Robert, Mark and James were absolutely amazing and helped me out with a truck tailgate! I was even trouble, arriving sooner from Cheyenne, WY than they had time to pull the part. I didn’t realize there was a normally 24 hours needed, but they were kind and had time to make it happen for me. Courteous, professional, and didn’t treat me, as woman, disrespectfully like another place I called in CO.

Hello, my name is Danilo and I was a worker in this company for a week, the workers were an excellent group, especially Miguel, a lot of passion and he loves his work, my problem was when I went to collect, they did not want to pay me and asked to speak with the owner in addition to the several visits that I make and they do not pay me the week I work, I only put this so that future people who go to work with this company will be very careful

I went with a friend to this location and the scenic route to get to this location is insanely gorgeous. The ride alone was worth the trip. We arrived and were greeted instantly. We gave them the parts we needed and they let us know a few parts were not in stock, but could receive them and could get them shipped to us directly (amazing!). The prices were reasonable and the parts we received directly were in good condition. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I had a very good experience here. Looked at their website and follow their instructions to contact them via text c/o Covid. Send a text late in the evening and they responded promptly to me very early the next day.Ordered a part in the morning that had to be pulled from the vehicle and if it was available by the end of the day. Was in decent shape and a fair price. Communication and organization from the company was very good, especially considering covid.The entire experience was very positive.

A$$ at counter bad attitude. Started conversation with NO. Wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I went in trying to buy a set of bucket seats with integrated seat belts for my 56 Chevy truck. I tried to tell him I didn’t care if they were from a domestic or foreign vehicle but all he kept repeating over and over I need the year make and model. Frustrated I walked out. I wouldn’t spend a cent at this business.

Worst experience I’ve had getting parts. Their lack of communication is serious and then they blame it on the customers. I showed up to receive my part I got nothing but an attitude from the gentleman in the front to the point where he started slamming his desk and I had to call the police just to get my part that I paid for. Not one of employees seemed to care about how I was treated tell the cops showed up. As soon as the cop showed up magically they came out with my part. All around horrible people that are there. The part I received was fine with the attitude and the threatening demeanor from the employees was unbelievable. Dude at the front desk needs to be hit with a crowbar.

This place is ran like a daycare with no adults around, over priced used parts. Who i assume to be the manager james, is an incompetent tool who doesn’t even know what he’s saying half the time and doesn’t want to take responsibility for his own mistakes

Miguel, did what he could to get me the parts I NEEDED for my vehicle when i was stranded in loveland, and went out of his way to get me the extra parts for my toyota 4runner that I needed . He was great working with us .

Honestly speaking, how did this business start in 1959 and survive up until now...You would think that they would become a super mega conglomerate like Walmart at this point, but theyre still like 3 junkyards still selling junk parts that dont work at all with you car. James is an angel that god sent . He helped my daughter with parts she needed when she was visiting me in town. He went way beyond his way to make sure we were taken care of .

If i Could give 0 stars i would. Took over two weeks to try and get my part. After trying to cancel my order, that they did not have still. I had to pay over $50 in restock fees F this place GO BACK TO CHICAGO. If rockauto.com has it, order from there well worth it. My 2c

I got an online quote for a fender on Saturday, Monday came around, shot them a call only to find out that they had sold the part to a shop. I headed over anyway (the employee on the phone was pretty brief and rude as most of these places), the guy upfront on the other hand was very respectful. He called the shop and found they didnt want the part due to minor rock chips. The boss made sure i was happy (coolest dude ever) & PAINT MATCHED MY CAR EXACTLY. Im extremely happy with my purchase.

Communication is garbage.Live 15 minutes from the yard and I couldn’t get a 4runner fender pulled in a day.No help. Put on hold.Job should take all of 5 minutes max to pull the fender off. Been hours and have heard nothing.

Im the head mechanic for a car dealership in fort collins anytime we need a used part i go to these guys 9/10 every part I get from them wether it be a engine transmission or any other misc part i have no issues with i plan on coming back till i am no longer turning wrenches

I ordered a rim to my house, Without this rim I can’t drive my car. I was told by Robert that it would be here in a week. It is now two weeks later and no rim. Every time I call they say “it’s out for delivery”. At this point I canceled the order. Never order anything form this company.

Im currently rebuilding a 3rd Gen Ram and Levi was very helpful in helping me track down parts for an auto to manual swap.They have multiple locations so it really helps out.Granted they do have some standard rates and minimal charges, they were still a pleasure to work with.One part was a little damaged. But they made up for it in their own way and Im satisfied.The shipping and delivery was within a week.Yes, eBay did and does have some parts that may be cheaper as mentioned, but the ones i needed were in bad shape and not from these guys.Thanks H&H crew.

Looking for a rear bumper for a 1998 Dodge Ram van. I got one from this place years ago, used, for 30 dollars. Now, some rude individual, who I spoke to today, wants to charge me 200! This outfit is going down, fast!

Absolutely pleased with customer service and purchase. The drive was gorgeous driving up from Colorado Springs. Staff was nice and we were in and out of there in now time. I bought what I needed and i got exactly that. Awesome place.

Hard to do business with, when you call you do not speak with anybody on location. Everything that you order will have a core on it, even if it is not rebuild-able. So frustrating. After you have it shipped to you, then you have to wait to have them pick it up and refund your core. Just a way for them to make extra money for people that do not want the hassle. On top of that I asked the gentleman that I spoke to today if I could just send the core when our part was delivered and he said since it was a courier service I would have to actually reshedule to have it picked up. When I asked who would pick it up the core he said the same courier service that would be delivering my part. REALLY?

I ordered 2 parts from here, it was a little to high on price but I needed the price. Took vehicle so that I could get the right parts, turns out they did not send ne what I asked for. Parts of the item were broken and decide to reorder fron ebay, much cheaper and nothing broken.

I was lied to and told ghat they had parts they did not have. Very disrespectful employees.

I like to shop local. However. When I call to get a salvaged part (used). I dont expect to pay 15% more than a new in box OEM part. Its a shame when you try to shop local.... But you cant. Came in almost a month ago and bought a jeep transmission and gave it to my mechanic for install. When he opened it up to replace the seals and fluid they noticed that the trans had a lot of aluminum shavings and other issues that indicate the trans is ready to break or have major issues at any moment. This trans had a parts warranty so I asked them to ship a new one. This is now the third week I have had to call them and figure out that it is going to be another week late because it hasnt even shipped. The manager wont return my voice mails and the salesman who sold me the part could care less when I get the trans. MAN! what great customer service!SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went here the other week to buy an AC compressor for my car. Was told it was in working order and it had been tested by them. Got home, installed the part, had the AC charged up which cost me $100, and the clutch wouldnt engage. Called to speak with the person who sold it to me and was assured Id get a call back in five minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I decided to call him again. Not only did I waste $100 getting my AC charged after installing the broken part they sold, but their customer service was lacking and they refused to do anything for the cost I had incurred do to their testing of parts. Its not hard to actually test parts before selling them as fully functioning, and its not hard to provide decent customer service. Even apologizing and explaining what happened would have been better than a simple the only thing we can do is give you back what you paid for the part.

People are really rude, the guys up front seem to hate their lives. Not sure how a used not paint matched bumper cover is $250. Ordered off eBay and even with shipping it was cheaper. Wont support a business that isnt even willing to greet you when you walk in the door.

I was able to obtain my desired parts for 10% of what they cost originally. Thank you H&H autoparts!
