Wes did a great job updating my resume. He was professional & timely with the delivery of my updated resume. My reason for taking away 1 star is because he had stated that he’d also provide me with tips to update my LinkedIn profile bio. I sent him numerous emails & messages on LinkedIn requesting the tips over the past couple of months. He’d reply that he’s traveling & would get back to me but as of this review, I still don’t have the tips. That part was very disappointing.
