Ive worked at Advantum Health for 4 years now and couldnt be happier as an employee. The leadership of this company has completely changed for the better and this company is poised for rapid growth. When I first started there wasnt clear communication in training and there wasnt a clear vision of our goals. That has completely changed in the short time that I have been here and Im very excited to see what the future holds at Advantum Health. With a remote opportunity, there is constant communication and great team work throughout the entire company.

I have worked for Advantum Health for many years as a certified professional coder/reimbursement specialist. Working remotely can sometimes be challenging, knowing I have a team with the knowledge and expertise readily available to assist when needed is extremely reassuring. I hope to work for Advantum for many more years to come.

The team that I work with at Advantum is amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help us dig out of a billing mess and I know I can always count on them. I doubt that we would be in business if it werent for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The management/ Boss Samantha will lie and deceive you right to your face, they do 3rd party calling to health care providers to try to get them to sign on to insurance that is not guaranteed to hit the market and if /when the insurance does hit the market it is no where near what was explained to the provider(now they have confidential information of the provider, they then sell it to other clients)The employees do not go through training, they are handed printouts and have to learn as they go, the leads don’t want to take responsibility for telling the other employees wrong information. And although you work hard and determine it does not matter. They are just now getting a HR person within the last month but she is just for show because she has no say so over any decision that’s are made within the company. The boss Samantha not only bring her kids into work but she has personal friends and associates come to the job while we could not even bring our children even to exchange with the other parent due to tight schedules. They company really doesn’t want any minorities in lead positions except for being a team lead in which you still make the same pay as the regular employees. I could go on for days but I a rather say STAY AWAY it will be more of a disappointment and headache than anything. Not only will the job mess with your mental but it can cause a very bad emotional state of mind.

This is the most non professional place I have ever worked management is a joke they lie and make up stuff on a constant basis they can not keep clients and that makes work impossible to do I would not recommend anyone to work for this company it is not a place that you can depend on too many turn overs due to poor management the company should get rid of all management that is currently working there
