After graduating from college I was not sure what direction I wanted to take in my life. I was directed to look into Allegiance Staffing and made an appointment to see if they could help me find a direction to take with my future career. Through the interview process they looked at what would fit with my personality type and work experience. Upon meeting with the staff for a few interviews I was offered my position. The entire staff here has been so helpful in training me and helping me to be able to help everyone as much as I can. I truly love this job and the people I work around.

McKenzie price was nice when I met her in person at the allegiance office and told me to call her if I needed anything. But after 3 voicemails and 4 emails I still haven’t heard anything back. Completely ghosted me. What a joke. This is why I hate wasting my time with staffing companies. 👎🏻

Allegiance Staffing is by far the best staffing agency around! The staff members genuinely care about you and work hard to find you a job that fits your personal interest, skills, and schedule. Ive worked through a bunch of agencies before and this one is hands down the best. They found me work fast and its a great job. I started as a temp and the guy at Allegiance told me if i showed up everydat and did a good job i would get hired full time. After three months thats exactly what happened and now im making 18.00 an hour with insurance. They actually treat you like you matter and the recruiter is real own to earth, hes legit. He calls me once a week to make sure everything is going good where im working and if im doing ok. like i said, i worked for alot of these places and this one really cares.

Awesome people. Awesome place. Period

This the absolute worse employment agency that Ive ever experienced. Very unprofessional and I do believe the guy snickered when I asked why I was given an interview (traveled 90 mikes) after I inquired if the resume was inline with the position posted. Position listed as Field Specialist. It was sales. Iwas emailed and called by the way. My skillset is definitely desirable and several interviews were scheduled with others. No respect for time and definitely not anything I would want to be associated with. Horrible!

Applied and got a call back, went in there and spent hours filling out paperwork, bank account information, watched all the safety videos, passed the drug screen and Tramaine said hes lining up some customer service interviews for me. Called 4 times, left serveral messages for Tramaine, only recieved his voicemail and no call backs. Horrible, and a waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Ridiculous! Guy answered the phone what you want? Definitely not for professionals.
