Dr. Brian Chudleigh is highly skilled professional, very nice person. Took care about my not-so-simple case on my first visit. Staff is attentive and well trained. Waiting time was minimal (~7min) and standard questionnaire was available on-line - no time in the office needed for that routine. Clean office with convenient parking.

Very well run dentist office. My dentist and hygienist were both very thorough and professional. The front office did a great job working with my insurance plan. I highly recommend getting your dental work done at LDA.

My hygienist Cassie Button is 100% professional. She is super knowledgeable and thorough. My dentist Dr Chuck is a dream dentist. Careful, skilled and FAST. No time wasted at this office. I have needed special restorations and this practice promises perfect and delivers. I feel lucky to have found a hometown dentist with big city skills. Also they are ethical. No over charging or upselling. They are good people.

Really like LDA, have been a patient since moving to the area. I have had many dentists in my years, Dr Brian is very good at what he does! The rest of the staff are all top notch as well!!

Dr. Chuck is the best!!! My crown popped off and needed to be re-glued, got me in less than 24 hours after I called, cleaned the crown, made sure the margins were all still good. Put it back on, and adjusted my bite. Less than an hour in the office since they worked me in. Always putting the patient care first!

I’ve always like LDA, but this year I had a bad experience. I went back in March for tooth pain. They tested me, said nothing was wrong, and to use Flouride toothpaste. Ok. I did that for the next six months, trusting that the change in toothpaste would help my gums. My pain never went away and I finally went back in. Well, now they tell me I have a cracked tooth. They recommended a crown, but “it might not work” and then I’d have to get a root canal. Well, that didn’t sit right with me. I got two other opinions and I 100% needed a root canal. I understand that cracks are hard to see, and that missing it in March wasn’t abnormal. However they didn’t even alert me to the fact that it could be a cracked tooth and give me signs to look out for. And now to recommend a crown when clearly it’s been cracked for too long for a crown to fix it- I’m not going back. A root canal could have been avoided had they taken more time with me in the first place, and secondly, they shouldn’t have recommended a crown “which may or may not work”- they should have recommended I go get 3-D imaging to get more info before deciding on a treatment.

This is a great dentists office! I have some pretty extreme dental anxiety, and their team is kind and very accommodating. My first visit was an emergency appointment, and they squeezed me in that day. I returned for a cleaning and cavity work, and a crown and they were great with all aspects. I highly recommend them for folks who would normally avoid dental work- theyll talk to you about your concerns, and find creative ways to help manage anxiety and keep you comfortable.

They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.

Marian is legit my favorite hygienist Ive ever had, and I used to go to a family member when I lived in a different state. Always friendly, thorough, and looking out for my oral health. If you can get on her schedule, I would lock in that appointment now! Dr. Chuck is always available if I have any questions or issues, and the front office staff is fantastic too. Ive been going to LDA for several years and in all cases my experience has been nothing but positive. . Only recently have I had to have some actual dental work (minor) other than dental hygiene. Staff members are courteous, friendly and helpful especially Stacy at the Front desk. While my interactions with Dr. Brien Chudleigh have been brief as I typically do not have any dental issues, he is cheerful and exudes a caring for his patient.

How many people have actually said that they enjoy going to their dentist?! I mean, it’s a pretty odd experience, having someone’s hands all up in your mouth space! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and I actually received a gold star sticker for my cleaning habits...I’m 36 and they gave me a sticker. That’s pretty great. I also had an issue for almost 10 years that they fixed like it was no big deal and for the first time in a long time, I have relief!So I guess I could go out on a limb and say that I actually do enjoy going to my dentist. Don’t judge me for that statement, judge these studs for yourself and you’ll say the same!

I am a college student out of state, and every couple months when I come home to visit I go to get my teeth cleaned. I have been through a couple dentists in the past, however I have never recieved such a painless, thorough, and quick dentist visit. The staff works together effectively and efficiently while providing patients ample knowledge on any sort of procedures they will be implementing. Im only in town for a week, and Dr. Chuck kindly squeezed me into his busy schedule with no questions asked. Denise was also a great hygienist who is passionate and knowledgable about her job. 5 stars for yall!

Im a retired dentist with over 30 years experience and I can tell you these guys are great! They have all the latest equipment to not only treat you efficiently but to protect you as well. Very thorough exam process and knowledgeable staff support. Five stars all around!

This dentist office did and incredible job the first few times I went there but boy have they completely fallen apart over the past several yeas - specifically regarding management and scheduling.After waiting a very long time for my scheduled appointment today 2/3/2021 I get to my appointment and checked in. After waiting around a long time (per usual) a lady calls me to the counter and lets me know they are going to have to reschedule me because my hygienist had to leave prior to my appointment and nobody else would be able to see me. The lady then informs me she can give me a $5 gift card for my troubles and that they are really backed up so it would likely be several months before they could get me back in unless I could be on call for any random opening... This is not an option having a demanding job. A $5 gift card doesnt offset the hour and a half of time it took to go through this hassle, the 50 miles I drove roundtrip to the appointment, or the paid time used at my work to make the appointment. This was my final strike and I left the office and let them know they lost my family as clients.*Preciously to this incident, I had another appointment with this office where I showed up to my appointment after a very long wait (again due to their scheduling) and the lady at the counter let me know they couldnt get ahold of my insurance provider that I had been using with them for years to confirm my insurance and that I could either pay a non-insured rate and still have my appointment, or that I would have to reschedule. I went ahead and researched but they had to move me back 4 months to their first opening. This resulted in my only having one of my two covered appointments that year.These past two incidence really capture my most recent experiences with this office. They didnt respect my time and the amount of effort it takes to make a mid week appointment and they werent transparent about things before hand. Both of these situations could have been handled in advance of me showing up for my appointment by a simple call.It greatly upsets me that this is how my relationship with this office will end. I really enjoyed my actual dentist here and wish him the best regards. Unfortunately, I dont see a way around the horrendous management and scheduling and have lost faith in this office.Hopefully they figure things out. It is always a bummer to see a business you really enjoyed spiral downwards.

Unfortunately after what I thought was a good experience for the last year just turned deplorable. My elderly mother was shamed and mistreated so badly by multiple staff members. She mentioned how pleased she was to have gotten the covid vacine and was met with an unprofessional political debate. Patients shouldn’t have to listen to or defend politics when being treated. They also should not get mistreated if opinions don’t align .

This was my first visit to Louisville Dental Associates and I was overall really impressed. From the woman who greeted me at the front desk to the tech, dental hygienist and the dentist. The staff was very friendly, informative and considerate. I was really impressed with Dr. Chuck Skinners approach and appreciated that he walked me through his concerns thoughtfully and comprehensively. Denise did a great job managing my tooth sensitivity during my cleaning and was also really thoughtful and informative. I am mostly relieved to have found a dental practice that is so great and that I can trust.

Get a second opinion if they want you to do a lot of work.I had an exam prior to LDA, and they said I have no cavities nor work that needed to be done. Six months later, I switched over to LDA. Within two visits my insurance was maxed out and I paid an additional $500 in work. They said I had nine additional cavities I needed to fill at the next visit, and they pushed a 10k veneer plan. I got a second option from another dentist because I thought it was strange since I didnt have any pain or bleeding. They said I did not have a single cavity and it would be a shame to put veneers on healthy teeth.They did a fantastic job on the root canal they did do, but now Im wondering if I even needed it in the first place. I wish I got a second opinion from the start.

I was able to be seen on an emergency visit to fix what turned out to be a bone fragment that has festered up from a previous VA dentist. I called and was able to be seen within 30 minutes of calling which was awesome. I was in Colorado for hyperbaric oxygen treatment at the Rocky Mountain Institute just a few blocks away. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease.

I love this office and staff. I had only had one dentist, until he passed away, my entire life and was scared to go to another dentist. I tried another dentist a year or so ago and they were just rude and didn’t care about my well being. I walked into this office pretty scared, but soon was comforted by the staff and felt so welcomed. Denise made my cleaning a breeze and was so thoughtful about how I was feeling. Dr. Chuck was just downright amazing. He helped me get some fillings done in a time crunch and it was painless. I don’t have kids yet, but when I do, I’ll be bringing them here for years to come. Wonderful first visit. Friendly, intelligent staff. Answered all of my many questions thoroughly and to the level of detail I desired. The only downside was that the standard first visit is long at 2 hours. However, as long as all follow up visits are the standard 30 minutes or so, I am fine with this. At no time did I feel that time was wasted or procedures took longer than necessary. They have a personalized approach and really used this first visit to get to know me as a person. Would highly recommend!

I was referred by a coworker about how great the dentist and their team was. I was in the market for a dentist and thought about giving them a try. The front desk staff were great. I personally love that they are very paperless and use iPads for intake. Dr. Chuck was laid back, outgoing and friendly. He helped make a plan for my work and the front desk helped me with my insurance and explained my out of pocket cost. I was also impressed with the amount of technology they used, as that’s really important for me in a dentist. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them. Plus, I got a gift card because my coworker referred, which was a bonus!

Even as a first time patient, they got me in and out on time. Very friendly and professional. If you are a first time patient, take the time to fill out the initial docs online before the visit as it will save you some time. If you do not (as I did not), no great tragedy, they will hand you a clip board or tablet. Added a whitening on the spot that required impressions, they did them no worries and very little extra time - and you have to love the warm rinse water on sensitive teeth! Good notifications of upcoming appointments, these people definitely focus on the customer experience.

I have been going to Louisville Dental Associates for over 30 years. I was concerned when the previous dentist retired and it was bought out, but I need not have worried. They are always friendly, and dare I say, fun? I have never had to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time.

Dr. Brian had a tough situation to deal with. I have a crowned molar that started letting me know that the root was dying in a PAINFUL way. He took me in as quickly as he could. He drilled through the crown and had to deal with a molar with three roots, one of which was curved. He patiently and gently worked for an hour until he managed to get all three roots done, checking on me throughout the procedure to see if I was ok. Bear in mind, I also have TMJ. He didnt have to destroy the cap; he was able to fill it as he would any other cavity after the procedure and THAT was a relief too! Through his skill and patience, the work is complete with nothing to show but a little soreness (which is expected) and sheer, utter RELIEF! I would recommend him to anyone I know. To those of you reading this post, you cant go wrong with Dr. Brian. He is the BEST!!!!!

Ive had about $8,000 worth of work done here in the last 12 months. Dr. Brian has been great along with his assistants Tish & Nikki. Marian the queen of teeth clean is an absolute gem. Stacy has done and excellent job of collecting the money and scheduling my appointments. She makes something most people dont enjoy as delightful as possible. We all hate going to the dentist, but this place is kind of fun!

During my first visit dr chuck identified another problem with my teeth and immediately offered to make a quick repair at that time and still worked on other patients without interruption. During my visit I was impressed with the new digital computerized and updated equipment to speed up the process. Highly recommend dr chuck and assistant.
