Still trying to dry my clothes after 2.75 dryer8$ to wash to loads.ask change for a 20.00..attendant could make change... Standing room only...dryer are like a slot machine.keep taking your quarts...you have see for yourself........

It’s 109 degree in here nothing works as should most equipment don’t work at all, every washer is nasty and hairy. Water on the floor, I’m convinced the owners are addicts this place needs to be renovated or shut down immediately, no one is here running this place. This place is ridiculously terrible. You can’t use the restroom while doing laundry either

Dirty overall,dryers not cleaned of lint therefore you put more and more money in to get clothes dry. Multiple equipment not working. Washers with poor water pressure and filling. Difficult to get refund.Have found better laundromats in the general area when needed. Appears owner is not concerned about quality for the neighborhood.

Clean, good machines, dryers too, only thing that is that they dont have atm or anything to break bigger bills.

Although I was able to wash my clothes, it was unattended unclean, 8.00 for the largest machines that didnt work. Only thing that was new was the notices that let you know it will close at 12am and open at 6am which is probably the only time someone will actually be there...

I’ve came here for years and it hasn’t been this bad nobody works here... it’s filthy, people from the outside come inside and steal change from the machines, water all over the floor just nasty none of the machines work. Idk what happened with Ms. DEBRA I sure miss her but every since she left this place it has went down hill. When she worked here it smelled good it was cleaned, you could smell the freshness from outside but now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Could use some cleaning. Pretty decent area for late night, early morning laundry. And NO PUBLIC RESTRIOM!!

My washer and dryer unit suddenly broke. I needed a good 24-hour laundry, fast. I read odd and dated negative reviews about broken machines and the place being dirty. I found none of this to be true. The place has good machines, is very clean and accommodating, and I felt welcome. I am very grateful for them helping me in my bind. Give them your business. The only thing missing is a bathroom but I can understand why due to some constraints.

There is no manager keeping watch over this Laundromat!!! People are able to do their laundry here with nobody watching over this place. This place is very dirty and Nasty mildewed towels on the floors and water damage everywhere and this place has mildew on the floor and on the ceiling

Our dryer suddenly quit on us and needed a place that was close to dry a couple loads of laundry. I had used this laundromat years ago when I didnt have a washer and dryer and have never had any issues. My last 2 visits this week I could tell no one has been sweeping like they used to, which had me question last time surfaces were disinfectanted. I dont hold this against them because I noticed the now hiring sign and it has been empty every time I went and Im grown and know the risks of going out into public.Takes me on average 10-15 mins, (.25 for 5 mins.) to dry a good size load. I always check to make sure the dryer isnt damaged on the inside before I throw clothes in (a little common sense whole using a public dryer).

I work third shift so I ended up here on my night off. BIG mistake. Put my load in the washer and watched while it attempted to wash it with about a quart of water. (Not kidding.) No sloshing, no suds. Clothes were barely moist when I took them out. I put them in another machine and watched it do the same thing. Now Im out over $5 and Ill still need to go to wash them at my usual place tomorrow. Ive been doing laundry for over 30 years so I know how a washer works. This place is a joke.

Water every where, no water going to washers, had to go to a different laundry to wash my clothes again

My first time ever coming to this laundromat and try out their boss machine I open the machines they stink so bad they are nasty and dirty define a couple of clean ones but they still had a smell so I’m trying them out just hopefully that are close to not coming out smelling like that smell and when they are washing we don’t hardly see any kind of water call the number that is on the gate talk to the lady and she hung up on me Will not be coming back to this place ever again

24 hour laundry is a plus, the place is clean enough, but why are there no handles on the sink in the bathroom? Unsanitary. Also the HE washers don’t use enough water to clean your clothes properly OR even completely desolve a Tide laundry detergent pod. I watched my clothes tumbling in the washer in a way I can only describe as just soaked with water. The picture is the burnt dryer sheet from my load of laundry that was still damp. How can a dryer burn the dryer sheet, but not dry the clothes?

None of the units seem to work properly. 3rd time ive come in and the lady running it either says this washer doesnt work right or something. 2.75 to wash a load and the dispensers dont work right?

Hikes Point laundry this place did round way before I was even born thats open 24/7 so well well that place which cat is moments but its usually the best thing is going over there plenty of people dump close to where I live dryers were very very good place to look a little bit more in the way of clean the floor up but its a good place to prices are decent please have a lot of free workers or everything this was free washers for anyone that could get them that you had people arguing over the free water than he had one person taking all the laundry all free workers up but I dont think they do that anymore thats good place

Keeps changing opening time and not updating website. Now says open 7 AM, not open until 8 AM on door, it is now 8:30AM and still not open. Very poor business

I had to wash my clothes 3 times. The machine would wash my clothes but would not spin the water out.

I would give this place a zero if I could. All of the washers were so disgusting that we could not use any of the ones that were not out of order - except for the smaller ones that they wont allow you to put any blankets in, although the signs posted specifically say HEAVY. These were childrens blankets, and not comforters, just small throws and the women running the place proceeded to be very loud and nasty. The place itself is highly unsanitary - to the point where when you pull your clothes from the machines they are no longer clean. I just left here, and had done business here a few years ago - and I will never return and I will ensure no one I know does either.

To say the staff is rude is an understatement, will never return again.

Half the washers are either broke or dirty, random people come in there t sleep when its cold, and theyre not 24 hours. Each day they shut down for a couple hours at different times for someone to come in and clean the floors and stuff like that. I would recommend going someplace else if possible but if not, then it gets the job done but just FYI, half the washers also the hot water doesnt work in them and the timer on some will run down before its supposed too.

That is one of the WORST laundromats that I have ever been to. Washers broke ever other one, Smells like mildew, dryers arent worth even a dime. I wont be going back.

Dirty, tile floor coming up in places, tops of washers dirty from customers & sometimes staff not cleaning. Prices reasonable to wash & dry clothing, guess thats why the owners let the place run down. Clientele are frequently lower middle class income. I am watchful of my surroundings here & only go when an attendant in building during the day. Staff okay, but tend to show favoritism & give some customers better treatment. I live close, so I need to have access to this laundromat.

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not use the machines near the door. Only the back wall on the right. The other ones DO NOT WORK. I put a half load in the double loader and most of my clothes didnt even get wet. I didnt see any soap. The owner just so happened to be there at the time and said nothing. The lady who works here said you the ones in the back because the ones up front are high efficiency. So does high efficiency mean NO WATER. You are better off washing your clothes in the bathtub. I didnt even dry them.

Neither great nor terrible. We travel and frequently using laundromats in large cities and in small, remote towns, across many states. Attendant was friendly and helpful. 2 change machines were available and functional. Regular front loading washers were clean and tops dusted. Outside of triple load washers look like they have rarely seen a cleaning rag. No additional charge for warm or hot water. While washers were efficient, the same cannot be said for the dryers. Loads that typically dry in 25-30 minutes were still damp after 40. At 5 minutes per quarter, I gave up. There are multiple carts and clean folding tables available. A nice bonus are the hanging rods above the folding tables. Be prepared to stand; there were only 4 chairs. There has been a laundromat at this location for many, many years. The floor is likely the original, in need of repair/replacement; it would not suprise me if the tiles were asbestos containing linoleum. Other reviews say signage is a bit negative. While there is truth to that, it really says more about clientele than owners.

The washer & dryers are not well maintained at all. Last time i was there they had 4 dryers not working. Of course the dryer I used got to hot started smoking & ruined a lot of my clothes. Of course what was ruined was brand new & they did nothing to give back for my loss. The owner is rude & employees are ok? Really depends on the day & what side of the bed they woke up on? Basically I wouldnt suggest this place with my property or time.

I do t recommend this place because their machines are all old and dirty. The dryers are so old that it don’t even dry your clothes good. Twice the machines stole my money and not even work. There is no number to call at night to fix or help with their machines.

Had to wash my clothes twice, due to the minimum water the washer uses. Also had to combat animal hair, laundry soap buildup in dispenser, limited baskets, and no attendant. I dont like to waste time and still have to take my clothes to be washed somewhere else, I wont be back.

Well first off I can say its been almost 15 years since Ive been in to a laundromat sure havent changed much, there were notes on the machine saying they didnt work but the lady working in there she would start the same washers for you and collect the money from you which I think is a little shady but regardless Im still paying the same amount whether shes pocketing the money or its going in the machine. The machines work pretty good as far as cleaning clothes dryers were fine too.

If it were possible, this place would get a zero! The place is dirty and has some of the rudest and nastiest staff on the planet.

Horrible! We washed a whole baseball teams uniforms and the dryer must have been dirty or had a melted unseen Crayon in it and it ruined a bunch of jerseys! Very disappointed

My experience I would not advise anyone to go to that laundry Lane because they do not have adequate washers or dryers and the dryer burn your clothes up I was very very unhappy with this place

This place is a bit run down, but overall a great place to do your laundry. Ive always felt safe (even in the middle of the night), the washers are relatively modern, and the prices are average for the area.

The only plus is being open 24 hours. The washing machines are new, but the dryers are old. The woman that works certain shifts there is very rude and offensive. There are only two or three laundry carts. The chairs are also limited. Most of the dryers are out of order. Its $2.75 to wash and a quarter for every 5 minutes in the dryer.

The only thing good about this place is it’s 24hrs, other than that washing machines smell very bad of MOLD & some of them are VERY DIRTYnot enough carts to move your clothes from the washer to the dryer...& BOTH money machines empty. Attendant says they weren’t changed, which is something that should be checked periodically. Just glad to speak with an attendant cause there’s usually None around. So if a problem arises no one there to correct it. No public restrooms which is ridiculous...I use to come here a long time ago it was much better but this will be my last time coming here. This place needs to be entirely updated....!

Showed up at 6:20 am to dry my clothes for work because my dryer broke. The attendant / owner showed up as I was getting out saying she was going to mop and I couldnt use the laundry. I expressed that I only needed 7 minutes to dry and Google listed them as 24 hrs. She said well its really only 23. Very rude and lies about hours.

This is the worst place I have ever done laundry. Washers stink. There are no baskets for your clothes. No bathroom. I feel like peeing on the floor right now. Half of the dryers do not work. The lady that works here was messing with peoples clothes in the dryer. When the man returned,he told the lady that there were items in his dryer that didnt belong to him. She said oh I put that in there. Where the hell do they do that at??!!! Do yourself a favor and dont come here!! 😣

I go here almost all the time. They have good and clean washer and dryer. Sure, the dryers can be hot, but they will still dry your clothes. I think the only complaint I have about the place is their change machines never work.

This is by far the rudest employee I have encountered! This is a 24 hour Laundromat, this lady was mopping the whole building, 5 other people doing laundry. She yells at people not to walk where she mopped and makes smart remarks. REALLY???? Plus over half the dryers are out of order, trash cans full. We will never come back here, in this case most of the reviews are correct. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Warning******update 4/2019 Dryers do not work...I got tired pf putting quartersin and left with wet clothes....thanks..some washers when you press cold the hot water works instead. So basically still the same issues. They are stealing customers money. Dont waste your time. Rude laundry attendant. Dont ask her anything she lies. There are only 4 clothes baskets on wheels, could you purchase more, the wait is long. Customers allowed to keep clothes in dryer after it has shut off because they chose to leave and dont make it back, causing others to wait for a long while for use of the dryer...attendant doesnt care about your wait because she is lazy and doesnt want to take there clothes out of the dryer (more work for her and lack of clothes baskets on wheels). I have been without a personal washer and dryer for 3 months and cant wait until next month when I have saved enough to purchase my washer and dryer. I will not go back, instead I will go elsewhere. Oh, and good luck finding a good dryer here, they are either too hot (burn your clothes) or not hot enough. And the good ones are hogged by the laundry attendant because they also run a laundry service. Never will they improve. I guess they fail to see they are thiefs taking peoples money. The machines do not work.

Staff is very rude. Told them a machine was broke. She had to prove me wrong and started machine and said see it works. Wasnt putting water in machine as I said. Had a video and she still said it works because she didnt want to refund my money.

Great because its 24/7. However, washers smell terrible and the dryers tend to get too hot and sometimes will burn your clothes. :/ Also, no public restroom.

Open 24 hours but its a bit run down. They need to REALLY work on the dryers. Youll spend more money drying your clothes than you did washing them if you arent careful about which dryer you use. Its a bit ridiculous. But if the only time you can do laundry is late night then it works out. No issues of safety or anything of that nature. No public restrooms which SUCKS because if you gotta go you have to go to the Kroger up the street and leave your stuff unattended. Never had anyone bother my stuff, just a little paranoid that they will.

The washers suck they barley get your clothes clean, I literally have to go home and hand wash a few items because its as if I never washed them, the positive is that they are open 24 hours a day, and the dryers are great, but they defintaly need to work on their washing machines or get some new ones

Convenient laundromat from Hunsinger Lane in McMahan Plaza. There are water - efficient washing machines, and full - water usage machines that are on the wall next to the service office. I recommend the full - water washers for large loads like comforters and blankets, and efficient washers for medium - sized loads. Do not overload, but especially not the efficient ones. They will not clean well. A wash load of about a standard reusable grocery bag size is the load best for an efficient washing machine.Washing machines will wash for around $2.00 for an efficient, and from $4.00 to $8.00 for a full - water machine. This is not a discount place; no laundromat is. It is best for emergencies when you cant wash anywhere else or have large items to clean.One of its best features is its dollar changers. Many places around will not give quarters anymore. But these laundry coin machines will change up to a $20.00 bill. If McMahan Plaza is convenient for you, then so is this changer.This coin laundry is open 24 hours a day.The dryers DO eat quarters. You can spend $2.00 to $3.00 or more on a load. The best thing to do is to watch your laundry timer. If you get down to $1.00 on the timer, or about 10 minutes (not sure of time per quarter), and your clothes are not dry, put 2 more quarters in or more, depending on the heat of the dryer and dampness of clothes.Dryers have a cool - down cycle, so if you need more heat on your clothes, add quarters to your time before it is finished. The dryers will allow you to open the door at any time. Be sure to press the start button again.

Machines are in bad shape; several dryers broken. Lady who runs place is rude. She says last wash is at 6 but at 5:30 wouldnt let me wash a load. I was a regular customer however due to her attitude and machine conditions; I most certainly will not return.

This place is convenient as it is 24 hrs and on the cheaper side when it comes to laundromats. But buyer be warned, you get what you pay for. To start, this place isn’t very clean. Often you’ll find plenty of detergent and other laundry agents spilled on the floor, along with clothes that have been forgotten by patrons (I.e. socks, panties, etc.), and please make sure you check the drums prior to loading as I found a fried chicken leg in one of the washers at around 2 am one time. Another problem I have is that the coin machine will often spit your money back out until your screaming at it like Fry from Futurama. Finally, over half of the appliances are out of order for various reasons: driers either won’t heat up or they get entirely too hot, some of the washers will not heat up either, only producing cold water when you want either a hot or warm cycle, etc. And finally to end this review, take heed as these appliances have a tendency to malfunction so if you try to wash at, let’s say, late in the evening around 2/3 am and your washer suddenly stops with your clothes locked in the drum, floating in water, and will not respond to anything you do, no one will arrive to help you until around 6 or 7 am.EDITWhen drying make sure to use plenty of drier sheets, or save yourself the trouble and dry elsewhere as most of the driers have a foul odor to them that will remain in your laundry.

FREE WASHERS! No, honestly. New and free washers. It is a bit dirty inside after hours. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We went in (we being two women) at 3:30 in the morning and had no trouble at all. We felt safe, its well lit, the parking lot is lit up. Everyone who is complaining... its a laundromat. What do you want? It isnt the Taj Mahal, but it does its job. If you find the machines hard to use, read the instructions. It is really that simple.

It was open, and fairly clean. It was a convenient place to take laundry when our washer bit the dust.

A lot of the free washers dont work properly or are broken due to people washing their comforters in them, the place is dirty and the machines too, dont let you use the restrooms, no wifi, the dryers get too hot and burn several things and stain my orbited and light color clothes due to burning and melting and of previous users. I had some new items I was washing by first time and now they are stained :( thats what I get for free!

The air conditioning wasnt working, many or the machines were not working, the dryers ate quarters and the washing machines were dirty. Washers did a poor job of getting clothes clean. What a waste of money and time.

24/7 laundrymat. $2.50 for the washers and 5 mins per 25 cents for the dryers. Not the cleanest looking but decent washer and dryer costs. Homeless people will come in when its cold and sleep. Not a big deal to me but its something to be aware of. Only 3 or 4 small laundry carts, and a few chairs that ive concluded they got from a 1980s elementary school.7/12/2020 this place is not enforcing the mask mandate. Lady who works here isnt wearing one and theres 2 or 3 people without a mask on inside. Right now there is a mandate that all places of business must have everyone inside wear a mask. Will be reported to the state.

Got back from vacation and our washer broke. This place is kinda old and needs remodeling. Over all our clothes got clean and dried. So it did the job when we needed it. P.S. The appliance part store right down the street is where we got the part we needed to fix our washer!

The washers are old and outdated but plus they dont get your clothes clean. I put my wash in with my detergent I have to close did not even get penetrated by the water. Clothes came out looking just as dirty as when they went in. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple miles down the street to another laundromat.

Lady working there has a terrible attitude. Screamed at me for walking on the floor she just mopped. Where else am i supposed to walk? How about you dont mop on a Saturday morning when its busy and a bunch of people are doing laundry. You should be more worried about the 6 or 7 dryers that have out of order signs on them.

Rude and foul mouthed staff. No one bringing money and patronage to your business should be spoken to with raised voices and anger over something so small as a chair not returned to its original place by accident.

They shrink everything, give me evil eyes whenever I give them business, but the real problem is they never tell the truth about when my laundry will be done. Several times Ive shown up when I was told and no one was there.

Only problem i had is putting soap and clothes jn a washer that clearly wasnt working wasnt mark out of order

My husband was told the drop off service was $4 dollars. I went to pick up our stuff later that day, after work, and 2 lady employees rudely argued with me that it was $12 and that they told my husband it was $12 before. I was so in shock by how rude and angry they were sounding towards me that I just paid them and got out. I shouldnt have paid and let them have our 5 towles. It wouldve been cheaper to buy new towles!
