This post office is very clean and has various safety precautions set to insure your safety. Deanna helped me and and got me squared away with a better option to send me package. She was beyond helpful and very kind. My experience was very wonderful thanks to her!

Never left anyone a bad review, because I am very empathic towards people. But I had the worst customer service there this week. I called to double check passport could take us as walk ins (as it says on google)... they said as long as I got there by 4. My husband left work earlier, I picked up my son from school earlier, got there 20 min before 4, drove all way from Boulder. The lady not only said she would not take us, but she was RUDE!!! My daughter needed to go to the bathroom, and I understand they don’t have a public restroom. But there are many ways to tell us that, instead again RUDE. I was keeping my cool the whole time. I told her I called to confirm about the passport info, and how husband left work earlier etc. she asked a guy from inside to help me, he got in the window and surprisingly a second plain RUDE person there. Amazing, I am not one to complain and I was very kind the whole time to them. Next day I went to USPS at Pearl st in Boulder. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was even funny that my daughter needed the restroom again, and the way the lady who as helping us explained how they can not allow customers to use their restroom really showed me I was bad treated the day before. She was so professional and kind explaining, it’s no doubt the way you approach and treat people make a HUGE difference in how you get the message.

Wonderful post office! The customer service is great and the workers helped me figure out how to send my packages the cheapest and quickest way. I think you need to schedule a time to do passports. :)

Worst customer service and carrier always mix up letters in our mail box. Now they LOST our certuified mail. No help when we called, they said the carrier called in sick, so they dont know where our mail is. No assurance or sorry for the inconvenience. Important certified mail to us obsiously did not matter to them.

If you think this location is bad, just try the one in Lafayette! Best one I have ever used is the one in Longmont. Drove there one year to avoid the mile long lines at local POs. I was back before the last person in my line was served!

I wish I could remember her name but, I cane in for a new passport and was very frustrated with some of the issue I was having and she was so patient and understanding and just made it a much.better experience. Helped me look for my coat which ended up being in my car.... highly recommended

I had a package that was coming from Amazon it said garunteed delivery on Monday the 9th. I get a notification saying it was out for delivery @7:10 am on the 8th and will be delivered by 5 pm to my job. Than at 3:53 pm i get a notification saying they attempted delivery but could not access my job which is bs you cant miss the huge sign that says FIRESTONE! These people always do that they never once drove past my location they just dont wanna work and get this stuff out when they say they are so maybe they should get some people working there who actually want to work and have some integrity.

Ive only had excellent experiences @ this location -- cool, fast, knowledgable staff who are actual humans & not some corporate drones. Not their fault at all, but lines *can* be long -- the areas growing. Use the Popular times feature of Google to skip the long lines. Some times of day are much busier than others.

It’s nice to have you so close. I’ve only had a few issues with waiting but what post office doesn’t have long waiting lines? One time someone took my package without verifying sender and receiver name was on the package. Could have been a disaster as I was sending an iPhone out.

Come on people, cut the postal workers since some slack. Their jobs are hard enough without folks blaming them for this thing or that. Weve all got our rough days. They do the best they can with what theyve got. Relax. If youre in such a big hurry, why not leave earlier instead of blaming the USPS for your inability to time manage.

This post office is large so it has lots of inventory. When I go I can rest assured that when I finally make it to the front of the incredibly LONG line that tat they will have what Im looking for. That is good because I usually buy a large quantity of postcard stamps... but it is bad because as I mentioned, there are ALWAYS long lines!!!

Wow, I have never had such a terrible USPS experience. Bethany was simply horrible. Instead of trying to help and be understanding she jumped to belittling me. I will take the extra time to visit a different post office, and I recommend you do the same.

Good afternoon! I must confess that Im young and havent had the need to visit the post office before. However, I needed to return some items for my job and was hoping that the staff could walk me through the process (as simple as it may be, haha!). The woman who helped me was polite and gave whatever assistance she could; furthermore, when the customer behind me acted very rude and belligerent, she still managed to be patient and even complimented the customers child! All in all, it was as positive experience as one could expect at a post office, and I suppose that even the people leaving negative reviews for this place will acknowledge that the trip to USPS is not meant to be as entertaining and accomodating as Disneyland. Getting in and out in a mannerly time was my only stipulation, and seeing as that need was fulfilled, I consider this a good experience!

I have been here once to get a passport and once to send a package on the 23rd of December. While there was a long line both times, but the employees were very helpful for the passport and I was able to use the automated teller for the package on the 23rd (in and out in ~5 min - best. invention. EVER.) Protip - use the provided flat rate packaging if at all possible so you can use the automated teller. it may be more expensive but it will free up your time.If youre here because you need to actually talk to someone while sending a package, you are SOL. That line moves about as slow as molasses in February.

One of the slowest PO I have ever seen. Very poorly managed, they need a new, much better and much more efficient manager, but this is very doubtful as this after all is a federal office.I dread going to this sloooooow office as they seldom help their poor customers by opening up more stations when there is a long line. There are 3 stations at this office but I seldom see all three open.This is a very inefficiently run office.Shame on them.

Went there last week during lunch hour on a Wednesday expecting the worst. Short line, great customer service, super helpful...shipped three separate packages, got stamps for 40 letters, bought a thank you card and gift card, got it all mailed, and was out of there in under 10 minutes...Awesome!

Cant say Ive ever gotten there where there werent lines out the door. No matter how many people are in line, its not uncommon to see one of the critters that work here look at the line, then close their station and wonder off to do God only knows what. Or even just stand there with their station closed doing whatever. This facility reinforces every negative stereotype the USPS has garnered over the years.

I the past year to year and half I have has such terrible experiences with the Louisville post office. I dont even know were to start I am about ready to file a formal complaint to whom ever the highest person I can get to. I live in Louisville co but work in Longmont I have had to resort to having things sent to my work, lucky for me my boss is okay with this. I am so sick of have to call the post office to track down my packages because they never get delivered on time when I have them sent to my house. I live in a condo complex where most are individually owned so there is no leasing office, we have parcel boxes next to our mail boxs that have been locked for over 3 months! We have complained and complained and yet nothing has been done about is. I had to go to the post office to get a package and told them about it and one the works said oh yeah another one of the residence came in and threw a big fit about it he was not happy I said yeah that was my husband. I just couldnt believe how inappropriate she was with me! I dont know who I have to talk to get these issues resolved but I can see I am not the only one who has had problems with them. Until then i will continue to have things sent to my office though its ridicules that I have to do that.

If you are applying for a PASSPORT here, READ THIS.My one star review is for the incorrect information listed on their website on this specific location. First, they specify that they can take a passport picture here, they cannot. They said that the camera has been broken for over a year and that they dont know when they will have it fixed. Someone should update their website information or get the camera fixed. Next, they say that their passport hours are between 10AM-3:15PM, but they had a sign inside saying that they would be from 10AM-1:00PM which didnt help much once we were there. So when we got there at 12:50PM expecting to take a picture and turn in the application, we were unable to, due to the lack of a picture. There was no time to quickly go to the Walgreens to get a picture, comeback, and turn in the application on time because their hours were incorrectly listed.All that being said, just make sure you bring an appropriate passport picture and call ahead of time to see if their hours are different.

This has to be one of the most ineffecient operations I have ever seen. It is 12:30 so people are there because its the only time available, so what do the employees do?? they go to lunch. There are about 12 people in line so the one guy left goes away for about 5 minutes so no one is attending to customers. I finally get to the counter and some lady from god know where that dose not speak or understand English tells me that the USPS tape I bought at Christmas time is no longer accepted and that I will have to remove the tape and retape using a paper tape. I did neither and still have my 3 inch square package . Thanks a lot USPS.

Package wasnt delivered because business was closed.We were very much open and attempted delivery was 11:27 AM.When I called the post office, without even knowing any background, the supervisor Bethany told me it was because it was too late to deliver. I told her the time and she out me on hold. Then she came back on the line to tell me it was a new driver. That doesnt explain why he didnt get out of his truck and attempt to open our very much unlocked doors. She offered no apology/ I told her I needed this package to be mailed from our office today, not delivered. She suggested I come get it, and when I asked for credentials for picking up my package as it was in the companys name not mine, she told, I don’t know bring something.Terrible customer service making a bad situation worse.Poor choice in supervisors.

Ridiculous!!! I’ve never had an issue with USPS until I moved within this location. We keep getting pink slips when there’s someone at my home everyday. When I go to pick up packages between the said times on the slips, I’m told that it’s still with the postman. This is Inconvenient and waste of my time. This has happened three times within six months.
