This a school for serious martial artists who is interested in learning Shaolin Kung Fu. I get a better workout for what Ive paid, it helps me in defending myself, and I feel an improvement in myself, plus I get to learn the weapons like bo, sai, and broadsword. And theyre fun. the youngest theyll take is 10 years old (so theyll understand the forms and history), but theyre willing to do a parent-child class. glad they dont babysit!
