Very rude staff wont ever return phone calls I took a job through Vestas and it was the worst job that I ever had I was told that I could find a another job in the area that would be an office or a job pertaining to my software engineering degree that Im about to receive.. I call these people almost every day trying to figure out whats going on with the job that was over three weeks ago and I cant get anybody to answer their phone so all they do is text you and then they dont respond to text finding a job through this company is much like talking to a high school kid on they only respond to text.. this is not a good experience at all the people there are very rude and give you attitude and I didnt even respond with the same tone that they were talking to me back but yet theyre quick to put notes in their computer about how youre rude and unresponsive because you dont want to take a job that you cannot live off of

Absolutely unprofessional.Cannot follow through with their temp workers instructions in having first paycheck mailed to the appropriate office.Youre better off job searching on your own than pursuing any relationship with this company.

Very poor experience. Never contacted me after initial placement. Added no value to my career. Representative did not care about my experience once placement accomplished. Medical benefits through this company were expensive and minimal.

Hannah was wonderful from the get go. I told her what I had in mind for rate of pay and what kind of job I was interested in; they found me the right job and pay I could work with. The job that I was offered was great. The process took very little time, its the best temp agency I have worked with. Before you try someone else try Aerotek, you wont be sorry.

I had a wonderful experience with Aerotek! I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were extremely helpful with any questions I had. Jeff Richmond and Matt Collins were fantastic, they treated me as if we were great friends! Great guys and great company.

My first assignment given was reasonably quick but when it ended it was a nightmare. Return phone calls were almost impossible and then when I was offered something else and couldnt because of my disability I was asked what my disability was. Seriously? HIPA!

Awesome experience! They got me in for an interview within 48 hours, they worked with my current work schedule also. Then set me up with interviews with 2 other companies a day after talking with them. Fast, friendly, professional. Would definitely recommend!

As another said, Matt Collins was great. Treated me as a friend from day 1. I had my resume on file with them, Matt contacted me with a position I may be interested in. He was right! I was not looking at the time but sure glad he contacted me when he did. After 90 days I was hired on permanently and loving my new job. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Saw all the negative reviews, had to post something to even the odds a little. I have worked 3 jobs here now. Gained tons of experience, only ever had to do one interview, weekly pay is really nice, wages are decent but could be better. Overall would recommend

If i could give a negative score i would, absolutely unprofessional! you have to basically spam call them to ever get someone on the phone they NEVER return phone calls its clear they do not care about their employees. we were left sitting around for THREEWEEKS waiting for aerotek to do the paperwork so i could go back to work only to jump through all their hoops to end up fired after 3 weeks with no pay the week before xmas because the paperwork wasnt all together in time! Not the first time they have done this to my family either dont waste your time with them they will screw you over when you are most desperate!

Excellent experience. I worked with Spencer for a direct hire position. He got me in for an interview within 24 hours, and then helped with the follow up interviews I had with the company. Cant say enough good things about the experience. Fast, professional and easy to work with!

They got me a job and never told me it was only going to be for 320 hours I went to 2 hours from my for a interview just to get the job and do all the stuff to start my just to find out after it was only going to be 320 hours so i did not go to the drug test because they were going to get back to me on the 320 hour thing and never did tell after my drug test time and then told me they cant hire me because I missed my drug test but i was waiting on them to get back to me so i new if it was going to be more then 320 hours because I live 2 hours from the job they found me and right now dont have the money to drive 2 hours for only 320 hours and he told me i cant work for them for 6 months now because I missed my drug test so I will never apply with them

Hey Im still waiting for my 10 hours of overtime you thiefs still owe me. What an absolute scam of a place. Place you on a job knowing full well youll be working 70 hours a week with one day off because they have other people doing the same. They play all stupid like they had no idea people were working that much. To top it off they short your an entire days worth of overtime and dodge calls when its time to collect. While working I asked for my timesheet to see why I was short that many hours and within a few days I was terminated from the position and have yet to be paid the backpay they owe me. Enjoy it while you can because you will be contacted by the labor board for not paying earned wages. Do the math, you work six 12.5 hour days and that equals 60 hours? Maybe you should place an ad for a payroll person that can do simple math.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Mike Jones and the Aerotek team. Everyone that I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Mikes guidance and follow up were exemplary and greatly appreciated.

I was lucky to get a job right away with Aerotek. They sent me to work fora good company. The staff is helpful and I can recommend to any person who is looking for a job.

I had been searching for a job for months and the employment agencies I signed up with mostly had low paying labor type jobs or temp work. When I signed up with Aerotek they immediately got me a series of interviews with a local software company for a high paying professional position.Before each stage of the interview process Spencer phoned me to let me know what to expect and how to prepare. After each interview he phoned again to ask how it went and to prepare me for the next interview.This hands on approach was NOTHING like I experienced with any other company. The short of it is I got the job and couldnt be happier. I cannot recommend Aerotek and Spencer strongly enough.And if this sounds like an ad I promise it is not. I am simply just very grateful to Spencer and this is the least I could do.

Worked as contractor for 6 months. Said it was 3 months to hire. Pay less than originally called for. Interviewed 4 different times. Wouldnt recommend. Job market is good, no need for temp work.

Nice to see all these reviews but Ive been trying to contact Jeff for the past two weeks, left messages and still not a call back. But yet my sister has received calls from him and even a job! Makes me feel less important to not even get a call to say Im sorry cant help you but not even that. Unprofessional I would say.

Wont waste my time there again, I did 3 interviews with same questions from 3 different people for the same job,then they called me for a forth interview for the same job from a fourth person,this was over a 2 month period,and had promised to call about when I would take my drug test and background after the first interview,Id probably still be taking interviews and wasting my time had I not got fed up with their lack of organization and business skills and found somewhere else..

It is nice to find an agency that actually follows thru on the job...completely! Many other agencies lure you in but then the job is never available when you talk to them. Spencer has made this process a pleasure in finding this job!!!!

I recently inquired about job postings on their website and applied online and did receive a call back from someone but none of the jobs I applied for (which was maybe 2 days before they called me) were still open.I talked to someone named Spencer and he seemed a little rude and annoyed to speak with me. He told me that all of those jobs were taken!? And he wanted to suggest a lousy call center job to me but he rudely pointed at that they have a note showing that I dont want to work in call centers.He did mention a job that he was going to look into for me, but he oddly told me that it may take a week or longer to find out about it, and he wasnt sure.So I called him back about a week later and attempted to reach him a few times and left him a message and he still has not called me back. Needless to say I will not be working with them.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The entire staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They treat you like youre stupid and always have an I dont care attitude. One woman sent my check through the mail after I had specifically asked her to hold it for me to come pick up in person. I still havent received it. DO NOT get employment through this company.

Aerotek is not a very good recruiter they do not support their employees once they are working at one of their sites. I would not recommend working for them especially at Medtronic in Gunbarrel, CO. Worst experience ever.

My experience at aerotek supersedes my expectation from a temp agency. Carolina was so helpful to me in many ways. I worked at temp agencies in years past and never experienced a more welcoming atmosphere. I had to revise this review. Ive been out of work since end of last year when I was laid off as an auto mechanic and shops dont hire this time of year. I was given a job interview at a factory in berthoud and the lead person at the factory told me and the other 2 people to tell all our friends about the job because they are so understaffed and need people asap. Then the next day I was told that the factory job said they didnt want to hire me because I didnt act interested which I find hard to believe when me and 1 other guy was asking questions about different things so I confronted Carol about that and she told me that what she got out of the E-mail the lady at the factory sent her was she saw it in my eyes that I wasnt interested in the job. So she said there was a job at advanced energy that Id be perfect for with my auto background and I said Id take it and the next day I called and she said she thinks they filled the position. And Ive applied at other places and I havent found anything yet so I just called Carol to see if they had anything yet and she said they had a few jobs but they just filled them. Im so glad I was at the top of the list when Carol knew I was about to get evicted and still overlooked me for potential employment. All I can say is if your out of a job and want to continue being without a job aerotek is your place. If your significant other is hounding you about the fact your not looking for work and even if you dont want a job apply at aerotek and and youll be safe from having a job as well as it also looks like your looking for a job so its a win,win situation for you.

This business is terrible.You will likely encounter Aerotech after answering a job posting for a position at an actual company. Then you will receive a call and find out that it was really Aerotech, who will try to place you at a company with a similar job description. They want for you to take the first job they offer. If you dont accept it, forget about getting another call back, even if you diligently try to get in touch again. Skip this place. Im glad I stuck to my guns, as I got a fantastic job just a couple of weeks later on my own. Shame on you, Erin at Aerotech. You can do better than this!
