Friendly staff, clean facility but a little dated. Washing machine prices range from $2 - $4.5 depending on size and dryers are $.25 per 5 minutes. This place also has a little dining area.

This is one of the worse laundry mats I have been to. I started coming to this one due to the convenient location. Their washers need to either be repaired or replaced. I came one time and the machine was not filling with water. I got the attendant, who had a bucket to use to add water to the machine.Fine. I wont use that one again. Happened in another machine. My clothes were only partially wet. I complained and was told they had just been serviced, so it was my detergent. Okay, but there is an out of order sign on one, so maybe this one is in need of repair as well. I was then told I dont know how to wash clothes. It isnt rocket science and the fact that some of my clothes came out of a completed cycle dry is indicative of a faulty machine.I then asked for a number to call to speak with management about it and was told they do not give numbers out and I could come in in Monday. In the end I was given money to re-wash in another machine, which is proper business etiquette.I will not be returning, which I havent done in a long time, but again convenience can lead to bad decisions.Many other laundry mats around and while further out, efficiency of the machines is worth the drive.

Nice, clean, comfortable and fair prices. I havent needed a laundromat for several years and wasnt looking forward to coming. But this is way better than I expected. Theyll even loan you a book! 😊

We have been washing our clothes here for several years and never had any problems with the machines. Reasonable price to wash. Always clean and tidy. Plenty of parking and lots of area. Easy access to store. Right off main street in Jeffersontown.

Posted last load is 8pm. Showed up at 7:30, was informed that I had to be done by 8:30. At 8:15, he reminded me I had fifteen f$#@ing minutes, at which point I reminded him that the posted last load is 8:00. He said times are changing. I have spent over a hundred dollars a week here for the past year. Will not be back ever again.

I used to do laundry here regularly when I lived in the nearby apartments. I still take some of my pets hair covered stuff in every few weeks. Staff is always pleasant to me. Machines are clearly labeled if its known that they dont work. Ive never had an issue and dont really want to go anywhere else.

Rarely have to wait for a washer or dryer... but Ive experienced getting a load of laundry out of front loading washer and it still being dry due to a washer malfunction... and with no one staffing the business, its just money lost. Washer broke waiting on new one. Very clean washers wash well. Dryers take a little to long to dry. Overall very nice.
