We stayed in one of the Cabins for two nights. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep between days of hiking in RMNP. Check in and checkout were a breeze with no contact at all. The room was pretty clean and everything organized neatly. We would definitely stay again. Hard to beat the location close to the Rockies for that price!

We stayed for two days in two cabins right next to each other. Which was nice for our group of 6 to be able to open the doors between the cabins and go back and forth. Not bad for the price and location. Not far from town and short drive to Estes Park, Carter Lake and surrounding areas. The rooms were clean, the ac works good. The cabins are aged, the tv has very few channels (no kid channels). We didnt know till we arrived that there was some outdoor chairs, picnic table, fire pit area and grills which was nice. The kitchenette was better than expected and was great to have an stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, plates and utensils. But we had brought more of our own for the size of our group.

This place advertised online “newly renovated” cabins. I thought I was getting a cute little place that was bright, clean, and updated. What I got was completely opposite!!! The carpet was stained, not vacuumed, and I found a toenail imbedded in it. The stools were not safe enough to sit on at the kitchen table. They were both so wobbly and unsafe. The t.v. only had about 2 decent channels. The front door was so thick with paint, it was hard to close, and the lock was a pain to figure out. The electrical is all outside the walls, and lead into holes in the ceiling. The carbon monoxide detector was about 3” off the living room floor, and hanging on 2 screws. The electric fireplace had nowhere to plug into. The electrical outlets in the bathroom didn’t work at all, and in the living room, only 2 of the 4 worked. If the air conditioner was running, you couldn’t microwave anything, as there would be a shortage. The oven was filthy inside. The pan in the cabinet had old eggs crusted into it. The faucets coming out of the walls had rusty holes around them and nothing was packed around so critters don’t come inside. The shower and sink were so small, only fit for a super tiny person! The first night when I got out of the shower, the metal strainer in the bottom didn’t fit in the hole right and I tripped on it getting out. It flipped upside down and there was a gigantic ball of hair from other people who stayed previously. Not clean, not safe, and I’m upset they advertise newly renovated. Save your money!!! Don’t waste it on this cabin. It’s not like they advertise at all!!!!

We have lived here in our RV for more than 6 years..we appreciate the peace and quiet. The fees are not too expensive. Did not stay at the cabins so do not know about those prices.

This rv place has gone down hill as far as maintenance and management. Low water pressure, not dog friendly, not kid friendly, and more. The management is hard to get ahold of and very rude. They accuse people of things that doesnt happen. If you have any stolen or break in on your area nothing is done. I would never recommend this to anyone. The rv place next door is owned by the management. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone either.

I stayed in one of the cabins in May. While the place is a bit nostalgic in decor, it was quite clean and comfy! I had plenty of water pressure, a comfortable mattress and nice linens. I was just there for 1 very short night, so I cant say that I used any of the other amenities. Still, it certainly filled my needs!

Had the wonderful time of spending most of last summer at the park in their cabins. What an experience. Access to the most beautiful parts of Colorado are always just around some corner. Cabins are comfortable and peaceful. Take a moment and enjoy the view, the management is helpful, and always have a smile. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, go back to Denver. If you are looking for a memory, go to Fireside RV and Cabins

Walked in and the carpet is stained, the cabin had a smell that didnt go away. Found different kinds of bugs in my bed 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed. In 4 days we stayed they didnt come get our dirty towels or replenish us with clean towels or check to see if we needed toilet paper. We took out our own garbage. The Walking Trail is a path about 200 feet along a dirty little stream with campers on one side and private property on the other side.

Full disclosure - I have not stayed here. This review is based on driving through the RV park so I cannot speak to the staff or facilities of the park. That said, my observation of the park was that it’s a tight, gravel lot with lots of trailers packed in together. There’s a fair bit of junk around and it looks like many residents are longer term. It definitely could not accommodate at 45’ bus because there would be no way for it to maneuver through the lot.

First off, this was not a terrible place to stay, it could have been much worse. I will start with the pros:Its in a decent location. It has the out of town feel but its not so far out that you have to drive for 30 minutes before you see a gas station. Its not too far from Estes Park. It was quiet, even though it was off the high way. The staff was nice. It did have air conditioning--it was a hot week when we stayed so for me, that was a must have. There was a TV with very basic cable but that wasnt a deal breaker for me since we werent there much and we didnt stay there to watch TV. It was nice to have a bathroom and plenty of hot water. Now, here were some of the cons:It was very small. There were only 2 working outlets--they had the microwave and surge protector plugged in. There was another outlet near the AC unit but it didnt work. The surge protector was hard to reach since it was back behind the TV and fridge. There was an outlet in the bathroom but it was up next to the light, making it difficult to reach or use. The beds were small and not very comfortable. The window unit kept us cool for the most part but it could have been better, especially with how hot it was during our stay. It was a very small window AC, it didnt have much power to it. At night it was very dark--there was no porch light or outside light. If I needed to walk to my car, I had to use a flashlight so I didnt trip on the sidewalk or steps.I suggest some updating--people use more outlets now because they have more devices. The wifi wasnt the greatest but Im sure thats because I was far enough away from the router--while inconvenient, it wasnt the worst because we werent there much anyway. Maybe add a porch light or some type of solar lighting for people staying there. It was over priced for what it is currently, but if they did some updating, I think it would be worth staying there. The outside of the cabins were nice but as I said before, very outdated inside.

Dirty small cabins with poorly maintained structures. Doors were difficult to lock, window held closed with duct tape, sketchy scary wiring that wouldnt have passed in the 19th century for safe. Bathroom so small anyone above 54 would struggle to use. I could go on. If youre going to stay here know youre getting a bed and not a whole lot more.Update, staff was friendly and understanding and refunded our money minus when we were actually there which seems fair to us.

Update: your sincere apologies for the atrocities that took place that caused me to lose everything that I owned before you relieve the management that was causing the harassment due to the defamation of character via social media do not help me recover my life so your apology is not accepted Roy.The only thing that could right this wrong is if I got my life back are you willing to help with that?I lived here for about two years 2016-17. Stay at your own risk! Its poorly maintained and the facilities are disgusting (while I was there it took them 6 months to replace the broken washer and dryer). The managers here Amy and Bill R. Peifer of Greeley are obnoxious instigators that will put a 3 day notice on your door for the most petty of things before even informing you what your doing wrong like having the wrong furniture outside, not having skirting (its not required in the lease) or the wrong skirting or they changed their mind and dont like what they previously approved amongst many other things.., they have ripped people off for electricity, deposits, ect.. I have watched them harass people until they leave, in my case it was their character defamatory statements via public post on Facebook including my personal information which led to harassment and threats of violence and death. This is all unless you are a part of the managers clique/motorcycle gang the Redneck Rebels that party in the office/apartment, drinking, smoking pot and worshipping their confederate flag, I was part of this clique for a short time until I realized who they were, also as a part of their clique or gang the rules dont apply to you but otherwise 3 day notices every time you do anything outside your RV/trailer and you will be annoyed with the loud after hours partys but those are part of the clique/gang so theres nothing you can do but complain which will make them come after you to get you out, I finally ended up selling everything just to get away from this place and especially the people that manage it.

Fireside is has changed there management again, check it out if you want to stay at a place who doesnt care about fixing anything. They may have made some up grades but if you have an emergency then youll be waiting forever cuz they dont answer the emergency phone number.and the staff can be rather rude at times especially if they dont like you.and they treat their employees supposedly like family then when they do their job cuz nobody likes the dirty work like having to do evictions then they fired you for no reason at all.

Stayed here for 5 months May-Sept 2014.Park review:1. Good luck finding the Managers, office is open approx. 4 hrs a day. Youll probably have no Mgmt help to back you into your space.2. Its a dust bowl because theyre too cheap to re-gravel the driveway. Youll have dust all inside your rig if you have your windows open.3. They charge extra for everything, even when the extras are crappy (bathrooms).4. This is not a park for retirees; its full of working class families with loud diesel trucks that crank up at zero dark-thirty and children playing outside.5. Avoid Space #2 like the plague. People walk right outside your RV on their way to trash/laundry/showers, no privacy in this space.6. They allow campfires even though theres no fire rings provided and almost everyone doesnt have a fire. Near space #2 one guest has campfires. Good luck keeping your windows open and not have youre rig filled with smoke (an issue near Space #2 only).7. They dont respond to emails.8. Picnic tables are shabby.9. Weeds are allowed to grow around your space/pad.10. Parking is a big issue here, most times vehicles are partially blocking the driveway.11. Youll be taking your life in your own hands every time you try to pull out onto Hwy 34!!!12. Dont stay under the trees, they drop seed pods that glue themselves to your rig.Let me end with one positive: Its close to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn NP.Bottom line: Stay at Riverview RV (1 mile west) instead. Its under the same Mgmt as Fireside but at least it looks more like an RV park and not a truck stop.
