I applied for this position, but ultimately decided against working with the company. The people I spoke to were amazing and very dedicated, however I felt that calling this a marketing job is a bit deceptive. The positions at this company should be advertised as a commission-based retail sales representative.

They advertise a position as a Brand Marketing Assistant stating that the pay is up to 78000 dollars a year. Yet once you have gone through their interview process you learn, it is actually a retail job making 12 an hour plus commission. False advertising and a waste of time. RUN

This is basically a comission role. Where as long as you make the company more money then you make more money. This is not as advertised as an Executive Marketing Manager. Also, you dont start out making the money as advertised as shared in the job description. The individuals are very nice but I wish I knew all this upfront.

I have worked with this company multiple times and it has always been a wonderful experience. I work with this company on a regular basis. Ive found them to offer the growth and experience I was looking for in a professional setting. Their management team is 100% transparent with what they offer, and provided coaching that I was able to use and grow personally in to a management position. While I do not at present work for them, I would personally recommend them to any individual looking for experience in direct marketing, management training, and professional workforce experience.

This review is based solely on the experience I had durning my interviews for employment. This company maybe wonderful at marketing but, durning my multiple interviews, I was told some conflicting information. Which was a part of me declining the position I was offered and accepting a different position at another employer.
