick up items for a new kitten and the inventory was sparse, the only person to acknowledge shoppers was the single cashier working that had a ridiculous long line. She was nice and could probably use some help. Yes, covid stinks for retail but maybe be better. 🤷‍♀️

Loveland centerra Petsmart was our favorite family store until this past week where we were refuse to enter due to me being medically exempt from wearing a mask. I was told that I could shop online or get curbside pick up. How can I choose our new family pet online ?The family experience is completely shot when we’re forced online to shop.We’re super bummed that we can no longer shop at petsmart!

While I like Petsmart, I usually go in the store to visit Banfield Pet Hospital. For the first year of life with my rescue pup I saw a terrific vet in Fort Collins. Veterinary care is expensive here. I began exploring the pet care plans at Banfield and found them to be reasonably priced and better coverage than pet insurance. The vets at the Loveland hospital are all wonderfully-skilled doctors. They take great care of my furry pal

This store sold me some diseased fish that killed my ENTIRE fish population. I have a 75 gallon tank that cost thousands to set up. There were 20 fish that died in three days. I just tried calling to see if there was anything they would be willing to do, and they literally said “I’m truly sorry but no one else has brought fish back, and we’ve put in measures to make sure the fish are ready to leave from the store.” When I tell y’all I have spent no less than two thousand dollars there in the last year...DO NOT BUY FISH HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The manager called to say they have a sick tank, so this incident was purely negligence. I had to call corporate who had to tell the store to test the fish.

PetSmart has always been okay. Nothing that has ever blown my mind, but above average customer service and great sales on fish tanks. I buy all of my live feeders from here (crickets, mealworms, minnows) and filters.Edit: Recently we purchased a tank and stand online. Sadly I didnt read the description and it was not the one I thought I was purchasing. The manager on staff allowed me to return everything and get the stand and tank I had wanted with nothing but a smile and the highest level of customer service/professionalism Ive had in years. Thank you so much, Ive updated this review to 5 stars, and youve made a lifelong customer.

I have been going to them to have my French Bulldog groomed and have never had an issue. Yesterday something went wrong during the grooming and he was in incredible pain last night and this morning. I called and they offered for me to bring him in to see the Banfield Vets they have on site. Between Elizabeth (the vet) and Toby (the general manager) that worked with me, they absolutely 100% turned what should have been a horrible situation into a positive oneThank you both so much for everything

Great place to shop, when I dont get my Chewy order in time. Chewys is also owned by them as well. I love that they price match too. The staff is always friendly and kind with my puppy, showing much respect. I took one star off because I dont like having to search for an employee to receive any assistance . Great store, would highly recommend, the selection is huge, current and competitively priced. Dont forget about the price matching, it can be a big deciding factor on the more pricey items.

We use to call pet stores a budget friendly zoo as we could take the little ones in and look at EVERYTHING for a great time!! Still a great place for pet stuff. Friendly staff, good customer service, pet friendly of course and lots of stuff one never thought needed for a pet!!

The staff here are so friendly and they genuinely love and care for the well being of animals. My border collie loves coming in and getting bathed and groomed. The vet staff is fantastic as well.

Petsmart is never the place to buy livestock unless you prefer them sick and dying, but their other products are usually a good value. However when I tried to return a bag of aquarium substrate that I bought less than 24 hours previously they refused to take it stating issues with the virus. When I asked if I could return it later they told me their return policy would not be extended even though they wouldnt take the return in the first place. Bad corporate policies and the employees and customers have to suffer for it.

Only one person was there checking out with a line all the way through the store. With that said it was way over priced and the line wait was up to 20 minute wait which was upsetting alot of customers in line no distancing, no help, and the groomers have always been very rude and more

The first girl that helped me was quite pleasant but the girl that worked the register was not. If I have to pick a word for her it would be rude.

Everything about this place is wonderful, everyone is so nice and the check out ladies (usually ladies when I go) are absolutely wonderful! They always give my pets treats and pets which Im sure they love. I go mostly for the vet and their service is fantastic. They do get quiet busy but I understand that completely no complaints 😊

Jerks wouldnt sell us a pet hamster because they closed in 15 minutes and apparently its alot of paperwork. So much for surprising my daughters with a pet. I know it doesnt take much time to write your name, address phone number and email like seriously! So taking our business elsewhere. Couldnt help that I worked all day and got there 30 minutes before close but oh well.
