Had my first mammogram yesterday. I was so scared and filled with anxiety. I have to say all my fears were totally unnecessary. I was put at complete ease as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend everyone to come here for their 3-D mammogram. It was easy and I couldn’t thank the technician enough! She was so comforting! Ladies take care of yourselves and get yours done today.

I had an excellent experience at the Breast Care Center. All of the care-givers were kind and helpful, and comforting. The Breast Care Center radiologists are highly trained so I knew that I was receiving the best care possible. My sincere thanks to everyone who helped me.

I love Avista hospital staff! It starts with the ladies at the check-in counter who are genuinely happy to see you and ready to help. There was very minimal waiting to get checked in. Only five minutes to be taken to my room. The nurses radiologist doctors were awesome! Big shout out to Bree for being there the entire time I was there. Safety was top priority. Everyone was so pleasant and seemed happy To be there. They all worked together and were professional. Thank you all!

From the second I walked through the door everyone was cheerful and pleasant. The lady who did my Mammogram was very nice and professional. We chatted the whole time, and that certainly put me more at ease while getting this very important procedure done. This was my first visit here and I will be returning next time I need a test done.

My appointment was my first at the breast care center and I would definitely recommend going there. Everyone was so professional, nice and quick, I actually got in & out on my lunch hour.

I had my annual mammo yesterday. I have been having sciatic pain for the last few weeks. Driving over I thought I was not gonna make it, the pain was so intense. When I walked in the lady at the check in was very concerned and kind. The mammo tach was super kind and could tell I was in a lot of pain. She was so kind and caring... just what I needed. When leaving the hospital the ladies at the check in had an ice pack waiting for me! The kindness shown to me was over and above.THANK YOU LADIES!! SO GRATEFUL for ALL OF YOU, the kindness of strangers will cure what’s wrong with our world today!!

Staff was especially warm and caring and really took the time to make me feel comfortable and safe during my mammogram.

I have been going to Avista for my yearly mammogram for 15 years. I have always had attentive, kind and professional care at Avista. They’re mammography technicians are wonderful and help put me at ease. I highly recommend Avista.

Procedure was fine the problem I had was the excessive nonrecycable waste generated by each appt. Starting with the plastic arm band, the sheet of printed names when only one sticker is needing and providing large plastic bags to carry a garment or two. Left Feeling terrible knowing how much mindless waste Is created each day. Won’t go back until the waste is addressed.

I visited this location for an annual 3D mammogram. The hospital has a warm environment and seemed well organized. I got called up exactly at my scheduled time. The service was quick and professional. The technician was thorough in her work and kind. And, I got my results back promptly.

I felt the technicians made the experience as comfortable and quick as possible.

The staff, from checking in through the mammo itself, was very helpful, professional and efficient. I will continue to use them for my yearly mammograms.
