They got rid of the pests. Very difficult to prepare the home however its worth it.

Finally, an effective solution for bedbugs! We have made several attempts to get rid of this problem with traditional exterminators, to no avail. This worked fantastically. Technicians were friendly, efficient, and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Doug did an excellent job getting our house nice and toasty and the bed bugs plus more importantly the bed bug eggs are gone. I dont know if we would have ever gotten rid of the bed bugs if it wasnt for this company offering the heat treatment. If anyone ever gets bed bugs I am going to recommend IBBA and only IBBA!!

Mike D. has been to my home on several occasions and has always been so kind, professional, on time, and efficient. Today he even offered to carry out my trash to the dumpster! Great work! Professional and efficient! They heat treated my house with no delay. Came back a week later and sprayed the inside for good measure! Its a quick process and once its over they guarantee no bed bugs!

Michael is so professional and experienced. There wasnt a question he couldnt answer for me. He was polite and informative. I was frantic about having bed bugs in my home. He preformed a thorough inspection throughout and recommended I have Bella come and check it out. Bella is a train professional on sniffing out bed bugs and their eggs. Yeah, I said sniffing, Bella is a k9. The ending result was my husband wouldnt agree to it. However, this company knows what needs to happen to get rid of those annoying pests. Although, they are extremely pricey, they do have payment plans. If you are having this problem you have to call this company.

I cannot say enough about how great IBBA has been to work with! Lydia at the office is so professional and pleasant. She worked with us to schedule our appointments as soon as possible (Next day even!). Our techs have been great to work with- especially Michael who did our post-heat treatment spray and steam after finding one live straggler (eek!).He was very very thorough and even helped move and flip furniture to ensure we got every last corner!
