I wouldnt do business with this place if they supplied products or services for free. I spent 3 weeks corresponding back and forth with their service department about getting radios programmed. I had to submit FCC license number, set up new account, email all of the radios and model numbers and pictures, etc with them. After getting the account set up and one of the service department members saying everything was good and we will schedule you in soon, the CEO, Perry Bond sent me a one line email saying that they can not perform any work for me. Perry Bond must be a gutless, spineless person, since he doesnt have enough gumption to even call and talk to a customer and offer any explanation to what happened. He must not know anything about the customer service end of the business. Steer clear of this business. They made a lot of promises that they cant keep. I have all of the emails if anyone would like to see it.
