I would advise anyone never to hire employees from this company I have worked along side employees from this company and they are very horrible!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a 3

If you’re company isn’t thorough or does not take pride in what they do then Citywide will let you know in a professional manner and move on to more reputable partners who can get the job done and give Citywide customers the top notch service they deserve.

My company has been in a professional partnership with Citywide for around 4 years now and I have never had any issues with the company or the associates. They can create enormous potential for your business. They do a wonderful job of balancing and keeping your company needs and there clients needs in the best interest. Which isn’t an easy task to do but the leadership at Citywide maintains it as well as any company I’ve ever been associated with.If you have a commercial cleaning Company and want to grow your company and do things the correct way you should find a way to get in a partnership with Citywide. There is not a better option in the whole Kentuckiana area for cleaning companies or potential clients who need professional commercial cleaning.

Citywide has saved the day for my company many times! They offer specialized services in addition to basic janitorial. I am a small business owner so these options have been extremely convenient and helpful for me.

City Wide customer service is stellar! Especially Daniel Kiper. He is a joy to work with. He takes every concern seriously and addresses issues immediately. The company provides great service and care to our facility.

Citywide has always done very good work in the cleaning profession. I have only experienced wonderful things, and working with Paul and Daniel was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them and I give it a five out of five stars.

Very unprofessional company, do not answer phone calls, short you in your paychecks, give you initial task and after some months start adding new ones you do not supposed to do, and if you refuse they fine you, Paul Gibbs is the worst in that company, nonprofessional, do not answer phone calls, and treat employees very rude. If you are looking to start a Janitorial Business look somewhere else because this company is a joke. They lie to you with the purpose of getting their job done, told our company for 5 month that we were getting a new contract and all they did was exploded us like slaves and lie to us with the end purpose of getting their profit up. Really do not recommend to anyone, so think twice before making any business with this people, their snakes.

One of the worst. They absolutely do not clean . If all you need is your trash taken out.....well most of the time.Sure, they are nice. But nice doesn’t and never got the floors or anything else clean. Only hard work can do that

Worst Company ever, unprofessional people starting from the Director Doug and ending with Paul Gibbs and Tammy the night supervisor, the only person in there that really deserves the tag of Professional is Daniel. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!! They gave you accounts to clean and show you what to do, and right after the months pass they start to add things they never told you to clean in the beginning and start to charge you ridiculous fees for everything. They do not answer phone calls or emails, and don’t even pay you right, I’m still waiting for almost 500 dollars they owed to me from 3 months ago, hopefully Kentucky State Labor Department find out about this unprofessional business and shut them down. WORST PLACE EVER PEOPLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
