I made the mistake of trusting my computer repair to them. I ended up paying a premium price for substandard work and service. You would be lucky if you hear from then in under a week and you cant even call them to check up on the progress. In Loveland CO you would be much better off going to PC Parts and Repair.

Went to best buy to get a new ssd. I’m new to computers and was trying to get one together for christmas so I had little time and an ssd was the last minor thing. I realized I didnt have any screws to mount the card and since I bought the card from them I figured geek squad could sell me some. I was told I had to bring them the computer so geek squad could install it... I honestly thought it was a joke at first. Geek squad is a joke and their are plenty of repair shops that care about both you and your computer. Geek squad is there to rip you off any way possible. Stay away

Got hung up on after waiting over 12 min on hold

Terrible. Bought a very expensive wifi system through them. They named the wifi the same thing as the last wifi. We were unable to print. We had to remove the Wifi system they set up and get a new one. No one can print to this day. I would highly recommend not use geek squad.

Made an appointment for a broken iPhone screen. I was told it would be 10-12 minutes to run a diagnostic on my phone, it’s a broken screen I don’t know why we need a diagnostic but OK. Forty minutes later the tech said he was done and needed to check for parts, I had an appointment to fix a broken screen shouldn’t we have done this before his 40 minute diagnostic? He came back and told me they don’t carry parts for red iPhones and I would have to go to Boulder. When I asked him why I had to wait for a diagnostic when the screen was clearly broken he ignored me and continued working on his computer, he didn’t look up he didn’t say anything just ignored me until I walked away. That was my first and last experience with The Geek Squad and I will never go back to that Best Buy.

Waited 18 minutes past my appointment time before I was even acknowledged. Walked out without being helped.

Ugh these idiots!!!! I live in Wellington and make the drive down the this sorry excuse of a Bestbuy to get my phone replaced. I recieved a call for 4 days in a row stating my phone was in, then when I get there they dont have it. Give me some BS story then when it does arrive they try EVERYTHING to activate it and cant, give me some BS story. Ive had a USELESS phone for over a week trying to get it activated through my sprint account...they gave me a VERIZON phone! They asked me 3 different times in the store to verify I had a sprint phone ordered, how do you screw that up!!!
