My review is for hormone replacement therapy. I was warned by a couple of doctors that Allura runs high on their doses, and my labs showed it. For the few years I did treatment I struggled with a lot of side effects (anxiety, fatigue, weight gain, and more) but didn’t realize it was from the pellet therapy until I stopped. The reason I stopped is because I received triple the dose I was supposed to get after seeing a new doctor, and got severely sick. When I called them, I was told that women are “holding on” to their hormones differently now, but she also admitted that they had received several of these complaints. Once the hormones left my body, I started a cream for HRT and cannot believe how much better I feel. I wasted years of my life not realizing it was the pellet therapy causing so many issues. Staff are super kind. My only complaint is the medication itself. There’s a reason it’s not FDA approved.

I cant say enough great things about Allura. I had my second session with Jessica today (who is AWESOME btw), and she did amazing. I cannot wait to go back!!

I am very very happy with Allura clinic services. The injectors are artists, they dont just make me look young but gorgeous as well. The prices are way better than other clinics around and yet they are the best around in making me look the best, and they always give you the best deals available. The clinic offers a wide variety of services including laser treatments, PRP injections, fillers, Botox, hormone pellets and much more. Office staff is talented and well trained. Number one clinic in Colorado in my opinion.

I have never had anyone inject me so intricately as she has and with such knowledge !! My botox has never lasted this long for me anywhere else and she gets all the perfect spots needed!!! Dr. LaTorre did both a Co 2 laser procedure 3 times in last decade (which I had excellent results over time, and so happy with) and more recently a year ago a Fraxel procedure -for lighter pigment touch up areas on my face and neck. I have utilized Allura for the Bio Identical Hormone Pellet therapy for a couple years now. They are very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Prices seem a bit high to me but I havent researched anything else so it may very well be standard for the industry.

I normally would not have written this, except that Allura requested a review of their services. I love the doctor and she does amazing work. The problem we ran into was with their special offers. They had sent a buy one get one free on injectables. My friend had called, arranged the appointment and specifically asked about the offer and if we could split it and each do a syringe and split the cost. She was told yes. When we got to the office though on the day of the visit, after driving from Denver, we were told that it was not possible to do it that way. They were aware of what we were told, yet no one from the office had called us in advance to let us know. The money wasnt the issue, it was the fact that we felt we had received false information and then they waited until we were in the office-after the drive we didnt want to cancel. Even though we loved the doctor, we havent been back due to these misleading practices,

Allura Skin and Laser Clinic is THE medical spa to visit in Northern Colorado. Dr. de la Torre is unbelievably talented and provides the utmost care for her clients. My Fraxel treatments improved all the skin blemishes/hyperpigment areas that concerned me. I am happy to call that place my home for skin & laser needs!
