Johnny did such a great job on my nails today! He came up with the idea and I went with and I’m glad I did. He is really nice and you can tell her really puts his all into his work. I love my nails and will definitely come back to him! I highly recommend!

This has been our go to salon for nails since we moved to Kentucky. We’ve tried a couple other places along the way and continue to come back to majestic. Right bright Happy and Jennie are our favorites! Treat yourself and your friends to a deluxe bath manicure and pedicure at Majestic. We love the salon and our nails last a long time.

Had my nails done there Saturday & Today (Wednesday) NOT even a full week later the gel polish is already peeling off. I paid 71 dollars for a pedicure and gel mani and I really feel as if I just threw my money away. Also I’d like to mention that I was there for 3 hours in total to get the service completed. Will not return there again.

I really enjoy this nail salon! Everytime I go the ladys are so nice and try to keep conversation! They dont get frustrated when explaining things to you which I really appreciate... Ive had Lee and Regina and they were amazing and super sweet! The place its self is great quality and they never cease to impress me.

The employees were extremely rude for no reason. the lady that did my nails hurt me multiple times. and bubbles appeared in my nails a few days after i got them done. over all i just don’t recommend this place.

I got my second pedicure there and Missy cut me several times and had to use a spray to stop the bleeding and never even acknowledged it at all. Never said a word to me and my water was cold. Now I have a rash on my toes I’m assuming because she took off what felt like my entire top layer of skin. The first pedi I got there was from a young lady and she was wonderful but heads up they shouldn’t allow someone to do nails if they continue to make someone bleed. My feet still hurt from it and it’s been 4 days.

Lee was great. He accommodated my wish n to have my manicure first.,he exfoliated my fingers along with the area around my nails. Then the pedicure was done to perfection,.massaged my feet and legs, best of not rushed. This place had lots of nail stations and pedicure chairs. Wonderful experience.

Regina was amazing !!!! First time here and she did a great job. Massage was so nice and my nail polish was absolutely perfect. 100% going back as soon as i need them redone!

I moved to Louisville last May and found Majestic Nails. The pedicures are absolutely amazing. I also get SNS and never leave unsatisfied. They have a huge variety of colors, get you in and out within a reasonable time and everyone is extremely nice. I can’t recommend them enough!

Usually have great experience coming here. Never again will I visit though. I haven’t been getting acrylic for years just gel manicures. But I switched it up and started doing dip with tips and my nail broke off. I went in because it had been less than a week and asked for a repair. And was charged. Then when I return for a new set. Two nails break off. This time taking about half of my real nail with it. Leaving me unable to get my nails done for months now !! Was lots of bleeding and terrible pain

Went here for the first time to get a fill in and it took 2 HOURS. I came with two friends and one got a brand new full set and was still done 20-30 mins before me. The nails I got are lumpy and so paper thin that I know they’ll break before a new fill in.

The chair was nice but I fill like she rushed to do my pedicure I had already picked my Polish and she asked me 3 times did I want gel and everytime I said no and yall dont clean the chairs after each patron first and last time.

It was my first visit and my husbands first pedicure experience. Services were awesome, establishment was very clean and had an upscale feel, staff was professional. We were both extremely pleased with our services. I will definitely be returning and will recommend them as well!❤

I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure show that I received today. The employee was very friendly and did an amazing job. They lost a star because the price list said it was $45 and was charged $47 before tip and I think its weird you can only pay a tip on cash. They even have an atm machine. Therefore I took away another star.

Regina is AMAZING!! she has done my fill ins the last 2 visits and I will never go to anyone else again!! My nails are so incredible REAL looking, just with gel! Regina really LISTENS and does what you ask of her!!!

I’ve been here several times and have always enjoyed the outcome of my nails and toes. However this time I did not enjoy my nails at all. Usually they trim around your nails to clean them up and get any hang nails. That was not done, instead she pushed back my skin and now my nails are hurting. My nails do not look coffin shaped, and they are all different sizes, some are thin and some are thicker. I also asked for Gel and ended up with SNS. I had a photo shoot the next day, and was not happy with my nails. Now my nails are just hurting and I spent $48 that was not even close to being worth it.

I havent been here since January 2019!! It was a wonderful morning for me and I feel great!

Had a full set manicure and a pedicure. The prices are high. The facility is very clean and they are very friendly. I was satisfied mostly. The younger girl who did my nails left out a step or two so the end result was just okay. She didnt use cuticle oil or have me scrub my nails before they were painted. I am trimming off the debris still and for the price I expected at least some hand lotion. However, all in all the place is a ton better than some of the other nail places in the area.

Michael was the nail tech who did my pedicure. I asked for a Spa Pedicure and the menu clearly says that it is $32, however I was charged $34...Also, the end of my pedicure felt rushed. He put my pedi slippers on and started to polish the base coat without putting on toe separators. I mentioned it to him and he says Oh yeah, I will after this step....Also, his nail shaping and polish job were very lackluster.Update: Just got my pedicure done yesterday and it already looks like I need another one. Missed my entire cuticle area and there is polish on my skin as well.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! Very clean, very professional, and so very friendly! My only regret is that we live too far away to use them regularly! They also give a cash payment discount so come prepared. I definitely hope to return!

Definitely will be back. Having a nice glass of wine didnt hurt either. Perfect for groups.

As much as I enjoyed my pedicure, DO NOT DRINK FROM THEIR BAR. I happened to witness a male worker taking a few glasses, that women had been drinking from and he literally washed them with his hands only and rinsed. No soap or rag, nothing. I was down right disgusted!

So I went for a dip on my real nail and it was great but I went back for a full set of gel and the lady rushed the whole job didn’t cover the base of my nails when I left it looked like I had already had a week of growth. She rushed the whole thing. I don’t think I’ll go back. Also they only take cash (in case you do go there)

Worst experience ever never ever again will I return Ive been going here for a while I paid almost 50 dollar for manicure and still was as if I never even went the polish looks like a 5 year old did it then after sitting for hours i didnt even end up doing my nails but they got their full price for the horrible le manicure but they never will get any service from me or my family or friends ever again people dont have the money to be waisted or the time

Wonderful pedicure and service here—it’s been two weeks and my toenails are still in pristine condition. The wait time was longer than it is at most nail salons I’ve visited in the past.

Royal Hot Stone Spa Pedicure is worth a shot by all means and the service is really good and detailed.

I have been a client of Majestic Nails & Spa for almost a year now & would not trust my nails with another salon. The cleanliness, vast selection of nail color, and the excellent job Ken does on my nails is unmatched. I highly recommend this salon! You will not be disappointed.And did I mention that you can enjoy a glass of wine while getting your nails done?!

Had a 3pm appt, was taken right away. Did not feel “rushed” like some nail salons make you feel. Everything was sanitized and clean. They abide by social distancing and everyone wears a mask! Relaxing and peaceful environment. Beautiful on the inside. This will become my new nail spot!!

Ask on prices!! Menu states one price and when I corrected because I was overcharged, they said it was new prices and had not updated??? Went in for a manicure pedicure told her feet French regular polish and she put the wrong color of my toes that wasn’t close to nails polish. Told her leave it, so thick and done quickly it did not set smudged after waiting 20 minutes. This is the first place that did not have a liner for the pedicure bowl. Girl said she would be back for nails got another person. This was the worst place ever!

We just walked in in this new place, and were welcomed immediately by a nice lady, everyone was waiting for us to pick up our colors. Krystal’s first experience in a nail salon! She got her metallic blue and I picked cherry red!Great quality of work! Gentle, fast hands, the young lady that took care of me even gave me the pumice bar she used in me. Did you know they do not reuse what they scrubb your feet. That’s great to know!! We definitely will comeback. And it was here in San Matthew’s plaza!

Absolutely amazing place. The prices are reasonable and the staff professional and excellent at their job. Ken, one of the owners, was able to easily work on my nails. (I have a hard time relaxing my hands, which is frustrating for everyone involved)They do not push you to try more expensive products and help you decide whats best for your nails. Will definitely be coming back and suggesting them to everyone we know.

Very impressed with this nail salon! Everything is new and kept very clean; it is evident that the manager (Ken) takes great pride in keeping it this way. The staff is very friendly and professional and the salon has longer hours than most, so it’s very convenient!

Usually I have a decently pleasant experience here. This time, however, I will not be returning. I walked in asking for a full acrylic set. When removing the acrylics, I asked if they would please soak them off. She said she would try, but never did. She brought one of the owners of the store over to the booth and my friends and I all asked if he would please soak the acrylics off, to which he said he would try also. He then took a fake nail and slid it between the previous acrylic nail and my actual nail and ripped the acrylic nail off. They had done this before and I knew it hurt, which is why I requested to soak them. He asked if it hurt several times, and each time i replied and told him it did, in fact, hurt. He kept reassuring me by saying “See, it’s not that bad.”While she was using the spinning brush on my nails, i pointed to one of my fingers and told her the nail was cracked. She pushed my hand away, not even listening to what i was trying to tell her. She accidentally cut my finger, but didn’t really acknowledge it. Finally, she begins putting the acrylic on. As she was filing, two of my fingers started to bleed and she wiped it off, trying to make sure I wouldn’t notice. I also had to squeeze a friend’s hand because my nails were so hurt from the acrylic removing process that the filing was unbearable on both of my index fingers. About an hour later, a woman came in and sat next to me, and her nails were being done by the same man that took my acrylics off. She asked to soak hers off, and he listened. I will not be returning, or leaving a tip. I am upset that this experience has ruined my desire to get my nails done here. I do recommend Shawn. I have never had a bad experience with him. This was the one time I did not have him.

Very disappointed! (Wendy)The lady that worked on my pedicure is very rude. She were speaking in her language the whole time with the lady next to her. And I pretty sure they were talking about me. It too obvious. They both Kept on looking at my face and laughing. This is so rude!!!! I wanted to walk away but I didn’t. I will never return to this place again. The salon is very nice and clean tho. But never again going here.

My mother and I have found our home! She treats me to a monthly pedicure. Apparently, I walk barefooted too much, which gives me gross toes - so she says. lolEveryone who works here loves to connect and are wonderful at what they do. The space is beautiful but most importantly, the staff is kind!

This place is great, very well appointed interior and clean. Shawn did an exceptional job on my dip. It looks as if they are just painted. It’s not too thick, just right. I had a great experience!

Majestic is awesome. Gel manicure lasting into 3 weeks. Staff is so kind and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Looking forward to doing a girls night there soon! Highly recommend

It just seems calmer and more relaxed than other salons Ive been to. Been here several times, always pleased with my pedi. Had Sunny today and he was super. Ive always walked in with no appt usually dont have to wait long if at.

As painful as this is for me to write this I must warn others before they make the same mistakes as me. I have been coming to Majestic Nails since they first opened in Jan 2019. I was first impressed with the friendly staff and nice salon. At first I would get a full 2 weeks from a set of acrylics and a fill-in would last about the same with no issues. I thought I found my forever salon since moving to St.Matthews and having to leave my previous salon. Around the summer time I started to notice a decline in the quality/duration of nails. It seemed like in between each of my fillings I would have to come back a week after having my nails done for them to be fixed, either from lifting or completely breaking off. Still I gave them chance and chance again, even after the owner Ken told me the lifting/breaking was my fault, which I’ve never had an issue with that before and my routine has not changed. Even after one of the nail techs John tried to up charge me services that were included in the manicure (tried to charge me for trimming my nails and taking off polish which is included in the price). After many failed acrylics I decided to switch to dip; yes it’s double the price but if it would save me time from having to come in every week to have my nails fixed it was worth it, plus not to mention it’s supposed to last 3-4 weeks. When I had my acrylics removed the lady took them off in the most painful manner and basically ripped them from my nails, instead of soaking them, it was pure torture. When she was done I was covered in sweat, shaking, and my nails hurt so bad! I had a set of dips placed, and those lasted all of 2 weeks. Went with my mother-in-law to a different salon and had a new set placed and those lasted 4 weeks! Went back to Majestic and here I sit typing this after 2 weeks with 4 NAILS MISSING!!!! I cannot with a good conscience recommend this salon any longer. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble. For the price Majestic charged I expected quality work and what I received was subpar.

Very disappointed today. I have been coming here since they first opened and normally have a very pleasant experience. However today they were very busy and because of that there customer service was terrible.Ken was very short and rude with me when I ask how long a nail repair would take.Ive worked in retail since I was 16 and understand the stress of a busy/book day however it is never the excuse for poor customer service or attitude. I will not be returning.

They’re very rude and will never go back. The owner husband and wife only care about money. The wife never smiles and is very rude. My daughter only wanted nails painted and the continued to try and push schilak when I knew she would not keep up with it. My nail technician got in trouble because I told her to tell them no. The small very short nail tech told my aunt to stop talking because she was making him mess up her nails. Thank god my technician left that place!!! They only want the money, in and out of door as fast as they can.

Beautiful location, excellent service and best wine! This has to be the best nail salon and spa that I have found in Louisville! The staff talks to everyone and makes you feel like you are with new friends. Ken and team are wonderful!

I found my new salon! Everywhere else I’ve been for a pedi has been so quick. Here they really took their time to take care of my feet. I work 9+ hours a day on my feet with heels, you can imagine. Beautiful salon.

I have tried a few places around Louisville trying to find a place I would like to keep going back to and finally found it. Excellent service, the place was beautiful. Tammy did my mani and pedi she did exceptional work and quality. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place!

Their massage chairs are amazing. They spend a long time actually massaging and rubbing on your feet and legs. And they are perfectly priced! I will be coming here from on.

My Toes I loved! My nails not so much he rushed and missed some paint... I got clear btw also didn’t cover my entire nail with acrylic or maybe put a too small nail on I will not be here ever again! I’d rather ppl be honest about their discrimination at the door so I know where I’m not welcomed!

THIS SALON HAS A WINE BAR. Also, they have excellent massage chairs for pedicures and a very friendly staff that practices safe hygiene. Some of their services (pedicures specifically) are priced lower than other salons in the St. Matthews, Lyndon and Middletown areas.

Had a mani pedi. Actually felt like I got my moneys worth. Clean place, nice staff no wait. Doesnt smell of chemicals. Couldve gotten a drink if I wanted. Great message with pedicure. John was who helped me. He did a wonderful job.

No customer service at all. I walked in, did not receive one bit of acknowledgement after about 5 minutes of just standing there’s lack of professionalism and workers. I sill continue to take my business elsewhere.

Everyone here is so nice every service I have had so far been wonderful and well above some of the other nail salons in the same area. John has done my nails twice and they are perfect every time I always leave happier then I think I could be from the last time awesome new nail salon!

I was excited to try this salon since it’s right by my house. But I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I ordered a dip mani and pedicure. The nail tech did not do a full manicure as he did not push back my cuticles or get rid of any hang nails. And when doing the dip, he did not go down all the way to the cuticle. He also did not put on a base. And I noticed after a week they were cracking, when typically a dip lasts me 3 weeks. As far as the pedicure... I did not get a pedicure. He simply just painted my toe nails.. so not at all what I wanted. My mom and sister came as well and asked for gel manicures. Theirs were chipping off within 2 days and were completely gone after 3 days. I would not recommend this place, as the workers do not seem to know how to properly do nails. A waste of money.

I got the deluxe pedicure and it was awesome. Ive only been to one other, those took 20 mins. But at majestic it was at least a hour. Ill be back.

Ken did an amazing job on my nails.. Never had the powder before and they are awesome no harsh smell at all.. And let me just say Tammy was a beast on my feet got all the little crusties off and everything lol

Took my 11 year old daughter to get her nails painted and the guy charged me $25. Brochures clearly states children nails are $10-15! That was offsetting- how many people has he overcharged without the customer realizing?!

I took my daughter and her friend here to get their nails done. We usually go to the place across the street but they were closed on Sunday....so I thought give Majestic nails a try but then we made a big mistake, this place is overcharged and my daughter (18 years old) nails look like 8 years old did it. The gel polish all over her skin (cuticle) and both side of her fingers.... my daughter has to come to my usual place the next day to get take off and re-do the whole thing which is only $32 same service for gel manicure. If you don’t wanna pay $47 for shellac mani like a kid this it. Please DON’T go here. They just wanna take your $$ and not even care about your service. We will never come back!!
