I had Louisville Glass do a sliding shower door in my newly finished basement bathroom. I loved it, so I also had them replace our master bathroom shower glass and re-screen our patio sliding door. Each interaction and transaction was smooth. The installers were fast, polite, and did a great job. Plus they cleaned up?! Good luck finding any contractor that checks all those boxes.

Called to schedule glass shower install. Came out to measure, never heard back from them even after I made numerous attempts to schedule the install. Very unprofessional.

Have used Louisville Glass for a number of projects in multiple houses now and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.Theyve even been so kind as to have a technician come fix an alignment issue with a glass shower door that was installed by my builder (not them!) and did it free of charge. Would definitely recommend them!!

I may live many miles away. Chris gave me solid advice and a solution on mounting some glass. Semi permanent at that. When it came time to remove it, the contractors had a very difficult time. The contractor said they will start to mount glass like this.

Walked in today to get a piece of glass cut. I had my estimate, expert opinion, and glass within a few minutes. The glass was wrapped up and walked out to my car. I was very pleased with the service and product provided and happy to support a small business in our community.

I have used Louisville Glass for a couple of projects and I am always very happy with the results. My latest project had a few hiccups (not from them!) and they saved the day. I think Chris does a great job of customer service.

Never do business with them, tell you one thing and do another, terrible customer service. I had a issue and my sister had them bid mirrors and they were a 1000.00 higher than other bids. Save money and headaches and do business with someone else. Would give them a 0 if possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their voicemail does not work, their email does not work, they do not answer the phone during business hours. They lose appointments, show up late, screw up and order the wrong glass, and then CURSED me out for simple alerting them to the fact that their voicemail was broken. Completely unprofessional. Please save yourself the time and pick someone else.

Awful, awful, awful. This was the rudest customer service I have ever had. While attempting to take care of an issue in a calm and professional manner that was partially my fault and partially theirs, the manager immediately became defensive, made rude comments, then said if you would stop talking I would try to make you a deal. We dont call people when their orders are done. Why didnt you call me? I let them know that I would rather lose my large piece of mirror and take my business elsewhere. Not worth dealing with them again.

They refused to repair my window because it was unpleasant. They did not want to go up in my attic because it was insulated and they didnt want to get itchy. I found them totally unprofessional.
