Dr. Carrico and Dr. Lazich go out of their way to make sure wearing hearing aids is a good experience for me. Dr. Carrico takes her time to listen to my questions and concerns and always finds a way to help make my quality of life with hearing loss better. I was directed to Dr. Lazich’s HearCare practice in Louisville, KY by Hear.com. There I was seen by Dr. Emmie Carrico. Dr. Carrico was very thorough in testing my hearing loss and discussing the hearing aids that would best fit my needs. It was also determined that my medical insurance would cover much of the cost. The new hearing aids were expertly fitted to address my hearing loss. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. They are a great improvement over my previous aids both in sound level and clarity. Dr. Lazichs office is close and convenient for me. He helped me select the best hearing aids for my needs. I wear aids that have a molded ear piece, and I wear glasses and use an oxygen cannula. Dr. Lazich fits my aids to accommodate all of those things. He is a gentleman. His office is immaculate, and he never keeps me waiting.

I was reluctant to try hearing aids however my experience with Dr. Lazich and his staff was very professional, informative and reasonably priced. Appointment review 4-23-2019My recent annual review on 4-23-19 shows improvement in Tinnitus which I never expected to happen. Also my new BTE Phonak Hearing Aids (1 year) are wonderful and I can communicate easily in noisy environments which was not possible until I was fitted with new hearing devices last year. I would never consider doing business with any Doctor of Audiology but Dr. Lazich and Dr. Carrico. Doing business with experienced, educated professionals of Audiology is a requirement of mine. You get what you pay for at HearCare in Louisville and both of these individuals are excellent examples of Knowledge is Power

With my conductive hearing loss, Dr lazich has been nothing but paitent with me, exploring all possible options after my analog unitron of 13 yrs started to fail. He allowed me to try multiple digital hearing aids within my budget without success. But he was able to find a company that still makes analogs and it has worked perfectly. I am beyond grateful for all the time and consideration to my needs and wants. He and Sherry are a wonderful team and I like the fact that he is willing to pass on his knowledge to aspiring audiologists.

Unfortunately Dr. Lazich does not handle the brand of hearing aids that I prefer. If you prefer Phonak, or you have no preference, he will be more than able to fit you with the proper device and provide you with years of exceptional care.

I have known Dr. Lazich for more than 3 years. I am an RN with 30 years of experiences in the field. Having taught in different schools of Nursing, working in hospitals and at doctors offices, I take it upon myself to say I am qualified enough to claim I know a good doctor when I see one.He is compassionate, humble and gentle with his patients. Apart from his knowledgeable approach to the different conditions that come to his office, one thing that strikes me immensely is that he puts his patients above his own gain. Example:- -If his patient would come in and want to replace a very expensive hearing aid, unlike many I know, Dr. Lazich would examine the issue and advise that he fixes the device at his office first to save the patient unnecessary expense. Cost effective for the patient but not him. And it always works !If I would use one word to describe Dr. Lazich, it would be, INTEGRITY.In the event I or my loved ones need help with hearing issue, he would be the one I would go to.Hirity
