Excellent Customer service!!! Rick did my original website 3 years ago and left me a user/pass that i can log in and do my own updates. So I havent had to contact him since then! However, yesterday my back end website updating magically disappeared and I couldnt login and I had urgent updates to make! I called my host provider, no help there! I finally called Rick.
