I called ahead and gave measurements, they sent me a message it was done. Then when we got there it wasnt ready. I left the frame and when I got it back the glass had an actual cut on it and it was cut wrong, the sides have gaps so its not sealed! We called and told them and they said they would reach back out to us. We still havent heard anything!
