This was my second time using Camelot to move my piano. I moved it from a second floor apartment with 18 stairs to my house. Not only were the movers very friendly, personable, and professional, but they overcame many obstacles (including gravel) at the delivery site with ease and smiles. 100% would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Without a doubt the best piano tuning experience ever. Jack was so kind and tuned my piano beautifully, then played and sang songs with my son, and even invited me to play for him. It was like having family over. I very highly recommend! Thank you!

I use Camelot Piano Services for all of our piano and grandfather clock deliveries. They are friendly, reliable, careful and their prices are very reasonable. These are professional piano movers with the right equipment, knowledge and training. I highly recommend them for any local or long distance piano (or grandfather clock) move.

When scheduling and when the office person called to confirm, we told them there were steps, and how many. However, the crew sent to move the piano arrived almost 2 hours late, then said they couldnt move it because there were steps! Camelots office claims they told them there were steps. Bottom line: We still have a piano that needs to leave so another one can go in that space. Will post another review if they do the work.

Staff were rude when scheduling move. Also, they charged us more than a friend of ours to move the same piano for a shorter distance AND they included a tuning for our friend but NOT for us. Will definitely use a different service next time.

About two years we were blessed to babysit a very nice, expensive Yamaha grand piano. Alas, today we had to return it to its owners. I was a bit concerned about moving it out of our house to the moving truck, because when we got it, the only way to move it in was down a pretty steep little uneven hill in our back yard to bring it in the back door of our walkout basement. It was problematic, at best, and I found myself praying for the movers throughout the ordeal. So when the movers from Camelot Piano Services, Billy and BJ, arrived at my house, they were caught off guard by the hill, but maintained a can-do attitude. They wasted no time, were more than courteous, were kind to my children, and safely got that hulking piano up the hill in one well-coordinated effort! When they got it to the top of the ramp of the rented moving truck that the piano owner was driving, it was not going to fit. ( I found myself praying again!) Bearing the weight of the piano leaning against him, Billy calmly instructed the team to maneuver the piano until it cleared the opening and was gently lowered into position. Whew! I was very impressed, and so thankful the piano was going back home in excellent condition! Thank you, Camelot!

Their driver was traveling at an excessive speed on bluegrass parkway today weaving in and out of traffic at speeds over 100mph i wouldnt recommend this driver to deliver my piano license plate number 750-251
