An amazing time and personal tour! I had a great time ans saw some amazing saw blades!

About 1yr ago I went in to have some Cold saw blades checked and sharpened. I dealt with Chip and explained some issues i had been having with style of blades I had from previous vendor. Chip suggested a couple of blades for the 2 applications I had. I took his suggestion and ordered the blades and was really blown away at how well the new blades worked. The blade that he recommended for our aluminum application had about 3x-4x the amount of teeth we had been using and much smaller teeth as well. When i received it I called him with concern and asked if this was right and he assured me I should just test it out and see. Wow!! What a difference it has made. I followed his suggestion of the steel blade too and we have been extremely pleased. I finally needed to get backup blades ordered so I could take these for sharpening a year later and not be down in production. I called because I lost all the information on the blades and Chip pulled it all up and we were off the phone with credit card info and blades ordered in all of about 5 minutes. Another great experience that you dont get all that often anymore with businesses.
