Tommy is great. I had a home laser printer that had gotten some leaked toner everywhere and was printing blue-spotted pages. I was a little concerned that I might be too small a customer, but he gave me a great quote and advice and fixed everything quickly. Ill definitely be going back if I have any issues in the future.

Tommys Laser Printer Service exceeded my expectations in Customer Service and pricing. I contacted him on a weekend during the pandemic in February 2021 and he responded immediately that Sunday. I was having trouble printing on my Brother office printer. He preformed maintenance and several test on the equipment at a reasonable charge. Tommy even delivered the printer to my home. In a time where customer service is relative, Tommy is what I call a throwback to a time when customer service meant more. I bought a printer off Ebay that quit working after 30 days. Tommy looked into repair, but he realized it would not be cost effective and offered a better solution that proved to be exactly that...Better! I highly recommend his services.

Theres not a lot of printer repair people around anymore since so many of them are disposable. Brought in an older HP Color LaserJet that I didnt want to trash because of all the toner I still had.
