Please do not work for this company! I work for the for almost 2+ years until they stopped paying me. I have been begging almost a full year now for money owed for work completed a year ago. please do not fall for the same thing I did. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! I served over 500 papers for them! I was never paid on time after the 1st 100, and payment for my work stopped. its been right at a year now and I still have not been paid. Im in the process for filing suit but so far the courts havent been a huge help. please call someone else, please do not work for or hire these people. feel free to look me up if you have any question. If your looking at this company to be a Civil Process server dont waste your time. They dont mind sending you work but when it comes to their time to pay they cant seem to cut a check. This is May 6, 2014, and we still have not received payment from papers served in January 2014. Dont waste your time calling either as they always seem to be in meetings and will not return your call. If you like working for FREE then by all means sign up with Fast Process Services, LLC or if your like most and need a paycheck then go somewhere else. Not worth the time and hassle!

Scumbags. Thats the nicest thing I can say. These people constantly lie. They love sending you work but never answer questions about pay. I am not sure how the owners sleep at night. No integrity whatsoever.

In search of process servers that have worked for this company. I have done work for them and have over $900.00 that I have been waiting to get paid for. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone and emails and no response!? I am extremely upset and hope to find others that have had the same issues. Nice people over the phone, answered promptly the first time I called and explained how things worked and that they would find the defendant in my case. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called again. Guy answered and told me he would tell me what he’s found out so far. I told them the defendant lived in london, Kentucky last I knew, and the guy told me the address they found for her was my old address in Iowa, from when she had lived with me almost two years prior! He apologized and said he would run vehicle reports and see if we could get any new information. That was over a month ago and they will not return my calls after several voicemails. Opened a dispute case with my credit card company saying I either want my money back, or the service I had paid for and I STILL haven’t heard anything back. Now, I understand when you’re busy, you’re busy, there’s not much you can do. But it’s heen a month and Unless they start returning calls, I would not recommend.
