My therapist Hanna is pretty awesome, shes very knowledgeable about mental health and a great mental health provider.I dont have much to say about lifestance health to be honest.. they changed their name last year for some reason and I only really come here because my awesome therapist works here.

My husband and I are totally happy and more than satisfied with working With Mr. Joseph Grossman at LifeStance Health. In fact we consider him to be a life saving addition to the services we get from the VA as he is our counselor . His knowledge, attitude, informative counsels and his very soothing presence with us, right now on computer, has been immeasurablyhelpful and welcomed and we are always looking forward to our cession with him as it is sorely needed presently. I have used two different therapist within Lifestance one for individual counseling and another for relationship counseling. Both are some of the best I’ve worked with. They always keep us abreast of any housekeeping items and are super professional!

I have a very busy life with an almost 6 month old baby, a 15 year old, a husband, my family and his family. Having the ability to do therapy online makes things so much easier! Plus I dont have to work up the courage to go into a facility for help, I can just go into my own room and talk about whats bothering me. Ive learned so many helpful skills on how to regulate my emotions and deal with lifes ups and downs. Im so grateful for LifeStance Health and Heart Centered Counseling!!

Meeting with Joe Grossman has been great for me. He can identify with the struggles I go through as a veteran and his advice has helped me. I appreciate how he provides advice and helps me think through things.

They are prompt, kind and safe. The mental health professionals I’ve been paired with thus far have been insightful, caring and truly listen.

I started meeting with an amazing therapist here a couple of months ago. He is AMAZING and I would highly recommend him or any of the other therapists in this office! Ive been to other therapist offices in the past and this one is different because he actually listens, knows what Im trying to say, asks questions that have me dig deep and think about things in more depth, is very respectful, and has me thinking in a critical way that helps to connect dots and explain certain things in my life. In my past experience with other offices, it felt like the sessions were closer to venting and never coming up with solutions or answering questions. I super appreciate my experience here and, again, would highly highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

My experience with heart centered counselling has been beautiful. I felt so heard, supported, and safe. My progress has been profound. I went from feeling soul-crushing despair to feeling that I could face lifes challenges. My counsellor was professional, down-to-earth, and sweet. I also loved the comforting atmosphere.

I value their services, the Doctor I see is good. I use to think, I dont want go, now if I miss my appointment. I think I dont know how I managed before started.

Dont go here, they just cancel your appointment before their own deadlines. I had an appointment scheduled and was told to have intake paperwork finished 48 hours before the appointment. I then received an email that the stated deadline was at 3pm on a specific day. I had completed half the paperwork and was waiting on a piece of family history info when they canceled my appointment both before the 48 hours and the actual deadline they sent over. They then wont answer nor will return my call after multiple messages left. Disgraceful and huge let down for anyone struggling with mental health and seeking help.

Heart Centered Counseling was able to meet my needs in a therapist, helped me switch therapists when I felt things were just not clicking, and found me another person who does meet my needs and that I love talking to. I have done this all online due to COVID-19 and I think they have still given me incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

They have been unable to get me a therapist in 2 months of working with them. They first gave me a therapist whose contact info was not on the website and gave me no info on how to go to my appointment. They then reassigned me with a therapist who didnt accept my insurance. They never contacted me to find another therapist and when I contacted them they said they would get back to me and never did. I have tried calling them 3 times all of which they hung up on me and did not call back. Horrific customer service. Getting help is already hard, but they make is harder.

It took a bit to get an appointment but I have one now and looking forward to getting the assistance that I need
