Terrible company! Dont buy a house in their district. Sent in a landscaping plan a month ago and they never responded to my emails or calls. Last week Josh McReynold tells me Ive been busy and havent had a chance to submit your plan. A month goes by before he responds and doesnt suit our plans after cashing our check a month prior. They use one architect to review so they bottleneck the process and run a monopoly for only one company to review. Email me if youd like to discuss a class action lawsuit

Pinnacle is the management company overseeing Brighton Crossing, and they are absolutely awful. They do not return voicemails, they do not respond to emails, they take forever to respond to plans they charge $80 to review. They are sending people violations for having a radon pipe not painted the right color, yet dont send violations for yards that have grass over 10 long, it makes no sense. I have been to two board meetings and it is painfully obvious that they do not care about the community at all. This is the third community I have lived in with an HOA/ Metro District and this is has been by far the worst!

I honestly cant figure out if this firm is a scam or just incredibly incompetent. For 5 years I have received a bill for storm water management and every year I have called to inquire why my neighborhood floods due to a lack of storm water management (there is no storm water drain). I have never received a call back and I have yet to speak with anyone other than the secretary. This is ridiculous and should be illegal. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.12/10 and still havent received a reply. I contacted you because youre the one who sends me a bill and on that bill it clearly states, Please let us know if you have any questions.

Awful Management Company. Ryan Abbott lies, deceives and covers up his lack of performance by saying, Were working on that... They charge our HOA every time an owner calls their office, its like they punish you for helping them do their job. imo,....look elsewhere!

We pay HOA dues for trash, snow, and landscaping this company hires unreliable people then does nothing about. Like to know where my HOA fees are going. Snowed last week snow sat on the side walk for 2 days before I went out and finally shoveled myself for fear of law suit today only one on the block not to have trash picked up. Nothing we can do about it I was told by the representative. But I paid you to have the service done horrible customer service!!!!!
