I cannot Thank this organization enough for helping residents in West Louisville. This pandemic has placed a unbearable hardship on all of us and assistance is needed in all areas of life. (Spiritual, Emotional, Financial and Physical) Although they are very busy and overwhelmed with calls assisting residents, their kindness and care stands out above and beyond the exemplary customer service shown. My first time going and they paid two months of my lg&e. But because I wasnt late they paid march cause I had to let it go brown. And because april not late they want pay it until the middle of the month. But Im greatful

If you are having a hard time and in need of assistance and live in the 40215 or 40214 area, this is a place that may be able to help you. Keep in mind that they are a small nonprofit organization. So they can not help with large Bills. They can help with eith Water, Electricity, or Rent. At most, they can provide $100 depending on your specific situation.

Its crazy they help the same people every MONTH..but yet a new person they tell them to call back and then out of funds ..why not help the people onced maybe twice a year and exspand to new people .

This place has its good and bad like all things. The lady at the front desk has been very rude almost every time I have been in here. Most of the food they give you is a week or two old.
