I ordered yard signs for our elementary school. It was a rush order, but HighNote worked with us. When I first requested an online quote, Jared was quick to respond. During the process of ordering, I worked with Heidi, who was responsive, professional, and courteous. When I arrived to pick up the signs, my son and I were greeted warmly and were treated in a genuinely kind manner. Once I saw the product, I was AMAZED at the work that HighNote did. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10!

My wife called to order some blueprint copies on the morning on Feb 12th, 2019 the gentleman (I use that term loosely) she talked to was very rude and didnt want to help her. The business she works for has used Allegra in the past for copies. She reluctantly ordered the copies because Allegra was close to her place of business. When she went to pick up the copies, the gentleman said there was a minimum $50 charge for all copy orders. She told him she had previously had copies made there before and they were never that much. She asked him why this wasnt explained to her when she ordered the copies. He said that was the store policy. Customer beware of you have to deal with the jerk that works at that store.
