This place is fantastic. Not only were they very patient with me, but they were also very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what type of equipment I needed. When a minor malfunction occured on one of the rented equipment pieces, they went out of their way, on a Saturday, to find a replacement. Excellent customer service and very good rates. Highly recommended!

The driver immediately told us what happened, and his manager, Jed, took care of getting everything fixed for us.I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity - our company will definitely be requesting their services for all future rentals that we need. I have rented from this company many times. I use them for every party that I throw. They have reasonable prices and great customer service. The greatest part is when you rent say a popcorn machine (which i have and it was amazing) you also get the popcorn and the bags and also it only has to be emptied and cleaned out a little bit you dont have to scrub it clean! I would highly recommend using this company for your next party!

I am only a weekend warrior when it comes to my landscaping and house projects. Needing a 4 figure tool can be a tad intimidating but the guys at Arapahoe Rental has always steered me in the right direction when I have come in thinking I need the bigger, stronger, better rental. Over it has saved me money buy also time. They always carefully go over how to operate the stuff and have even given instructions over the phone (kindly I might add) a few times. Ive had very good luck with Arapahoe Rental (formerly Grand Rental Station in Loveland). They have everything from excavators to core drills to bounce houses for kids. The last time I returned a rental, they noticed that I had paid too much and refunded the difference, without me saying a thing. Its also nice that they offer hourly rentals (with a 4-hour minimum). This would have been a 5-star review if they had the exact core drill bit size I needed recently, which a competitor did have.

I rented a 9 chipper for a day. They let me pick it up the afternoon before, which gave ample time for instruction on a machine I had never used before. All I had to do is drive my truck up close, they did the hookup, lights and all. The chipper appeared to be relatively new and in excellent condition. It performed well for the nearly 6 hours of constant use on our HOA greenbelt. Returning it was just as easy. Cant say enough about the orientation I was given on the machine, without which I would have been lost the first time it was necessary to reverse the feeder to clear a minor jam.My experiences with Arapahoe Rental, and the previously Grand Rental Station, have all been excellent over the years.

I just got off the phone with Jed at the Loveland store further from my house. He said he was heading to Johnstown store and could take the tool I need over there for me. Nice fella. These guys are awesome!

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. I rented a carpet cleaner, but when I got it home and set up it leaked dirty water on my carpet due to a crack in the hose. I called and explained the problem and within thirty minutes a new hose was delivered and the guy helped me spot clean where the broken hose had leaked. They also discounted the price of the rental for my trouble.Would have given five stars had the rental been in working condition, but I was extremely pleased with how they handled the problem.Will rent from them again.

Rented out a scissor lift and trailer from this place. The trailer fenders were held on with two small bolts that did not even have lockwashers or nylon thread. Fender lost on gravel road now they are coming after me for the damages 1.5 days later. The other fender was also as poorly connected as the other one. I pointed that out to them. Still expect me to pay. And I am barred from renting further until the repair is completed. It is been over a month. Save yourself the hassle and go to Home Depot.Regional manager gave me a call and tried to clear up the confusion. I will rent there again and give them another shot

Who needs to own a Stump Grinder, when Arapahoe Rental is nearby?We had to cut down the nicest tree in our front yard, after a heavy snow storm damaged it. It was a beautiful faux crab-apple tree, which had the wonderful white blooms in the spring, but did not produce fruit in the summer.The staff at Arapahoe Rental asked how large the stump was in diameter and advised that I rent the larger of the 2 units they had available. Thinking that I knew better, I felt the smaller one would be adequate and they accepted my choice about which unit to rent. In the end, the staff was correct, because the larger unit would have ground the stump quicker then the smaller one did. I did not get the stump ground down as quickly as I hoped I would, and had to pay a little extra because I returned it later than I expected. This extra payment was equal to the cost of renting the larger unit, which would have had the job done even quicker.Lesson learned:Listen to the staff at Arapahoe Rental.They do know what they are talking about.

Rented a power washer at closing time and when I got home I couldnt get it started. Mostly user error. I texted the company and someone responded in 10 minutes (if even that long). He walked me through my problem and got me back on track.I rent from Arapahoe all the time. Grest equipment and Great service.

I admire all the employees at the Loveland Grand Rental Station for their honesty and commitment to customer service. I rented a Penske truck and left some cash in an envelope in one of the compartments and they set it aside and called me to let me know they had it safe and sound!! Their honesty is shown because it could could have easily been taken by anyone handling the truck without notice. I would recommend any service they provide and trust them with any of your needs!!

You are right, I cannot prove anything but regardless of whether one of the employees are innocent or guilty your customer service and response to the situation have been basically non-existent. You have only heard one side of the story and several concerning details clearly have not been conveyed to you.This theft did occur on your property and had I been the owner I would most certainly have contacted the victim as soon as possible to both, hear their side of the story and perhaps try to help rectify the situation by maybe filing a claim for the theft on your business insurance.. Something...anything.. however you have done nothing.. an email two weeks later, only after I contacted True value and voiced my concerns is too little too late. In my opinion the lack of customer service is reason enough to never do business with you again. It is nice to know what considerate thieves we have in Loveland to have locked the truck back up after taking my purse! Your manager assured me that it was locked when he got in.. that is, after he remembered that he had been the first one in the vehicle that morning to warm it up.

Rented a chainsaw and the chain was as dull as my bike chain when i said something the clerk responded as if i commented on the weather. All in all totally unimpressed and will never rent here again.

I have rented alot of equipment and this place use to be great but it went down after awhile. They dont keep track of parts for equipment and tell you theres available equipment and then get it and its not available. Use to like this place
