I asked them to cut my grass and trim bushes every two weeks at my soon to be rental property. Since I dont live at the house I didnt go by there every time to check on the job they were doing. I initially agreed to 10 bushes to be trimmed biweekly. When I went by to check the property, the grass was cut front and back. Bushes cut in the front. My side yard and back bushes were left untouched the whole time. (Over a month!) I called customer service to ask why they continued to just cut the front bushes and never the back yard bushes. The rep apologized but said that because it was over 5 days since my last service I couldnt lodge a complaint! I specifically contacted the crew and asked them to cut the back bushes. They agreed and I was charged $141. FOR CUTTING THE SAME BUSHES EVERY 2WKS AND GRASS!!?!? I canceled my service with them! The photos are after a couple months service!

I really wanted to like this business. Sounded good in theory. They have an app for your phone. Unfortunately, the crews dont show up and then you get charged for it. This is a scam.

Lawn Starter is an app that connects you with local lawn and landscape professionals. These pros may be the biggest outfit in town or the guy/girl trying to get started.They are only front paid a fraction of what the homeowner is being billed. So yes, theyre higher paying/established customer base will usually come first.

Bad experience. Did not show up. Lawn look really bad. I had to hire another lawn service to get my property back in shape again

Kept rescheduling my service then just quit had to get new contractor who wanted 3 times more than I was quoted. Most of the contractors have their own business and this is a side job to them. So if something comes up they take care of their clients and forget about me. Would not recommend anyone to use this service

Travis and his team are a life saver! My husband is extremely busy during this time of year and barely has time to do any yard work. Travis has stepped right in and made it extremely difficult for me to ever allow my husband to do the lawn ever again! Lol! Ijk, but they are great!

They never showed up or called. They would text and say they were on there way but never showed. I would text them and they would not text me back or call. This went on for 3 weeks. I wouldnt let them cut my yard for hell now. They are not very professional.

They ran over my garden and my dogs big ball they were canceled on 6/5/20 but continue to come! I better not get billed

Larry did an amazing job on my yard!!! The services I get from lawn starter are always on point. From removal of leaves and branches to the actual manicured lawn. Its seriously one of the best services to have.
