Recommended to CW by a friend, Ed the owner is a great guy, you can tell he is an enthusiastic rider himself.Chad in service is the best around! He has serviced my bike twice now. Always competent and efficient. Many thanks for your service.Do business with these guys, they are top notch!
I bought my 2018 Triumph T120 from Commonwealth. Ive ridden for over 50 years and have bought a number of new motorcycles. This is by far the best dealership Ive ever dealt with. I just had my bike serviced and Chad did a great job. It is rare to find a competent motorcycle mechanic these days. Chads knowledge goes far beyond competence. Louisville is lucky to have this dealership.
Bought bike from here the other day. Made a 3 hour drive out of state because the sales manager, Tony, was forthright and friendly. He was not pushy and answered all email in a timely manner. The showroom was nice and clean. Anyone looking for a ducati, aprilla, KTM, or triumph and lives a few hours away should buy from Commonwealth Motorcycles
I’m currently sitting in the showroom at commonwealth motorcycles. It’s been over 40 minutes and no sales person has approached me. I came in with the intention of ordering a Tuono. Not to be snubbed by the staff. Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Visited Commonwealth Motorcycles to try on some jackets after purchasing two jackets online that did not fit. The staff members are super helpful, polite, and personable. They will help you if you need it, but dont follow you around trying to make a sale (which is awesome in my opinion because I like to shop in peace for the most part). They have lots of bikes and a wide selection of gear. I was surprised that they carried gear for women since there is an inherent bias towards mens gear in the motorcycle industry. Left with a jacket and a new favorite business to frequent. They also have military discount, which is a nice bonus! Will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone in the Louisville area.
I purchased my Triumph Rocket 3 from them September 2020. I know this will be a little long but please read if you ‘re considering on doing business with them. The price was a little better than other Triumph dealerships. However, it was not worth it in the end. I would’ve paid MRP for better service alone. Here is why. Break in service is due at ~600 mile mark. When I called less than a week after my purchase to schedule the initial service I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to it. Therefore, I had to go to another dealership that was professional enough to get me in so I could continue riding and I was amazed how they treated their customers and impressed on how other dealerships who I did Not buy from treated their customer(s) the right way! I am ultimately surprised Commonwealth has any repeat customers at all. Maybe I am an anomaly for the customer experience I thought to myself. However, I am not. I called and gave them a second chance to redeem theirselves after I had a gash in my back tire. I was told I had to pay for the tire up front and then they would schedule the service after they receive the tire. I do not want to wait 3 weeks to get my tire replaced. I did not purchase this motorcycle to sit in a garage. I was surprised to learn that they sell products but don’t carry the spare parts like a tire in stock. I was told they will never carry the tire in stock and it’s up the customer to buy the tire wait, then schedule the service with them. As we all know in the current world we live in, lead times can be much longer than normal. So, my review is they actually did me a favor. I would not trust or do business with Commonwealth Motorcycles again nor would recommend a friend or foe to do business with them. Even if you get a little bit better price it’s worth paying more for your motorcycle for a better customer service experience. Consider this review if you want to have a good customer service experience or you and your money be appreciated. These are not little purchases.
Bought a 2021 Triumph Street Triple. Test drove it and fell in love. Tony handled all aspects of the sale. Gave me a fair deal and didn’t push any extra’s on it. True professional and they know what they are doing! I will be back!
I’d like to give a shout-out to Chad and everyone at Commonwealth for taking good care of me this weekend. My bike died on the interstate about 20 miles east of Louisville, on what I thought would be the last day of a 2500 mile trip. I found Commonwealth thanks to the many other great reviews, and had the bike towed there. Chad diagnosed the issues, had the parts overnighted, and had me back on the road within 24 hours. The bike ran flawlessly for the 500 mile trip home. Thanks so much for your hard work and efficiency! Definitely a great experience at Commonwealth!
I had my Bonneville serviced - dropped off yesterday, picked up today!. Chad is a pro, took care of all maintenance and tuning. Pick up was a Covid-compliant breeze. Job well done!
Had a great experience shopping here, I was in the market for new 390Duke. The only other local KTM dealer was out of stock and commonwealth had multiples in stock, even in the color I wanted, I never felt pressured to make my purchase, and Tony was excellent working with me and my finance company to insure everything was going to go smooth. The transaction took a few days on my end to get everything wrapped up with my finance company but first thing Tuesday morning we went in, signed paperwork, they prepped the bike and I was out within an hour. Everyone was extremely helpful and tentative even though there was multiple people in looking for bikes. Would definitely recommend if youre in the market for an exotic motorcycle.
Awesome Place, Great staff, I got a great deal of my new ktm, and I love it!!
Incredible selection and extremely knowledgeable it was really cool talking with the owner about the history of the bikes on display and his experiences over the years. Thank you very much I am very glad we stopped in and I highly recommend if you in that area in your looking for bike this is definitely your go to spot
Trying to cancel an online order before it even been shipped to me, came with refused, and the seller only agreed to a refund of 75% of the payment.
Great people, the best brands, fair prices. Just bought a new KTM 790 Adventure from them, my second KTM bike. Excellent purchasing experience with Tony, strong expertise in their service department, and a special thanks to Amanda in parts for taking care of me when I screwed up the installation of a part I ordered from them. Really like these folks and I highly recommend them to others.
Great staff and great bike selection.
Amazing service, excellent tunes for PCV. Highly recommend.
The team at commonwealth always take good of me. Thanks everyone!
The nice lady at the parts department was very patient with me even though I was only spending a few dollars. She took the time to explain how parts for Triumph are catalogued. They didn’t have the part I needed but she gave me good advice which worked. I will be back to spend more money as the service is very good and everyone made me feel welcome there. Thanks!
Awesome service and great attitudes by everybody there
I have been upgrading my track only KTM RC390 and it is time to add a fuel injection programmer to optimize the performance. The Service Manager Chad Wells is a tuning guru for this bike -- over 400 hours of dyno testing and map making for any configuration of performance upgrades you may have. He sent me a PCV already loaded with the map my bike will need and also reflashed the stock ecu with the correct oem base map -- all for a ridiculously competitive price.Id also like to give a shoutout to Cody Gordon. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He answered of my emails quickly and professionally. I never had to question what was going on. I imagine he is a great asset to your business.Even though I have never stepped foot in commonwealth and live in another state, they made me feel like I was their most important customer. I will make sure to stop in and shake some hands next time Im in Louisville. Keep up the great work guys!
I recently bought a part for my Ducati Multistrada from Amanda. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The part arrived ahead of the time frame she gave which was a pleasant surprise. I very rarely write reviews but in this case the service and attention afforded me by Amanda was impossible to ignore. Great work! Thank you!
My experience with Commonwealth Ducati dealership was a good as all the past experiences for over 8 years especially with the service department. Chad Wells is why I’ve been to Commonwealth Ducati my previous 3 Ducati Superbike’s to be serviced. He always kept it professional and to the point of my needed services. Very appreciative towards his technological knowledge & efficiency with open communication’s and short turn around to keep me riding safe and confident. I will always be thankful towards this shop to avoid other service departments ongoing. And believe me, I’ve owned over 39 motorcycles !
Recently purchased a motorcycle from Commonwealth and it wont be my last. The purchasing process was low pressure and went smoothly. People were very friendly and easy to deal with. Cant recommend them enough.
Best and only Ducati dealer in Louisville. Great service. Awesome advice. Will not rip u off.
While I can not say if they are a good company or not. I can say the employees or owner love it there so much they are willing to almost run over people crossing the street to get there. Whom ever. Get over your midlife crisis and watch for pedestrians.
I really enjoy this shop, they have a great selection of awesome bikes and a lot of great prices! The sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Their mechanic, Matt Brown, is rude, and left my rear seat detached. I couldnt figure out why my bike was making weird noises after my service and i kept stopping and checking. Then after lunch noticed the seat wasnt all the way down. No idea why he was under the pillion for service, but it would have SUCKED to lose my seat on the road.I would have no issue going back and even buying a bike, but i wouldnt get my service there.
Overachieved all of my expectations. Chad and the guys in the shop are professionals at providing a great service experience. Being a high end dealership I was prepared to take it hard on my wallet, but their service is competitive and reasonable. They provided the best service I’ve ever received and were very clear and upfront about any and all issues. Expert mechanical knowledge, especially on Aprilia which gets little support in the Midwest. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be back for service and when the time comes, for my next bike.
Great place, great bikes, very helpful staff. Go check this place out.
Got a great deal on a motorcycle! Shop super easy to work with!
I traveled from Nashville to buy an Aprilia Tuono from Commonwealth and had the best experience I could of wanted. After calling every Aprilia dealer within 1000 miles, I made an excellent deal over the phone on the bike I had been looking for. Tony emailed me an invoice, and there were no surprises when doing the paperwork on site. I got to Commonwealth before they opened, but Tony came out and invited me in. He first showed me my bike, then walked me through their service department, did the paperwork, picked out a shirt, and then they helped me load and secure it. Overall the best experience I could have expected, they were a great mix of personal and professional. 10/10.
Great service and experience. Had my bike tuned and inspected by Chad in service and he shared a lot of knowledge to help get my bike setup correctly.
I purchased my motorcycle back in 2010. I was fortunate enough to test ride it. I liked it very much. The staff were helpful, and guided me through the process. Once the sale was complete they were going to inspect and adjust the motorcycle. So, Im at the dealer ready to pick up and I was out back astride my new ride and this fella quizzes me with the kill switch and he says, If the bike wont start where should you look first? I chuckled realizing just how many customers must call. And just like that he was gone. There was no tech on site to answer questions about the bike. Perhaps point out some things that may have been done. Anything that was ADJUSTED? So, Im headed out of the parking lot and I rolled out to the street. The clutch engagement point was moved from its former forward test ride setup to the rear by the grip. I was coming from a 250 to a 650, it was a bit startling but I dealt with it. A heads up would have been nice. Beyond that it was a good experience and they always had things I needed in stock.
I have been a customer here for years. Most recent purchase was a Triumph Bonneville at end of last year. The owner (Ed) is a great guy. A performance and dual sport bike expert. He doesnt over sell anyone.Just tries to find a fit for you.In the shop is Chad Wells. He can suspend and tune anything! They have a dyno in the shop and can reprogram ECUs.
Excellent place for service do exactly what they say theyre going to do no hassle easy to deal with Love it
Whether on the phone or in person this place & it’s associates are beyond rude & “stuck up” I went to buy a bike (with cash) no financing but before I mentioned that it was obvious because I didn’t look the part I wasn’t given the time of day.I decided to buy my bike at CC Powersports instead. Purchased a 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan. I decided to give them a second chance When I needed to schedule a maintenance over the phone I was abruptly & rudely interrupted mid sentence & was told they don’t work on Kawasaki’s in about the rudest fashion imaginable - yet Ive seen a Kawasaki in the showroom?
I had a great first visit to Commonwealth when I stopped in and bought my first Aprilia this weekend! I was in contact with Tony in sales before I arrived, and he and Ed showed me around my new bike really thoroughly. They even helped my friend and I get the new ride secured in the truck before we drove into the top end of a hurricane. Pleased to say I made it home on the new ride with not a spot of damage. Everybody was friendly, and they have a great selection. Will definitely stop by when I am next in Louisville!
Spent 15 minutes visiting dealership today. No one greeted us or asked if we had any questions, etc. My wife and I are avid motorcyclists with plenty of cash and excellent credit. We walked out. No longer interested in this dealership.
Great shop! I had them tune up my motorcycle. They were honest, fast and offered competitive pricing. Would highly recommend them!
Great bike shop. Excellent selection of Aprilia & Ducati models, riding gear and swag all in stock. If not in stock theyre happy to order. Certainly met my expectations and a great refresher from all things Harley that dominates our landscape.
Very helpful, large selection of exquisite motorcycles in stock, ready to go. I am thinking of buying a certain motorcycle, and I found the man with whom I dealt friendly, knowledgeable and ready to deal. I will be returning, hopefully leaving on my new beauty this time.Highly recommend.
Had my Triumph Street Triple get its first service done here. I am a full time student and work full time, they worked with me on every step of the way on trying to get a time slot to get my bike in before season really began. Even when I was late they still helped me out even when they could have turned me away and be fully justified in doing so. I look forward to using this dealership in the future for any service on my bike. Great guys who take pride in what they do!
You want to know how great these guys and ladies are? They let me come in and shoot the bull with them even though I havent actually bought a motorcycle from them in over EIGHT years! Ed, Tony, Amanda, Chad and gang are great to deal with. Customer service is bar none. Even though I am a blue collar kinda guy patronizing a high end Italian dealership they still treat me as a friend.
Just a great experience. Peruse the latest bikes while getting the best service. Expert mechanical knowledge. Highly recommmended.
Had my 18 Street Triple RS warranty work performed here. Dropped off on Saturday and was ready by Thursday. Fantastic selection of bikes and gear, I highly recommend them!
Clean. Customer friendly
Zero stars would be more fitting.Terrible attitude from upstairs salesman. Blew me off when I asked about the norton on display.Guess he thought I didn’t look like I could afford it. Wouldn’t even tell me the price. I could buy 10 of them if I wanted. Bought another new bike from his competition.Note: review added by my hubby who never does reviews but felt compelled to write his first one ever after being so disrespected. The man is a gear head with more higher end cars and motorcycles than he knows what to do with. Whoever this salesman was or whatever was on his mind that day, he really missed the mark that day!
Super helpful and friendly staff. Everyone ther is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Everything I can get through them will come through them.
Great staff whos very knowledgeable about the brands and motorcycle parts, easygoing and glad to help. The brands of bikes they carry in-store are top notch.Commomwealth Motorcycle also has a large selection of apparel, hats, helmets, shirts and more.
By far the best motorcycle dealer of any type in the area. the showroom is museum quality, and the parts dept is second to none. service is excellent and tony might be the only sales guy i have ever met that i actually like.
Will never return for service again. Its a wonder they can sleep at night after charging what they charged me to install tires and do an oil change. I can only be fooled once.
I brought my ride for for a service call and fully expected a few hours worth of labor charges. I got a call that it was ready to go, no charge. They had discovered that a little cleaning and lube was all that was required to solve my problem. Ill will be back.
Great shop. Nice people. Nice bikes. Great atmosphere.
Dont trust service department! My father and I have bought 3 bikes from them. Always brought them in for service till they dropped one (without disclosing the damage)and replaced it with inferior components. After dealing with horrible customer service (Chad and some other manager) they admitted to the fault but never made it right. We will never use them again!
Just stopped in for the first time. Nice layout and great selection.
2nd KTM motorcycle I have bought from this dealer. One of the better dealers in Louisville. Willing to match other dealers and not BS you around.
Ive been purchasing items here for years and bought my first Ducati from them. Very personable when you get to know them, great parts staff, and excellent mechanics. Chad Wells is a master with Dyno tuning, so a major plus for Ed and Tony to have him on staff. Now even more brands available, so if youre buying its a great place to stop, and if youre not buying, its a great place to plan what youll buy next.
Amanda and Chad are awesome.
Very nice and friendly shop with little to no pressure. :-). Thank you.
Very nice very professional and not pushy
Got a new KTM 390 for my wife 4 years ago and recently a Triumph. I had a very good and ethical experience on both transactions. Great service from real motorcycle people. The KTM was for my wife and its what she wanted and needed for her size. What a stand out cycle and dealer.
Super helpful and friendly
Awesome selection of makes and models. I purchased a MV Agusta from them last year and theyve been fantastic. I can always get a hold of a real person in the service department who actually remembers me and my bike. Had one bit of warranty work done and it was no questions asked and not a penny from my pocket.Their service center is top notch. Definitely get a tour through it if you havent.Bottom line: great people with passion and expertise, great selection, and amazing service.Id kill to have them in my home town.
Excellent sales, service and what an amazing showroom. Nicest, most friendly shop Ive been too. Great to do business with.
Nice selection of motorcycles in showroom. Greeted by staff upon entering, which is a nice touch. Had the info I was looking for about Moto.
It was closed when I stopped by. The bikes that I observed thru the showroom window looked amazing! Ducati cycles rule!
Fantastic atmosphere. Huge selection for 2 wheeled therapy. Very willing to help with parts or selection and a very knowledgeable staff when it comes to riding.
The people were very helpful and will answer just about any question.
Best motorcycle dealership out there! So easy and nice to work with, we are lucky to have them in the Louisville area.
Fantastic showroom with lots of apparel in inventory. Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Great staff, very fun to interact with. Awesome place for foreign motorcycle repair and purchase
Commonwealth Motorcycles is the best shop in the region. its doesnt get easier when you need OEM Ducati parts and accessories. plus the staff is friendly and very helpful, I recommend them to everyone.
Great staff, very helpful. Amazing selection of bikes.
Beautiful bikes and knowledgeable staff. Also a nice selection of merchandise.
Nice people. Reasonably priced bikes
Great people, nice selection of bikes. Reasonable prices
Great service. Will be back
Nice people and bikes. Good service.
Very friendly staff, neat antique bikes on display.
I bought my KTM here and have had it serviced a couple times. These guys know what they are doing. Service has always been done correctly and the bike comes back just like Id expect. Custom tune on the dyno really smoothed out the throttle and it runs like a top. Thanks Chad and Winston!
I’m a Gear head since birth. Qualified dynos are few and far between. Especially with a knowledgeable operator. Enter Chad Wells. What an smart guy. Doesn’t talk down to you & answers all questions in a way the common guy can comprehend.Trailered cycles on 3 separates occasions to Commonwealth for Chads know how. I’m sure I drove right past other Dynos, but the level of service I received was well worth the drive. Also was entertained by a guy I “thought” was just a customer like me. Turns out, it was Ed, who’s the owner. Treated me like I’d just purchased a new cycle when all I was getting was a tune on a Dyno. Same “red carpet” treatment. Take note all other motorcycles dealers. Many of us will drive hours away to get treated well. Now 3 years later from first tune, I’m driving up to Louisville all the way from Knoxville TN to buy a new Aprilia Tuono Factory. I know I’ll be treated well.Tim S in TN
Great friendly service, willing to help
Our triumph service center
Owners cool dude. Luv the Ducati
I have been visiting Commonwealth for years. I had never bought a single thing until this weekend when I rode out with a t120 black. Transaction was so quick, smooth and easy. Tony and Ed both are very approachable and personable. I rode down on my bike, knowing i was going to trade it in, followed by my brothers harley. After the purchase and near closing time the fresh, new battery still wasnt fully charged. To keep me from having to ride on the back of my brothers harley, they installed a used, fully charged battery for me and told me to come back and pick up the new one at my earliest convenience. Very satisfied as a customer. Even though ive got the bike now, im sure ill still come by to check out all their badass bikes.
The show room is blatantly awesome, they have tons of Ducati / KTM / MV / and general motorcycle stuff. This is the reason they received even 3 stars. However I walked in on a Saturday afternoon when only one other customer was present and was never even acknowledged. I had 3-4 sales staff stare at me from across the showroom, but no one even said hello. I went upstairs and saw one or two other sales staff in their offices but they kept their eyes low. I love my Ducati and enjoy everything about the brand. I can spend my money elsewhere... Dr B
Good Staff, Good Service, 4hour drive for me, and I still use them over my locals
Professional, knowledgeable, polite staff
Bought my most recent bike there, a 2013 GSX-R 750. Tony handled the transaction smoothly, sales experience was great unlike some dealers I have dealt with before.Since this was to be a race bike I also had Chad do a supersport build and dyno tune the bike over the winter and am more than happy with the results. Chad is very detail oriented and I am more than pleased with the results. I am very untrusting of most shops but would not hesitate to let Chad work on anything I owned.
My experience with Commonwealth Motorcycles was nothing but awesome! This was my 3rd bike I was going to own but it was also my first brand new one and my first one at Commonwealth. I had stopped by initially just to check out other brands (I liked the Ducatis 899 and the MV Agusta F3) and everyone greeted me, made sure that I was being taken care of, notified me of any specials they had going but did it in a way that did not make me feel pressured. So I came back and bought. Tony had everything ready for me at signing, no hidden fees etc. I also decided to have some upfits done for my bike (quickshifter and change out another color subframe). When my bike was ready to be picked up, Tony was there and shook my hand and said thank you for the business and congratulated me, walked me back to service and got me in touch with Winston went through all the mechanics and electronics with me before I left. Not only is Commonwealth a beast of its own with the availability to sell beautiful foreign bikes, they have treated me with the utmost respect and eagerness to help. That meant a lot to me especially since this was my first new bike. I push for everyone I know to go to Commonwealth if they are looking for a new bike!
Ive purchased 3 bikes from Commonwealth over the last 3 years (new 2009 Speed Triple, used 2008 Hypermotard 1100, and a new 2013 Multistrada). Each sales transaction Ive experienced has been smooth and honest with no surprises at paperwork time. Tony is great to work with and is passionate about the bikes he sells.Ive only had a handful of experiences (a couple warranty issues, tire mounting etc.) on the service side, but each time the service staff (Chad and Winston) have done an excellent job addressing my needs in a professional and timely manner. Most recently I brought my Multistrada in to have a DSS Error addressed (was an issue with the rear accelerometer wiring) and to have a dyno tune performed. I dropped it off on a Saturday and got a call on Tuesday afternoon from Chad to come pick it up (theyre closed Sunday and Monday). I picked it up a couple days later (I wasnt expecting it that soon), and was presented the invoice which aligned with the estimate that was originally given to me, noted maintenance items that needed attention, and outlined the work that was performed. After paying, we walked out to the bike and Chad went over everything they did for the tune, presented the hp curve printout, how the cruise control works, and what I should expect to experience from the bike after the dyno work. What can I say other than the work they did on the bike blew away my expectations. The bike runs much stronger, with better throttle response and I havent experienced a single hiccup since getting it back. I even got a call from the guys a couple of days later asking how I liked the bike since the tune and to make sure I hadnt had any issues. These guys know their stuff.Bottom line is that everyone in the building cares about their customers and knows how they should be treated. I will continue to take my business to them, and recommend them to anyone else shopping for a bike or needing their Triumph, Ducati, KTM, MV Agusta, or Suzuki serviced.
Ive had more than my fair share of subpar experiences at Commonwealth motorcycles. This very last one takes the cake.I needed my valves adjusted for a Triumph Daytona. that I had recently purchased. Having had some bad experiences with Commonwealth before (someone broke my windscreen, and they replaced it with an inferior part thinking I wouldnt notice)I was tempted to make the drive to Cincinnati, to have the dealer up there do the work I needed done, My good friend convinced me to just go ahead and take it to Commonwealth and forget about the past.Mistake.This bike had some miles on it, but being a broke college, it was all I could afford. I was proud of my new bike. I brought the Daytona into the shop on a snowy day towards the end of February and it was received by the Service Manager ChadFirst of all, I have never met a Chad I liked. There is a lot to a persons name, and Im thinking this might be a part of his sour disposition. I dont know what it is about this guy, but his people skills are TERRIBLE.First of all, I work in the automotive industry. I brought my bike to Commonwealth because I wanted the job done right, I wanted to ensure my bike was running in good condition. I am honest and forthright with people when dealing with their automobiles, and I was expecting the same treatment at Commonwealth.WRONG.Back to Chad...His attitude, facial expressions, and frown indicated he was not happy to be at work.I had purchased some parts I was going to install myself ( A K&N air filter) 3 new sparkplugs and I asked Chad if wouldnt mind installing these while he had the bike apart. He gave me a hard time about it. He said I sell these parts and mumbled about having to charge me extra.I agreed, and left with a bad feeling in my gut.He called me back a few days later telling me my bike was not looking too good after asking a few more questions, I realized that he wasnt really telling me anything I didnt already know,When I went to pick my bike up, I asked to see the list of work that been performed, I asked Chad for a receipt. He then proceeded to explain the bill. I misunderstood a labor charge for the installation of the additional parts I had asked him to replace, and then he copped an attitude with me.I insisted I be treated like any paying customer, and pointed out how we had purchased FIVE motorcycles from the store. I reminded them they had damaged my bike, how many thousands of dollars I had spent there on repairs/maintenance and asked him if this is how you treat all of your customers. Before I knew it we were in a full blown argument right on the sales floor in full view of customers. At some point in the argument my bike was even called junkIm sorry I cant come in and purchase a brand new speed triple at this point in my life. Im barely scraping by paying for college! I saved long and hard to purchase my bike and here he was calling it junk!Inexcusable. At this point I told them I would never be coming back again, and the owner or someone in management told me not to come back!Businesses should think long and hard about how they allow their employees to interact with customers. Of course I am going to tell everyone I know looking to purchase a bike to steer far away from Commonwealth motorcycles. In a sales environment you need staff who are warm, friendly, and willing to engage with each and every person stepping into your store whether it is to purchase a new motorcycle, or some services.I wont be coming back to Commonwealth and I would suggest if you are reading this that you make the drive to Cincy, Lexington, or Indy. There you can find a shop with some quality employees who know how to talk to a customer with some respect.
Super nice place! Super nice people!
Commonwealth is a great shop with excellent customer care and racing DNA!
The only place where I get parts for my KTM
Cool motorcycle shop with a lot to offer.
