Years ago I went to Video Kitchen to make a video of my grandparents pictures, i was very happy with the job they did and I talked to my friends and family about their great service and professionalism, unfortunately 5 months ago I called them and I send my weeding pictures to make video, I called few times and finally after 5 months I received an invoice for 222 dollars. I called them so happy, according to the email the job was done, for my surprise it wasn’t, I spoke to Ale and he state that he wasn’t sure what happens but the job was never completed, I had a very bad experience this time and I will never recommend Video Kitchen again to any of my friends and family. Very sad, The dedication and professionalism of this company is lost.

They do amazing work converting 8mm films into digital files. Im glad I found this place. Prices are reasonable for the conversion as well.

Ya this place is legit. I showed up one day with about 10 boxes of old photos and VHS tapes to be digitized for a Christmas present. They helped me organize them all, and walked me through the process. I don’t live in Louisville, so they helped me setup a Dropbox account for them to upload all the photos to as they were digitized. Very family friendly service, and would recommend them for any digitizing needs. Thanks friends at Video Kitchen!

Superb customer service. A video I needed wasn’t available for pick-up on a Saturday. Video Kitchen employees stayed about 2 hours late to ensure I received the video on the day it was promised.

I love the Video Kitchen! The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff always discusses your project thoroughly with you so they understand what you want. I have burned tons of family videos there and their products turn out great!

In preparing Power Point and video presentations to accompany classes which I teach and lectures to groups, I have worked with Edith Bush and Video Kitchen for some years. They are the best! Attitudes are great; turnaround time is fast; professional assistance and suggestions leave nothing wanting and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this very capable and very nice team.

They took my grandparents old 8mm home movies and transferred them to DVD and a thumb drive. We had over 2000 feet of film and they had it all done in just under a week! The price was very affordable and the quality was great.

Video Kitchen produced the video for Uspiritus 2015 Renew the Spirit breakfast, and it turned out better than we had hoped! Edith was great to work with, and was incredibly understanding when one of our stars failed to show up. I highly recommend Video Kitchen!

Video Kitchen recorded my dance school recital and did a fabulous job. Edith was very easy to work with and I was very pleased with the editing she did. The final video turned out great and was finished quickly as well. I highly recommend Video Kitchen for any videography needs.

I have worked with Video Kitchen the past 2 yrs for a large event my group holds each year. They have been really good and easy to work with. They shoot the event, create the DVD, and make as may copies as we need. Ive been really pleased with all their work and level of professionalism!

Was quoted approx 15 per VHS which would have been about 60-70 dollars but it turned into 153.70 after 20.00 “consultation set-up and supplies” “added media sources “ for another 20.00 and 15.00 for a thumb drive. Also- files in the thumb drive are too big to send to family members didgitally. They can’t be burned into CD’s either. So i have to buy more thumb drives, copy them and send to each family member that i want to share with. Tyler was not helpful when we called and just said we would have to buy video compression software. We expected him to know that we obviously want to share old home movies with other family members. Pretty much one of the main points of having them updated. Not a good experience will go elsewhere in the future.

Need something transferred from old tape to DVD? Great place to get it done quickly and professionally. Will def be going back.

They produced a video for my restaurant and we have it playing on the television in our dining area and everyone has loved it! Video Kitchen was very easy to work with and they created a great video for us.

I screwed up making a photo montage for my Grandpas funeral. Found it the dvd wouldnt work with the funeral homes equipment. Elijah took my failed disk and turned it into a working one in minutes. Thank you Video Kitchen!!!
