Doesnt repair console, asked if they repaired gaming computers for my friend who wants a new invidia graphics card and got hung up on. Not gamer friendly.

DO NOT GO HERE!! HE STOLE $1,000 FROM ME. I love to support local businesses, but am regretting it after my experience here. I ordered a computer from him in March 2020. The pandemic hit several weeks after, and the order was cancelled--out of his control. All was fine, and we communicated. He would refund the money but the pandemic had made ends hard to meet, so he could not refund me in one payment but would do it in weekly installments. I agreed to this solution, having sympathy for his situation. However, I only received the first two payments after badgering him extensively (they did not automatically come each week, as promised). Eventually, he stopped responding to text messages and phone calls, and I have not seen anymore money. Now 8 months have passed, and I am still out $1000 that I paid for the computer I NEVER received. As a student, this is a significant amount of money--not to mention the additional hassle and stress this has created for me. I do not know what he did with the money, but these are shady business practices and unacceptable. He is still open, and judging by his internet reviews, is still in business and bringing in income, but yet has been avoiding me. His business is an insult to all small-businesses and his illegal actions hurt customer trust in local entrepreneurs. Protect your wallet and protect your morals, and avoid at all costs. There are other IT businesses in town--dont risk it with this guy.

Kim is the best, when it comes to PC issues. His services are very affordable and I have never been disappointed from any work he has done for me.

Kim REALLY KNOWS what hes doing! Ive been taking my business laptop to him for years for fixing. Hes quick and very inexpensive, in my opinion. Very friendly too!

I just inquired with this company on a project we were assisting with in the area. A gentleman first stated that he assists with purchasing the IT equipment, then stated that cant help and hung up on me. I completely understand if your company cannot assist with a service, however it is never a good idea to hang up on someone mid sentence. I was very polite and my inquiry was valid.

Very well priced and extremely fast service. Very competent person, Kim diagnosed the issue with my computer in no time flat when two people at geek squad could not come up with a diagnosis after 10 minutes of fiddling around with my computer.My computer was serviced and ready to pick up in under 24 hours- in addition to the work I ordered I also noticed my machine was cleaned inside and out. Kim charged less for parts and labor together than geek squad wanted just to look at it.

He took my order and then stole my money. I never received the computer. He said the order was cancelled and claimed he would refund the money, but I never received it. This is a joke of a business.

I came in with my computers internal camera not working and not only did he fix that but he also cleaned my hard drive and adjusted my screen that kept popping out. It cost me $120 and he was very friendly!

I went to a competing computer repair shop first before going here which was a HUGE mistake. The competitor firstly misquoted me over the phone and then took 2 additional days longer to even BEGIN looking at my laptop. I brought my laptop in with a system recovery/partitioning error and was immediately greeted with courtesy and knowledge. Kim (the owner), on top of the repair services being performed, offers additional services such as re-installing popular games (Warcraft, DaoC2) or beefing up the security all for just the $75 flat rate. Brought my laptop in on a Monday and he quoted me Tuesday by 3 only to have him call at 1:30 sayings its already done. I will DEFINITELY be recommending people to go here and will come back if i have another technical problem.

Called him as he opened, answered was very polite. Told him the issue and the computer was fixed the day of very good pricing as well overall a great place to go thank you so much.
