1 pallet to unload, in and out less than 20 mins

My company, Bestway, has been delivering frozen product into Louisville Processing since 2014. Never had a single problem scheduling, never had a problem with detention. Recently, I had a truck stuck in Louisville needing to find storage for 4 pallets of seafood. Called, spoke to Karen. She had me send the driver over and within an hour the pallets were off the trailer and the driver was on the road. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Karen. If you ever need a cold storage in a pinch, I highly recommend Louisville Processing.

Unloaded here today quickly with no problems whatsoever. Staff is super friendly and very accomodating. Lots of room to maneuver as far as parking wise. No problems. Awesome service.

Horrendous service and they DO NOT PAY their carriers. brian.schultz..33449 was a former employee that we worked with and we were lied to many times that we would get payed. The owner David has repeated lied for 3 months claiming that he would and already had sent out checks but we still have not seen anything but a song and dance. If you could give this company negative 5 stars it would be too good for it. Please boycott until they get their act together!

This must be the most profitable company in the history of the planet. They literally have zero expenses or at least act like they do. Not only are we arranging a consortium of people who have been screwed over but his carriers are only one block of the entire skyscraper of the people litigating against this company.The Cowboy as David likes to be called, specializes in lying every way possible. He is the most deceitful person I have ever spoken to. The buck stops no where near this man and if anyone ever sees that rat please ship him to Detroit and let the problem take care of itself.O also all the good ratings for this company are posted from employees.
