Horrible staff and office. If you call you will leave a message and get a call back maybe that week and usually at ten or eleven at night. Which is good for the staff. If less stars were possible i would score it less.

Extremely poor return call etiquette; failure to return calls, scheduled next day morning, within 48 hours of verbal commitment. The call we did get started with I am sorry to call you back so late, and I dont have much time.We found we prefer to use an consultant in Southern Indiana (rather than to wait for a call back from this agency). Perhaps they are too busy at this time to follow through on verbal commitments.
