Greg does a phenomenal job, our experience as first time home buyers was a little scary but with this guy next to us, the process was a piece of cake!!! Me and my husband are enjoying our new home because of Greg. He helped us with a price range without going over our heads with enormous payments… He made the process way easy!!!! PAPERLESS!!! we couldn’t thank him enough. Where do I ever start!? Greg has been an amazing loan officer from day one! We spent hours on the phone figuring numbers and getting us all squared away so we could find out dream home. When we did, he made the process so easy and (dare I say) fun! Buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you ever do, and I feel like Greg went above and beyond to take that stress away. He tweaked numbers with me far longer than anyone should have to so we could get the right loan and a great interest rate. Im thrilled he was our banker and Im happy we made a new friend. Who can say they became friends with their mortgage banker?! We can!

Working with Greg was fantastic! He and Guild got something done, that as a self-employed human, I wasnt sure could be done. Greg is knowledgeable, honest (he isnt going to sugar coat or make stuff up), and promptly answered all my questions as they came up, as well as put my mind at ease when I had a concern. The process was SHOCKINGLY easy and I would do it all over again. Well, as long as Greg is my loan officer I would do it all over again. I dont need to do it again, but I would. :) If Greg doesnt have an answer, he will do the research needed to find the answer, quickly.
