Incredible service. Jenna, Jeff and his technicians were very helpful and went the extra mile to fix my printer. They completed the repairs within just a few hours. They were personable and professional. I highly recommend them.

The guys here are amazing. Response time is top notch. We had our copy machine making terrible copies after replacing the drum. I emailed Jeff, he got technician Josh out to our business in hours. I needed to replace my office copier in short order and called BES without having dealt with them in the past. I was fortunate to have Jesus Cardenas as my service tech. Jesus was prompt--same day appointment in my home; money-conscience--he did his best to repair broken printer first; and honest--he could have tried to upsell me on a beefier all in one but he knew I didnt need it and he referred me to the proper replacement printer. BES in Loveland, CO has my highest recommendation as a business machine service provider. Our latest experience was top notch. We run a small business from home and use an older Brother MFC. This machine had been serviced by BES in the past for minor repairs and maintenance. We were always satisfied. The old Brother was no longer performing. We dropped it off at their office. We were greeted by Jenna who was very friendly and professional. Jeff, the President of BES was there to receive our old machine.After discovering the old Brother was not repairable. Parts were no longer available. Jeff rented us a substitute until we could decide on a replacement. Jeff offered suggestions for replacements, some he sold and some he did not.After setting up the rental, we needed some help with software. Jesus, their technician, called and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient getting the rental working.We decided on a new machine which BES did not sell. Jesus offered assistance in getting it operational.The new machine arrived sooner than expected. After returning the rental, Jeff waived the fee because we used it so briefly.We were very impressed by the level of service provided by everyone at BES. We feel confidant that they can take care of business machine issues.

Josh is my copier, printer, scanner, fax angel! He has always been there when Im in a panic and under a deadline and our machine goes wacky! The tech we usually see at our office is Josh H. He is phenomenal! Josh is always prompt and polite. With his diligence we experience very little down time anytime there is a problem. So grateful for this business and its owner, Duke and employees. I needed to find some equipment for an off-site meeting and did not have high hopes for finding what I needed. I have been a customer of Business Equipment Services for about 15 years. I moved jobs and convinced my new employer to also use them. The service is second to none, they have long term techs who are extremely knowledgeable, Doug is awesome! They also save you lots of money by recommending refurbished equipment. They sell high quality products that dont need a lot of service, but when you need it, they are there. The office is great to deal with, communication between the levels of staff is spot on. Jeff Thompson is by far one of the kindest people I have ever had the privaledge to meet. I am a student at The Other Side Academy. The Other Side Academy is a 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization where criminals, homeless, and substance abusers can change their lives, free of charge. We were in need of some toner for an HP printer which is very expensive, especially for a non-profit. Jeff was very knowledgable and informed me that there was a much more reasonably priced toner that was compatable with our printer. Not only did he save us a lot of money, he hand delivered the toner to our home which is located in Denver, (about an hour drive) because he was interested in meeting our students and wanted to know what he could do to help. This is the perfect example of someone going the extra mile, or twenty, simply because its the next right thing to do. *Five stars is definately NOT enough for this company.*

I do not expect a complex machine like a copier to work without needing to be fixed occasionally. That is why I chose to get a used copier from BES. Extremely slow in the process of getting help. Refurbished printers do not work are they are supposed to. Service calls are expensive and printers work for a while then start giving lots of problems.It has been two days since I contacted this company, the customer service is horrible, the worse ever. Jenna, hang up on me saying that she has more important clients to take care of. I am still waiting on a simple to call, to tell me whether I can download the drivers on my printer or not. This printer was supposed to be working just by plugging it, but it is not

I got my first copier from BES over 25 years ago and always had great service. Now, many years later I have an exceptional pre-owned copier/scanner/etc. in my office and recently got another one in a clients office in Longmont. The machines are great, but as we all know - Service Seals the Deal. BESs Staff, Service & Maintenance is the best in the business! I wouldnt go anywhere else.
